Excellent service, they brought the wood to me and stacked it behind my garage on a rack that I have. Less than a week between my online request and delivery even though Thanksgiving was part of that week. Was it cheap? No but delivery and stacking was all included in the price. I am very pleased with my experience and will not hesitate to use them again.

Short cord that was cross stacked and 1/2 of the pieces hiss from moisture. They’re also expensive. Gave one star for accommodating us on short notice and delivering into place.

Have ordered from them in the past, It was ok, They take a long time getting back to you for delivery instructions. The guys who came out were good. Straight stack except on the ends a cabin stack. I was ok with that. However, this was the WORST wood we have ever had and Ive had bad wood from another supplier. Takes forever to start. You need lots of fat wood or some type of long term starter. You can hear it hissing like another reviewer posted. NOT dried for 2 years. NOWay. We use our fireplace all the time. It has been a very frustrating winter.

Ordered a fireplace cord. What I received was a stack 4x7x16 rather than 4x8x16. Wood is cross stacked which results in even less. Wood does not burn well and hisses. Not 2 year seasoned wood.

I scheduled a time with these people. They called and left a message asking me to set a time for a different date. I took time off of work to honor their request. They called at the last minute to tell me they could not make the time. They never called to re schedule or make it up. I would never use these people for a commodity like firewood. There are plenty of people out there who would be glad to work with you. I am happy for fire masters that business is so good that they didn’t have to follow up with me.

Just to start off, I want to point out the positive about them. First of all they responded very quickly to my order. They did send an email confirming the amount and size of my order which was followed up with a phone call the next night. They went above and beyond to get the wood back to the location I wanted when a snow had decided to fall overnight prior to delivery and I had not had a chance to clear the path for them again. I also want to point out that they brought exactly the kind of wood they said they would, it is all quality hard wood for an internal fireplace.The point were they fail is in the amount of wood. It is rather deceiving on their website, They stack the wood on 2 cabin style stacks. What is not clear is these stacks are stacked on 2x2 pieces of wood instead of 3x3 stacks which results in the stack not being a full stack of wood. for example: a 4x4x8 stack is actually a 4x4x4 stack of solid wood and a 4x4x2 of cabin style stack that is not a full stack using the 2x2 rotational method resulting in a wood shortage on the order.. a full stack would be a 3x3 rotational method I did call and this is how they do their stacks.personally I was a first time and last time customer as I can find other sources of wood cheaper due to how they do their stacks. if your fine with how they do their wood stacking then I would rate them as excellent. LIke I said above I rated them lower because I expected from the very clear diagram on their website to receive a full 4x4x8 stack of wood and not a 4x4x4 of fully stacked wood and a 4x4x2 of a half stack

Did not deliver full order of firewood. Came back a second time to fix it after I complained. Still not as much firewood as it should have been. About 8 inches short after the second chance to make it right. Will not use them again. Wood is dry and burns well.

I feel so ripped off. The guy stacked the wood on the ends in cabin style stacks. They stacked on 2x2 pieces of wood instead of 3x3 stacks which results in the stack not being a full stack of wood. Also he left as many gaps as humanly possible between logs. There are several places where I can stick my arm through. I even had two posts that he could stack the wood between but he refused to do it that way. I guess he is fully aware of how much he can rip people off. I think I got about a face cord and a half, but I paid for two face cords. Do not order wood from these people.

I burn ALOT of wood, but work caught me up and these folks saved my tail.Had fast delivery. They even placed the wood in the rack at the back of my property near my burn shack! (a long way back!). They were very friendly and the cost was spot on. Id definitely recommend them.

Know the difference between a fireplace cord and a cord of wood. I did not and I was disappointed when I came home to find that I have paid $140 for delivery of a 4 foot high, eight foot long, and on log deep fireplace cord. There is a competitor called pinnacle in Minneapolis the actually walks you through these distinctions on their site. I should have used them.

Recent delivery and stacking of fireplace wood was prompt and mostly importantly it was very DRY and burns well!!
