I originally started training with Matt to work on my running. Shortly after I started I injured my foot, unrelated to the training. Matt created a new plan to accommodate my foot and gradually worked me back to more explosive training. When I returned to running after the break to let the injury heal, I found I lost very little strength and endurance to the training regimen Matt had put together. I cant say enough about my experience with APC.
My daughter started training with Matt four months ago. The objective was to help her develop speed and quickness. She has also worked on strengthening her leg and core muscles in order to reduce the risk of injury. Highly recommend APC!!
