I was recently there with a group of friends. What a blast! The staff was so friendly. I met the owners a couple months ago and they were so welcoming and kind! I will definitely be going back. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.

Ive been to this escape room many times and tonights experience was by far the worst one yet. The two teenage workers didnt reset all the puzzles and kept acting like they didnt want to be there. There were many puzzles in the pirate room that were already solved. They gave us the answers when we didnt ask for a hint. When we came for our scheduled time, the two teenage workers came running around the street corner to let us in. Obviously they didnt want to be there and didnt have the room prepared at all. Definately a waste of $75 dollars.

Once again, Escape Confusion did not disappoint! There is a reason this is our favorite Escape Room business, and we were excited to try their latest room, Jurassic Lunch. Had a great time and can’t wait until the next ones are developed!

Recently went to this escape room with my daughters soccer team. We had been there once before and really enjoyed it. It was very nice to see that they had changed up the rooms to keep things interesting, and challenging, for the return guests. We split up into two groups and did two different rooms. My group did the Pirate Pizzas of Eight room. Wow! Was it ever fun! I wont give away any of the details, but will say that it was a great mix of both super challenging and less challenging puzzles. It made for an excellent time with the mix of young and older people that we had, with everyone being able to pitch in and solve something throughout the entire room.The staff is always exceptionally friendly. They are always quite personable and engaging when you first come in, and when you are done they get the team together for costumes and photos.If you are looking for a fun activity for a family, or a larger group, you wont go wrong going to Escape Confusion. My youngest and I have done several rooms in York, Gettysburg, Hanover, and even Myrtle Beach, and Escape Confusion is on top of our list for fun!We will definitely be back soon...

Probably the best escape room Ive done. Lots of very creative puzzles, strong themes, and really personable staff. If my schedule were more open I would have gone back the same day to try the other room.

So worth the money. And the people are fantastic! 10/10 I WILL be back

Played Jurassic Lunch with the family - imaginative setup and execution, with simple solutions to more difficult exercises to keep everyone on their toes. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout. Excited to try another room!

Our first escape room and it was beyond a blast!!!!! The owners were way more then nice they were AWESOME and now a days thats hard to find. Very clean and respectful and kind great attention to detail, everyone had a smile ear to ear. My wife and kid and I had a blast!!!!! Would recommend to anyone especially for a family fun night out!! We are still laughing and smiling about it. Thanks so much you guys for a amazing time and alot of fun!!!!!

This was was our first time. It was so much fun. The whole family had lots of fun and loved it. We will definitely be doing this again as a family....

Our daughter had her 12th birthday party in the 80s themed room, the hardest one. They needed quite a few hints, but had a GREAT time and want to go back again to do another.

Wonderful place. This is our second room here, enjoyed both! The workers/owners are so nice and accommodating.

Incredible experience. Took my 14 year old twins and 6 of their friends. The owners are terrific and gave the boys a great experience in the pirate room. Kids loved it and we will be back to do another room!!! The owners are really knowledgeable about escape rooms - and we moved the fact that they are private. Would recommend for a date night, night out with friends, or a family event.

We had a great time for our first experience at any escape room! The people running it were extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to their 3rd room being done and getting back soon!

The atmosphere is really friendly and relaxed. We finished our room with 30 seconds to spare (even though they offered more time). I definitely plan on coming back! I look forward to having more family fun here!!

Our group had a blast completing the Elenor’s Eccentricities room! The staff was fun and friendly, and the room was well done. Definitely looking forward to going back and trying the other rooms! It is a great place for both large and small groups to test their escape room skills!

Customer service was outstanding. The room we booked was one of the harder ones and it took us a little over an hour to get out. Excellent set up and interesting story. Will definitely be returning!

There was a problem with the room we had booked (Pirates), but the staff was very apologetic and we were still able to do a room, so we choose Eleanor’s Eccentricities. We had an absolute blast! The room was so creative! We’ve done 5 other rooms at other places, but this was our favorite! Unfortunately, we needed a few more minutes, but we had a great time! We can’t wait to come back and do another one!

Loved this place! Ive done a lot of escape rooms and this one is on my top 3 list. Super nice owners, really creative rooms - dont expect the cookie cutter escape rooms youve done before. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience! We did Top Secret as a group of four. The theme was amazing and greatly contributed to the overall feel of the room. The puzzles were challenging and exciting without feeling unfair or obscure. The room required substantial teamwork and communication to complete in the allotted time. The staff was also very friendly. We are looking forward to doing the other room. A planned third room is in the to-do list as well. Highly recommended!

I am sad Ive completed all three they have lol, impeccable staff, with the perfect amount of challenge. I look forward to the room changes if and whenever that will be. Pirate Pizza was my favorite.

We hosted our holiday party here. Let me start by saying the owners running this place could not be more accommodating. The event itself was extremely fun and really fostered the team team building activities we had hoped for. Everyone had a blast. We completed head to head in the rooms so I only got to do one but it was well thought out, very cleaver and orginal.

We came here to Escape Confusion for the very first time, to celebrate my sons 15th birthday. We will definitely be back to try the other two rooms! The staff was extremely helpful, and even though we ran out of time, they let us stay a few extra minutes to complete the room because they didnt have a booking immediately after ours. The person running the clues on the computer screen was hilarious. They definitely tailored the responses to things we were saying in the room, in our frustration to find some of the clues (had us cracking up at multiple points throughout the hour). The props are hysterical when you go to get your group photo done at the end. I HIGHLY recommend Escape Confusion!!!

Took our Mom for her Birthday and had an awesome time! The room had some really cool stuff! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun out of the norm activity!

First time to any escape room and I had a blast. Room was 80s themed and it couldnt have been more perfect.
