You get more bang for your buck when you select a Four Leaf home! Several models to choose from. 85% and growing vinyl sided shingle roofed homes.

Lot rent is way way too high and you get nothing for it except for grief. The management of the park has a blind eye to the obvious. They used to at least cut the grass for everyone now if they cut your grass they will charge you $50.00. They say theyre going to do stuff thats beneficial and fun for everyone and then they renege.

Very unresponsive and unprofessional I’ve been calling trying to schedule a time to do a walk-through to look at the places to rent but they never answered the phone nor do they return calls

People that work in office very helpful, my family really love the place, Im very interested in buying. First I move thinking of just temporarily but my thoughts are changing and most likely will be my final home

The leasing staff is great with pitching why anyone should move in the community, and tries to over-communicate, but after you move in, they have poor customer service, dont communicate with you if there is a problem, and wait until the last minute to request and documentations or new requirements. Do not move in this community.They take too long when handling resident complaintsAfter you purchase a house, it starts to fall apart after 30 days but then the warranty is already dissolved.Worse mistake I ever made in buying. Would never recommend YES Communities to anyone. EVER!!!!!

Has a new look. Were seniors and we stopped by to look at some. The young office girl was quite helpful and explained everything to us . She was so friendly and well spoken. We had to leave for Colorado but we will look into these again when we get back. I recommend it !

I have been living here for over 5 1/2 years. My home is spacious and beautiful, and warm in the winter, cool in the summer. I have a small deck and yard. All appliances came with the home, including central air. It is quiiet, clean, and safe here. Theyll have to carry me out of here on a stretcher, because Ill never leave on foot!

Horrible place to live put doublewide trailers on a single slab of concrete and never fixed it. And that was to a lot of trailers. They will tow your car if you park next to your place and they raised property tax every year but dont cut grass or help with anything and think they can keep doing this to people horrible place dont move here.500 just for lot rent just get a house.

Carol, the sale manager was very informative about the homes and the benefits to owning one. She even told me about all the activities within the area from bowling to fishing and a few other things I like doing.

Lovely place to live, rent keeps going up

I live there. Its better then my last apartment. I like living in the community.

Not allowed any type of fence, or pool for kids. Any jerk can come in and speed or rob you, way to many dumb rules . Overabundance of mosquitoes that they do nothing about no spraying or anyting. They keep raising rent . And when you complain about people who dont live here parking in your spot they do nothing .

I good place to live in a trailer

The level of profession shown by their staff is simply unmatched.

Price is too high for this area. For $1000 a month, you could live in the suburbs. Move here only if you have to....... People are nice though.

If you wanna live like prisoners move here , you can’t mingle with your neighbors, the rent is way to high , you can’t have people over , kids can’t play outside there own trailer , can’t sit on the porch with your neighbors because you’ll get a fine , if it’s day time and your being loud they give you a fine also , management sucks and she’s rude n she doesn’t know how to talk civil , It I was to grade this place it gets an F and they need new management , there’s no pool like they say , there a park across the street but it’s not Sheffield estates , Living here is worse then going to jail I wouldn’t move here ,

I have been living at Sheffield Estates since Memorial Day of 2010. I love my home more as time goes by. There is nowhere out there where I could have such a lovely home for what I am paying. My NIPSCO bill is only $90 a month for a nearly 1000 square foot home. The office and maintenance staffs care about the residents. It is safe , quiet, and pretty here. This is not the trailer park! Please come for a visit and you will see what I mean! I am very proud to be a homeowner at Sheffield Estates!!!! This was written by me, Linda Dearing, using Barry Hostetlers tablet.
