An excellent stay at a very well-run hotel during a very strange time. Staff were helpful and responsive and practiced safety guidelines in accordance with quarantine recommendations. The room was very nice
Stayed here on the 29th floor while celebrating a friend’s birthday in early November. While the staff was very kind, there was always an issue. Upon check-in, my balcony was filthy. They sent someone up to sweep. The elevator took forever so you literally need to add 30 minutes to your travel time when leaving out. There are only 2 elevators & they seem to stop on every single floor. Even if it stopped on mine, it was too packed to get in. And by packed, at least 4 people in there which is the max during COVID. Sometimes I saw about 6-7 people in there which made me uncomfortable. All amenities were closed as well as the restaurant on site due to COVID. Took about 10 days for the incidental hold to be returned. Wasn’t a bad place to stay, but just seemed to always be something.
Enjoying my time here at the property. Convenient location to eateries, beach & stores/malls. Im staying on the 24th floor. Nice 2 bed/2bath apartment with a full balcony across from each room & living area. Wouldve given a 5 star but the front desk SUCKS! Not friendly...only to selective people. Owner of this apt is prompt in her response but its been major issues in the apt. For the price, it should be top notch & EVERYTHING should be working. Supplies/toiletries should also be stocked without the constant reminder of this & that. I do recommend & would stay again. See pics!!
Disgusting place. The carpet was so dirty that when you took a shower the water from your feet ran black down the drain. Moved the ice bucket tray on the dresser and there was mold underneath (pictures), obviously never cleaned. So, the huge poster in the lobby claiming a deep, disinfecting cleaning of every room between guests was a complete lie. The staff was uncaring at check-in and required all adult none paying guests to have a photo ID or you couldnt stay. Mandatory $40 per day valet parking and undisclosed $30 resorts fee. Find someplace else to stay.
Room was fine, stay was fine. Customer service is argumentative. We stayed on a deal which included free parking, they charged us, we disputed with the front desk, front desk agreed finally agreed after we left hotel, they charged us again, had to get credit card company involved, amount was credited, then they charged the credit card again a couple weeks later, we just found the charge and will be disputing again, really guys? Shady business practice.

Customer service sucks!!! The lady I delt with during check in was ridiculous!! They have no room service or restaurant. I did not have any wash cloths in my bathroom nor did anybody bring me any when I called for some. Not to mention it looked like they let anybody check in. I highly recommend you do not go to this hotel.
I had a late flight coming into Fort Lauderdale, I had to wait about 2 hours to pickup a car rental. So when I got there after midnight they didnt have my reservation at first. So I had to call booking agent back so they can send over my reservation. Now that a hour that went by Smdh.. Now they finally get it. But they end up giving me the wrong room. Its a total of 2 adults and 2 children. We all cant sleep in a king size bed with no pull sofa bed SMFH. Now its 2am and still no room. They end up give my room away thinking that we wasnt going to show up. Never again ...We had to find another hotel at 2:30am with 2 kids driving around late at night. This dont deserve a star either but I had to give them one..... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
They deserve 0 stars the room was disgusting dirty the kitchen sink smelled rotten. They didn’t care the front desk girl was rude. They over charged me for the stay it was not worth it. Very disappointed.
The room floors is filthy black.Two lamps not workingThey never send the housekeeping while keep claiming it’s someone’s else responsibility. Just sad and disappointing stay, definitely a tourist trap, they also upsale you with property fee and ridiculous 40$ a night parking.
Location location location if you plan on being on the beach this is where its at. Beach Walk at your feet and the sun and waves you cant go wrong. Plenty of deals on meals and happy hour specials galore. Live entertainment on the walk aswell. If you stay for a weekend its very accommodating to take advantage of the environment when ever you want.
I enjoyed the view and location of the hotel, its worth the price, But it was a hassle trying to book there, started of by me thinking I was book to later find out that I gave someone my card information which never booked me, I only found out because I called back to ask how long the email conformation would take, just to be told Im not in the system and never was booked. Then they book me on the wrong date, charge me double on my bank card, never brought me toothpaste and toothbrush I requested from room service to bring up to my room, also my ac was off and it gotten a bit too hot for me and my family, after calling it in twice it took nearly a two in a half hour for the technician to come fix. I love the hotel but hate the experience. I did come in contact with a hand full of great staff with excellent customer service, one I remember his name is Emmanuel he very friendly and nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have had issues from day one from the room not being cleaned to the ongoing cannabis smoking and smell throughout the property. Despite my reports, management ignored my requests until I sent them a picture of someone smoking a joint on the balcony. Even then, I deal with the smell of cannabis smoke in my room every night. The room has issues that have not been addressed such as a broken shower and I have no cleaning supplies or housekeeping despite being here for a long term stay. I have tried to cancel the reservation however management has refused. I have not been able to get a good night sleep since I got here because of the loud noise in the hallways during the middle of the night, the uncomfortable beds and lumpy old pillows. I am looking for another place to stay so I can have a real holiday. So far, this has been the holiday from hell. I knew I made a mistake the moment I stepped into the lobby and asked to cancel because the lobby smelled like overpowering room deodorizer and cannabis. Attached are photos of the joint, dirty coffee mugs that were in my room upon check-in, a dirty phone and a photo of a drone looking into my room. Management didnt do s**t all about that either. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
Great view, home away from home living, these are things that best describes Beackwalk. Oh helpful staff. Help us plan a simple birthday for two.

The apartment my family and I stayed in was nice, but needs maintenance. The carpet was dirty and heavily stained. Lots of small repairs to be done.
Great view but thats it! Room clean but appliances in the bathroom are falling apart. Oh and lets not forget the elevator takes at least 10 minutes to get your floor big inconvenience if your doing uber or lyft.

Absolute worst customer service. Front desk lady gave so much attitude for no reason. Booked the pent house and was given only one parking space. Guests had to park wal-mart! The pent house.... For the price I paid any service would be better than what I received... Go somewhere else, believe me...
This resort hotel is in an amazing spot. Make sure you get a room where you can see the water. The view is everthing. This is my new spot to rent when I go down south

The absolute WORST experience Ive had since getting stuck in Miami. These people tried to kick me out in the middle of a rain storm, despite the fact had a tenancy for over 90 days! Because I complained about lack of parking! When I tried to reason with management, I was literally ASSAULTED by a man claiming to own the entire building when he got so in my face he spat on me Im the middle of a pandemic! When the cops came, they had to let me stay because I paid. Nevertheless, Ill NEVER book here again, and I discourage STRONGLY from even considering this place as a feasible domicile, in any capacity. The building is shoddily built, management is in chaos, no one knows whos paying what to whom, and the self described owner assaults the paying guests with spittle. STAY AWAY.

Great views but no amenities are available to use. No shuttle, no pool towels, no ice maker on floor, restaurant shut down, no gym access if stay is less than 30 days.
Stay away! We booked a one bedroom suite over $240 for one night and the only thing nice about the place was the balcony and view. The place needs to be upgraded the living room couch was dingy the bed frame was dingy and the room had an old motel smell to it.

Overrated and over priced. They charged me a smoking fee which I did not smoke there. They also charged me valet parking when I parked my own car (very useless) and they look for any little thing to over charge you. I don’t recommend.
Unprofessional. Bad experience here. The hotels right next to the bridge it takes forever just to get in and out your better off somewhere else.
My family and I stayed here back in March for a friend’s wedding, and we are still getting random charges almost 2 months later. Before booking, understand you will be charged for valet parking ($26) a night, and no option to self park, and they will charge a resort fee. I was just charged $37.83 (and my bank statement said it was charged in person, and I live in Central Florida). When I called and questioned the charge I was originally told this was the cost of my whole stay and that there was a glitch. Then when I had questioned why I was being charged so late as my parents were charged right after our stay, the representative all of sudden realized I was charged double and credited $27 back to me... now 27 is not half of 37 so I was overcharged and they thought they were getting away with it. My parents have also been charged multiple times ranging from $200-$300. Stay at your own risk, something is off here.

Really enjoyed the suite. Wish I couldve stayed longer than one night. Loved my view from the 22nd floor. I didnt give the last start cause there wasnt much breakfast options.
We rented 3 bed apartment for a month. Good space with 3 baths and wraparound terrace so plenty of space for 4 adults 2 children. Well maintained and clean and bright. Staff are really helpful and particularly Daniel has really helped with a few issues. Unfortunately we are 9th floor and very close to the busy road which is noisy and made sleep difficult although we did acclimatise somewhat. Pool on ground floor is ok but sunbeds go quickly. Really need more kitchen utensils, silverware, plates etc but most people dont stay as long as we have so maybe not an issue for most. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend.
There were some issues...The elevators were down for a little bit causing us to walk down 14 flights of stairs, the dryer in the room wasnt working , and it was hard to get thr front desk and housekeeping to answer the phones. Other than that we had fun.
The service here was sub par. There are only 2 elevators that are extremely slow and there are 30 floors. We ended up taking the stairs on several occasions, walking 6 flights. Valet service said you can text for your car, but we always had to wait at least 15 minutes even though we put in a reservation.

Stayed in a 2 bdrm suite for work, overlooking Walmart. Rooms are clean and elegantly designed. The hotel bar had great service but a limited number of meals for someone with an extended stay.
Omg this hotel is the worst! The walls in the rooms are dirty the rugs are stained the staff is not helpful at all they are super rude you can’t even enjoy your time there its like being in a prison or worse! Please run and run fast away from this place don’t waste your money there! I will never ever be staying there again!
I have to thank Carlos and specially Sergio, the MOD. They have customer service. The place is super clean and modern. I stayed there In August and returned yesterday for a special ocassion. The rooms are big and with beautiful views. Conveniently located close to the beach. Will definitely return.
Beautiful place. Shops are within walking distance. Has a restaurant on site and a shuttle to the mall as well as beach.

My vacation is still going but my time here has been too fabulous already to not write this review! The staff not only super accommodating but they are happy and fun people. My room is clean and nothing’s missing. The restaurant food is excellent and the fact that you can order from the pool AND have it served there is phenomenal. Stanlay who I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing at the front desk is so funny, so sweet, and wants your stay to be perfect and WILL make it his best effort for it to be. FYI ladies he’s not a sore for the eyes either. Thank you Beachwalk Resort for a wonderful spring break stay during this time!!
The hotel is in a spectacular location and the rooms are very well kept. Just be ready to pay the resort fee, whether you use their supplemental services or not! This is a place that is definitely worth the 4 star rating, but just be prepared to pay those types of prices to stay here!

Horrible from start to finish! It took 40 mins to get us checked in. Walked to the beach where there was supposed to be chairs and towels for hotel use got embarrassed on the beach when they told us beach walk never renewed their contract and wanted us to pay extra for them. There were no accommodations no breakfast no valet and got told we were not allowed back in the pool after leaving to use the restrooms once again in front of everyone oh and I mention we paid to be in a pent house every time we go through the lobby there is someone complaining about this or that. Just and over all terrible experience that Ruined my whole vacation
The room smelled of mold and or mildew, they had no wash cloths and the carpet was filthy. We shall see what tomorrow brings

Average 3 star unless they put you in a room with a view then its 5 dates, thats why I gave it 4. I got a room facing south on the 29th floor, view was unlike anything else. Room clean average size, bathroom clean also.
Service was great, pricing great....hotel needs a major update, looking a little run down. Went for my 40th bday....not impressed. Just found out I was pregnant....so my senses were alert. Go again, probably not. I would try different resorts first. Pictures from room were amazing!

Room was dirty.. sheets had lice, this was my second stay as I thought to give it another try and it is NOT WORTH THE PRICE. you are basically only paying for the view if you are on the right floor. and always something going on (party wise within the guest)
I’m floored that this place has 4 stars! Horrible from start to post finish as there are MANY HIDDEN FEES! What looks like an inexpensive stay turned into hundreds more! WE LEFT 2 DAYS EARLY and forfeited my paid in advance nights! One word that comes to mind...? Dump.

Excellent place for family vacations. We stayed 1 week and we are completely pleased with the facilities and the service. The elevators take such a long time and we had a minor issue in our bathroom, but we are considering coming back to the same place.

DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could put 0 stars, I would. First, the valet pushed a luggage cart into our car. Then we go upstairs and the keys didn’t work. The elevator NEEDS your room key to press a floor so we had to walk down 10 flights of stairs. Lourdes said the card would work so we went back upstairs and it didn’t work again! We also witnessed her being incredibly disrespectful to her staff. Went back down and then finally were able to get into the room. We leave for a show for 2 hours and come back and the card doesn’t work again!!! So we go downstairs and explain to the front desk and they tell us we didn’t have a reservation! Saying we checked out at 1pm when we had checked IN at 4pm! We waited at the front desk for 20 minutes to get told we didn’t exist in the system. The manager came out and offered us a free breakfast. The next day we got breakfast which was only eggs and a piece of toast (they refused to give us anything else) and we went to check out. At the line, someone was complaining and everyone looked miserable. A woman in line told us that multiple people got into her room with different keys! She told us to check our bank account because she was charged $1,000 as a resort fee. We checked and we were charged TWICE and the 2nd amount was almost double the original cost of the stay. What the hell!!!
Fair price and good location.
It was is really nice hotel. Its like a one bedroom apartment, very spacious. A lot of people complain about cleaness - for me it was hotel standard. The provide beach shuttle and the Staff is really nice. Only their elevators could be faster.
I give it zero stars! Horrible but very horrible hotel! The ac does not work and they do not come and fix it the staff has an attitude out of this world they are not helpful at all! If you ever think about going here please run as fast as you can and do not go there because it’s the worst place to go to! Our experience was so horrible and I would hate for someone else to go through what we went through!
Location is across from a Walmart and along the intercoast. However, upon arrival I was upset to find out that there was two additional fees that were not disclosed on the site that I used to book the room. The first fee was for mandated valet parking which cost an additional $20 and then when you check-in they have a resort fee. The interior of the property is nicely remodeled, however the beds are not very comfortable. Leaving the property it is a bit difficult to go westbound.

Positive: The pool was beautiful Negative: Front desk phone was not answered. There was a strong smell when you entered the hotel. When I requested something from house keeping I did not delivered. The hotel continuously tried to charger my card for several things I did not approve.

On waterway, blocks from Beach, great views from upper floors. Spacious kitchen units. Walmart across street. Free shuttle to mall and Gulfstream, although only ever 2 hours.
Loved our room. Great location. Close to the beach, close to Wal-Mart. The only negative thing would be that it takes forever to get an elevator. There are only two elevators for the whole building.
My new favorite get away
Im very disappointed with this resort management is very racist to people of color. My family and I booked a penthouse for a small gathering for Saturday night and before our gathering can began police were called on us. Mind you we had no music and less than ten guest. I have had plenty gatherings in the pass at the resort with over 20 guests and loud music and was able to finish on a good note without police being called. I understand the resort maybe under new management but that is not my problem. If I am not able to have gatherings or more than ten guests in my room it should be noted in policy before booking. What makes it worst is that we are not the only people having a gathering the same night but management refuses to acknowledge that and will not let the rest of my guests come up. I will never spend another penny at this resort ever again. #stayaway
Great staff who are very helpful and knowledgable. One drawback is they have only two elevators to service the hotel, but everything else is great.

Rooms are small, shower pressure is way too low, nothing downstairs for basic food and supplies. I will not stay here again. Views are good though. Beds are comfy.
Everyone there is incredibly friendly and profesional! The place is amazing and has a great view. We meet there once a week for lunch and the food and service are awesome.

Never ever.Pricey as it is. Hidden charges.60 to 120$ for cleaning fee though we had already paid 500+ for room. If 500 doesnt include cleaning then what are we paying for?Next is even terrible. Parking chargers extra 28 $ per night + tip.When asked why are you charging that, they said we have to pay money to parking space as we dont own it.Then why do they call themselves 4* hotel when they cannot provide parking?No supplies like soap, shampoo, toiletries etc in bathroom.Sofabed not comfortable.It is not beachwalk ... beach is way too far from this place.Good partNice view although not worth 250 $ per night.Nice room, good size. Good kitchen equipments though not sufficient.

This is the most horrible, generic condo we have ever been in. Mandatory $175.00 a week valet parking. You are quite lucky to get your car. 30 floors and 2 elevators, so make sure you leave early. You cant call anyone. You text them including the front desk. Never texted me back. Old pots, pans and utensils and missing some kitchen musts such as, measuring cups, spoons, storage containers, at the least. No knives besides steak and butter knives. Also no dish towels or dish cloths, just a sponge. No extras that others might have left such as salt, pepper, foil,and wrap, baggies etc. We told by staff there was no ice or soda vending. She apparently didnt speak English and was confused. Burns in the carpet that should have been replaced yrs ago. Very ugly, old generic furniture. Horrible whining return pipe in the closet. The kitchen sink isnt able to give hot water as the faucet is unable to go backwards. Washing dishes in fairly cold water isnt that fun. Did some of them in the bathroom sink in order to clean. Im sure that I have more complaints that Im just not remembering at this time. The better things of the condo was the Riverview which was great, the balcony is awesome but dirty, the bed was comfortable and clean and there was no bed bugs. On another note, the traffic in this area is horrible. As it sits on the intracoastal the bridge goes up and down all day long with its bells dinging.

This was a horrible place. Parking on property was not free. They have signs everywhere that you have to paid for valet parking. Just go down the back street or over to Walmart (just move your car everyday) and park for free. If you use a time share room it looks nothing like the pictures and you cant get maid service. We had to live 3 days with beach sand all over the floors. We couldnt get extra towels or refills of soap and things. So glad I brought our own stuff. The people at the desk were rude and not helpful. We will be avoiding this place in the future.
