This is a small cozy local theater, that I l dont mind coming to. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The tickets and snacks are not too over priced. They do offer 3D movies and have a frequent rewards card. Yes they dont have stadium seating, but they dont have the crazy crowds on opening night. It is a relaxing theater to watch a movie at. Today I got to watch Power Rangers with my daughter opening night and we had no need to rush early to find seats.

This place was awesome as usual. The popcorn tasted great and the soda did not have the Hanford water taste. The seats are very comfy too and there is plenty of leg room for everyone.

The best popcorn I have ever had. Being a Movie hero member is great all the movies anytime we want and as often as we want..

My son and me go to a movie every year on his birthday, this year we chose Metro 4. We had a great experience! Seats were super comfy, VERY friendly staff, we will be going again!

Not the newest, no fancy-shmancy seats, but solid! Clean. Cute, engaging staff. Responsive to requests. Joining the hero club really makes fiscal sense and you feel like you are part of keeping something valuable alive downtown.

I loved this movie theater and I choose to go to this theater; because its reasonably priced and always very clean. However, I must say that the concession stand has recently gotten a bit pricey for my taste. So I ended up spending as much on popcorn as it cost me for my whole family of 6 to watch the movie which was sad to me!! Although I still give it 5 stars for the experience and being able to enjoy the movies without alot of people being noisey!

This place is a freaking joke and a huge rip off....the 7.00 dollar popcorn was cold and they only give refills on large drinks....we will not be wasting our time or money here again....coyote entertainment is way better free refills and the theaters are much cleaner than this dump.... save your time and money and lets not forget to two talking girls in the lobby with snobby attitudes.

Its a nice local theatre. They show great movies and they offer a plan you for $20 a month that lets you watch all the movies you want.

As always the movies is a fun time. And we belong to the movie Heroes Club so we just come in and show our card. And get discounts on concessions

Defentetly a low key movie theater location. Looks like any other business location next to each other. Same oh same movie theater vibe. Theater smells like old books though. A place that never has a lot of people.... and thats how it looked like when i was there. Empty and lonely. Seats of the theater are rather different environment as other theaters. Nothing like Fresno theaters. Feels like its a old school theater that people have forgotten about. Movie costed $6 soooo not bad!!!!

This is my first time going to this cinema. Im actually surprise how nice it is inside. Looks unappealing outside but inside, its good. Although I have to comment that there are some parts that they had missed while cleaning, overall, it is good. And the prices are reasonable. And there is no crowd too! From now on, I will go to this cinema. Its near my house, cheap and nice.

Probably one of the best theatres Ive been too since moving to California. Real homely like, customer friendly. Great employees who greet everyone with smiles. Actually my wife and I are headed there right now. I would suggest this theatre to everyone.

Its cozy. Im usually the only one there with the theater all to myself. There are friendly people, arcades, alternate theater exits that lead straight to the parking lot, its affordable... pizza across the street. Haha. Oh and popcorn; not too salty.Thank you so much for not closing down. Best theater in the entire Kings County. You deserve an extra two stars.

If I could give this theater zero stars I would. They knowingly played a movie that was a poor quality recording. After less than 10 minutes into the movie I asked the theater staff if there was a problem with the film. They confirmed that there was and that it would be corrected momentarily. I went back to my seat. No changes were made to the quality during the film. I asked for a refund and was denied. Do not waste your money at this theater.

I used to really enjoy coming to the Metro, but the quality and customer care is absolutely garbage now.Myself and 7 other friends went to go watch Solo, the new star wars move today and about a minute into the movie we realized something was really off. The brightness of the movie was turned way WAY down, and you could barely make out the silhouettes of the characters on screen. After one friend went to go complain about 10 minutes it, the staff had apologized and said they were working on fixing it and it should be back to normal soon. 20 minutes go by, this time I get up and go ask what is going on. I was told that they were having difficulties hooking up the laptop to adjust the brightness and that I can either get a refund now or get a ticket for a later date. At this point were all already invested in to this movie, and none of us want to leave in hopes they do fix it soon, so the staff agreed with that point and said we can get a new ticket for a later date after the movie was over.We sit through the rest of the movie and there was never an improvement made. We made our way to the concession stand where we are met with Jessica. Jessica was rude to all of us who confronted her about the issue, stating we cant get a refund or a new ticket even though about an hour earlier her coworkers had told us we could. She explained that there was nothing they could have done to fix it and that THIS WAS A CONSTANT ISSUE THEY HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH!!!! She stated that they have been asking the distributor to move it to another theater room. THEY MADE NO ATTEMPTS TO LET ANY OF THE 60+ PEOPLE IN THAT ROOM KNOW THAT THE QUALITY WAS AWFUL AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO FIX IT! She had also stated they did not want to restart the movie or interrupt anyone even though you could virtually see nothing. She made no effort to apologize, no effort to appeal to any customer satisfaction, and dusted her hands of the situation saying theres nothing she could have done. No manager was on hand at the moment when we were trying to resolve the situation.Ive never had a problem with the Metro 4 Cinema before today, and todays experience was really upsetting. Doubt well be back, with there being a pretty wide selection of theaters to choose from nearby.

Awesome theater! Perfect for an afternoon weekend movie or a date with your spouse. Tickets are priced low and so are the food and drinks so you dont get stuck with paying the normal out of the pocket theater prices.

This place is in need of better management! They are seriously short staffed! The ticket line and concessions line are the same. That means a long wait time. We arrived 15mins before showtime and when we got to our seats the movie had already started. We got nothing from concessions and waited 12mins extra just to pay for tickets! They do have a short line for members only. Theater members pay a monthly fee and can watch any movie as many times as they want. They are also allowed to cut ahead of the ticket and concessions line. This would be great if they had staff to handle public demands. No one would miss out on on anything. Im not sure if this is a temporary status for the theatre but as it is, nonmembers are wasting time and money!

I am glad they are keeping this place open! One of hanfords landmark. The popcorn with butter is the best in town! Yes, its old unlike Lemoore Cinemas, but I like the feeling I get that I know I am contributing to keep this open. Be a hero!

Please support this theater before it goes the way of the dinosaurs. This theater is just as good if not better than the other theaters in the area. Small theaters like Metro 4 are a valuable asset to movie goers, they are reasonably priced, bring a greater variety of movies to town, and keep theaters from over crowding.

Older theater, with large auditoriums, and plush seating. Seats dont recline too far though. Its a bit dated, but I actually like this theater.

Oh its a good idea to go to a small theater and check out a movie quiet and comfortable perfect for a date.

The theater is okay as far as cleanliness, however the seating and the screens could use an update, and the bathrooms could use more attention as far as being cleaned.

Great theatre and service. I would reccomend that you get the membership deal that they have for unlimited movies for 19.99/month. Also get reward points toward free consessions and no waiting in line. They also have couple and family deals for the unlimited movies for a good price. Only reason they dont get 5 stars is because they dont always have the top movies playing. As long as they play good movies consecutively i am a member as long as im around.

I have no complaints about this place, its a movie theater in Hanford so thats something. Its a bit of an older place, but the prices are better than the stadium to style theaters, and that matters to me
