Great park nice little walked path they also have a couple baseball fields and a boat landing nice little area to just go have some family fun or go on a little nature walk

I love this place... however, I try to go when it’s quiet and peaceful (not always so). Some people drive too fast and have no respect for the walkers. It’s a little scary walking with kids/dog when softball traffic is around. The lake is great for kayaks and paddle boarding.

Came here for the disc golf, left happy. Course has some layout/signage issues, but trails and greens are well kept and it is a fun course for the casual player. Might be a bit easy for A-tier players.

Great park for all. Frisbee golf course is great. Typical baseball fields. Pavilions and walking trail. Playground is a bit small though. All-around great family park

This is a wonderful park! Great place for the entire family. The boat launch is clean with dock fishing available. The disc golf course is also really nice with a full clearly defined 18 holes.

Nice little skate park, ball field, and disc gold course. The 9 hole course is well manicured and good for beginners to intermediate on a couple long holes.

Grew up in this area, love this lake but they need to do something about the boat launch an the docks being to close together, in todays society with covid people wanna be outside, need more dock room cleared out or moved to a separate side of the park, even if it was an extended float dock

Lovely park and disc golf course. If BRP is too packed, this is a great option. Reminds of Kaposia as far as demanding some technical shots while not being too terribly punishing. Highly recommend.

Water was awesome! Kids cought fish off the boat landing dock, small but were fun to catch!!

Park is clean. Baseball fields, soccer fields, and a tennis court. Nice playground with shade trees. Also large pavilion with no sides (so wind can be an issue).

Nice park. Initially came up to try and see the comet, but the park closed too early and we had to move on. But, if Im in Ham Lake and need a park, Ill know where to go

Very nice park with an awesome, and well maintained disc golf course. Finding the next tee was a little rough, but the app Udisc really helps with that.

Love kayaking on this lake. It always has beautiful views.

Very nice and challenging disc golf course. Good variations on length, obstacles and difficulty. Fix the hole without the fairway, #14, and I would be inclined to give it five stars.

I love the community and especially for the sitting dock, and its history of graffiti. It is a true open canvas that gets rebooted every few years. But the dock is falling apart literally. If any representatives of the park see this we should margialize funds to get a new dock. Countless people go to the dock from sun rise until sunset and the graffiti is the least of our worries.

Nice park for ball fields - nephew always plays baseball here. Playground is alright - a little buggy so bring your bug spray - but overall the park is a nice spot to watch a game and take a walk or let the children play for a bit.

Only 1 boat launch, the fishing pier by the launch makes no sense. Not my favorite place.

Nice boat launch with plenty of parking. Also weve skated at the ice rink in the winter. Very nice warning house.

Its peaceful not a lot of people around and you can really enjoy yourself and catch a nice batch of fish. Highly recommend this to anyone that just wants to enjoy fishing.

Great intermediate 18 hole frisbee course, pretty well maintained. Back 9 is subject to flooding and muddy terrain and is pretty difficult with a stroller but still fun. Also has great softball fields, port-o-pottys, park, benches, paths, boat launch and Pierre.

It was really pretty. A nice setting. I was there for a baby shower in the Pavillion. A cold day but there was a beautiful fire place that wormed us.

Ham Lake course is a free 18 hole course, although a few of the holes are unplayable due to flooding. You may need a guide for the back 9. Its a fun course if You can make it through.

Fishing off the dock would have been better but theres far too much sea weed right off the dock. Longer dock needed.

Great Disc golf course

A great park to go hang out at. They have baseball games going on a lot in the summertime. When the games are going on, they usually serve hot dogs, chips, and refreshments at the building in the center of all the fields. There is a boat launch, a few pavilions, and a decent 18 hole disc golf course that runs around the perimeter of the park. Holes 9,10, 14-16 runs through or next to a swamp, and hole 13 is a 90° right turn over/around a patch of woods.

I gave four stars because some were under water but the orange portapotie was clean

Went fishing, is and always will be a solid lake to fish at. Definitely would recommend.

They have a consession stand which was a big plus. 4 big baseball fields and thats all that was there. No other playground

A free 9 hole disc-golf course within the park is well maintained and challenging enough for me(beginner/intermediate skill).Lanes are through wooded areas and over open plains. Minimum water hazards, although there is the presence of ponds a few holes. Alternate tee-pads for various skill levels available on most holes.

The water craft inspector was good.

Caught fish. Found turtle. Success!

Fun course

Nice park but why arent the bathrooms ever open? Just a smelly portable. And this is on a holiday when you would think they would be open.

Just a nice place away

Quiet yet close to the Metro area. Large playground / rest area with picnic tables, grills, and fire pits. Boat landing, covered picnic area and main building can be found at the inner most portion.Dont expect to be blown away. However, on a Sunday in August there was no crowd to contend with which is worth some points in my book.

Very nice , quiet park. Lots of people came here to use their boats. We found a nice spot to grill and the kids play on the playground. There is also frisbee golf.

Not much for walking but a nice park. Kind of busy so I had to park by the boat ramp. Looks like it has a decent Frisbee golf course.

It was a decent disc golf course. I wouldnt go after a lot of rain.

I really liked the Frizbee golf course. Played it between games during the AA15 MBT State Baseball Tournament. I like how the course goes right around the softball/ baseball complex.

This place is a perfect wetland oasis in the center of Ham Lake. The park it self showcases how beautiful a Minnesota ecosystem can sound, smell, and look like. My only complaint is upkeep seems to be minimal, with scattered liter lining the frolf trail.
