Regarding the comment about the fee for mowing my grass; I read that the fee is based on density, or how hard it is to mow? If thats true then explain why my grass is thinner because its winter time, therefore making it easier to mow, but I got charged 130.00 this time. However, when the months were warmer and the grass was sticker I was charged less.

My father lives there. Nice, quiet neighborhood. He says the neighbors are nice and has no complaints.

The office manager Pharisee put a note on my door threatening that shed charge me100.00 dollars to have someone mow my grass if I didnt have it mowed in 48 hours. I mentioned the cost was higher than usual, but she charged the fee anyways. The following month she charged me 130.00 to have someone mow my grass. She told me directly that she decides what the mow fee is. She shows little compassion on the residents out here.
