Update, tow company admitted they where told the two homes that always park on the street are off limits. They agreed its not right to tow everyone except the favorites. Tow company sounds scared they have an issue on theyre hands and are looking at refunding everyone they ever towed out the park. Spread the word if you live here.New owners take zero care of the place. No on street parking and people have been towed yet these 2 houses park on the street every night and never ever get towed. They fill giant potholes with big landscaping rocks. Once enough cars run them over the potholes get even bigger and deeper. The whole park is all potholes. Two car limit, any extra is forced to park by, and block the storm shelters. No surveillance in that area and cars have been hitting eachither parking. Trash place surprised the residents havent gotten together to file a complaint to the city. Wish I can give it no stars.

Little to no soap coming out and little to no pressure. Isnt the point of this to have both soap and pressure? Will never come back, suggest no one even gives the place a try.

New owners are terrible. They Bought the place and before they even said hello, they raised lot rent. 2 weeks ago they sent out a letter stating that they won’t be allowing onstreet parking anymore to comply with the rental agreement. But our rental agreement states that the lessor is to offer 2 parking spots and the lesser to move onstreet car when it snows so they can plow. I only have a 1 car driveway. Now yesterday they came and started towing people’s cars in the middle of the night(2am) it wasn’t snowing, no chance of snow in the forecast either. Now they are telling people to park in their yards. But In the rental agreement it clearly states that parking on the lawn is prohibited. New management is terrible and doesn’t have respect for anyone.

Absolutely NO on-street parking. When inquired about where to park with a pass, I was told to park down by the shelters with a pass. Really...? The area with NO street lights or security? Id feel more safe parking in the ghetto of the cities at night with my car unlocked. One time, my hubby fell asleep and forgot to park in the driveway, so of course we were towed by FTR. However, the truck also damaged the road in front of my house. Seriously?! By the way, FTR will accept ONLY cash. No cards. No checks. Its really suspicious when a company takes only cash. While the new owners had redone their personal office and some kind of community room, the potholes got worse and worse. The street lights that were knocked over never got replaced/fixed. The potholes were deep enough to cover half a cone and were the width of half a car. Everywhere! We got a new manager and then they finally paved the main roads.During the winter for plowing, they plowed the snow in SO far into my yard, the mountain was right up against my siding and skirting. Watching the plowing personally, they drove straight into peoples yards with the snow. Then, it wasnt even done well. Little walls of snow everywhere that iced up. So it was like hitting curbs if you didnt drive within their tracks. They talked about their new salt that they were gonna use on the roads. What salt?? It was just as icy as always. Then! When the snow got too high, I was told that they dont plow until its 2 deep. Thats way too deep and at times, it was 3-4 at times before anything was plowed into my yard. The no parking on the street is getting out of hand. What about family gatherings? People visiting from out of town? What if a family member has a medical condition and cant walk from the shelters to near the laundromat? There were a lot of promises made and the fancy office and community center were the only ones kept. The mailboxes havent been done. 2nd new manager did the roads. The water was poop-brown for the first 3 months they took over. The newsletter is email only, which no one was informed about. The information they entered from the get-go is wrong. I apparently live with a Terrance or something. I had high Hopes, but the lazy Osbournes did things better. At least the potholes had bricks to drive over, not cones to avoid. So many people are moving out right now, its ridiculous. It really just feels like the new overlords built a comfortable office to lord over the slums. Ive been in this park since 1994. As a child and as a homeowner. Its only gotten worse. It went from beauty to ragged.

Place deserves no stars. Its a horrible place to live. New owners are worse then absent parents. Potholes everywhere entrance by carwash u cant even avoid hitting them to come in and all they do is stick cones in them. Like a child writing on a wall.... Owners are never in office unless rents due shocking.... Flooding is horrible our drains backed up this spring and they blamed us. There was leaves with the toliet water in our tubs so I doubt that was our fault especially after we had two plumbers come out and they said its not our pipes its in the ground so they couldnt touch it so it was a park problem. The park kept a rent check and filed an eviction on us because the check wasnt in the leasors name. They did nothing on contacting us and informing us of this. So we had to pay their private lawyer 2 grand for us to stay which we attributed to them just being salty about having to have to fix the underground plumbing and they didnt want to pay for it. We are trying to get far away from this hell hole as soon as possible. Anyone else that doesnt want to get screwed taken advantage of or just dealing with the new rules that are completely obnoxious and unreasonable especially for owners that cant keep up their damn half, Id suggest unning as fast as u can for the hills.

The owner is very rude. Dont expect to speak to him unless he comes around to complain about something. The Lease is so general and made to seem like there is little for them to complain about. the reality is they will come up with rules as they feel like it. The lot we rent had very poor run off. Everytime there was more then an inch of rain it would flood our driveway and part of our porch. In the back yard it would pool around the corner of our shed. We began grading the areas and adding vegetation in the areas that needed it. When we were nearly done we were in the yard with our small children when we met the owner for the first time. He parked in the middle of the road and got out of his truck. As he made his way to us on the side of the lot he was yelling whats going on here! Every attempt to speak I was interupted by no no no He began to tell us how this was against the lease and it should have been approved by the office first. The lease only states that we maintain the lot. Well if the water is pooling where it is making dead spots in the lawn and flooding our structures it seems like fixing the problem would be maintanence. When I spoke to the owner in the office a few days later he explained what he fealt was okay and what would need to be removed. I complied and there was no problems until the next spring when he came on to our lot raising his voice and telling me this all has to go. You need to get rid of this and put sod here I wasnt even given the chance to remind him that he approved of it just last spring, but rather he just walked away and sent us a notice that our rent would be raised. The worst part is there are several lawns on the same street that are in horrible shape and nothing has been done in the nearly two years we have lived here now. We want to move, but are worried that the owner will make it difficult simply out of spite, because we didnt seek his approval before planting flowers.
