My girlfriend Robin and i REALLY enjoy this place. Lots of FUN stock to choose from. Whether it be TOYS, LUBES or DVDS they have decent prices and stock here. The staff here is friendly & knowledge too. It is sure to add spice to your love life w your girlfriend or boyfriend as it has done for ours. There are several pictures I took showing stock and also showing the Surprise Basket of Love I gave my girlfriend Robin with items from here. My girlfriend Robin and I love this place. We have fun browsing the toys,lubes and movies prior to purchasing here. The staffs both friendly and knowledge. The prices are decent, especially when you dont wanna wait on shipping via Amazon, Ebay or Adam & Eve. This place is good for couples or solo shoppers and is sure to enhance your already healthy love lifes bedroom adventures & experiences with your loved one, i know it sure has ours. A few months ago I went shopping there to surprise my girlfriend Robin w a Fun time Basket of love and she loved it, as did I. It is always a win win for me here, it is a gift that keeps on giving. It is an investment you cant lose on and brings happy endings to everyone from the clerk selling to the store owner,the vendor and def my girlfriend and myself. We will get stuff here again in future!

Besides the creep factor one gets from realizing they are in a warehouse district looking for an adult store,this is a good location. Many different items to choose from.

Decent selection, moderate to high pricing. Ill certainly never buy from them again. I had a prouduct picked out & brought it to the register. The clerk talked me into a cheaper product she had at the counter already. She said it worked just as well & had addtional functions, tested it at the counter & it worked fine. I asked if I should get an unopened box from the shelf since the 1 she tested was opened out of the plastic &out of the packaging. She advised me that it was new, shed opened it herself to test only. Once I had the product home, I cleaned as the product flyer (no manual) suggested. Tried it once, it was on less than 5mins& it seemed to be ok. Then an hour later, tried it a 2nd time, for use, & it was stuck on a single setting & wouldnt turn off. I looked up product description/instructions online, held the power button down for a full minute, placed it on the charger & it would not power off for quite some time. At this point Id had the product less than 12hrs & went to return it to the store & they refused saying to deal w the manufacturer. I explained the entire situation & still no help. I feel that if a business stocks a defective product or sells a product open box that happens to be defective, then the business should be the one to deal with the manufacturer, not the customer, especially in this situation. Im completely disgusted with this store &will be sharing my experience at every opportunity. Im sure they have a store defective on arrival return policy, as far as I, the customer, am concerned, thats exactly what this is. So now Im out over $100. The store & manufacturer both have their money but I have no product & will continue to have nothing in exchange for the money I spent for over 6wks. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!The abdolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced.
