Lived here almost 16 yrs, theyre lucky to get 1 star

This place dont want to help with anything that you need. All they want is to rise the lot rent all the time every year than also they take things away from the community so they can save money. All they worried about is how they can rise the lot rent more each year. They act like they own our mobile home. If you want a place buy you self a house. It wouldnt cost no more than the way lot rent going to cost down the road. Lease your cost for buying a house wouldnt go up every year.

I have lived here for 11years and just to advise you before you move !!. It’s one of the most expensive places and they don’t do anything for you except raise the rent every year. It’s there property that’s why you pay lot rent $489.90 a month and going up and they won’t even remove drag bushes. They said I can well what the hell am I paying all this rent for. My driveway has a big dip in it and is like a river running threw it when it rains hard , I’ve complained but you might as well forget that. All they care about is raising lot rent and getting that money. I’m retired and can’t do all that stuff anymore !!!

The office staff is very rude. Lost a sale of home because of the rudeness and making things more complicated than they need to be. They make it very hard to buy and sell. Do not by or sell here unless u want a big headache

Great place. I visit my parents who live there about once a week and everyone is so friendly that I encounter. Plus my parents live all the way in the back and its super quite. A great place for a family or a single family to live.

Love love taking my grandson to the pool. We just love those lifeguards and the people who come there are so nice and friendly

Lakeside has started to accept section 8 housing vouchers and the quality of the neighborhood has drastically changed.. not all section 8 are bad. But it seems the only the bad ones are moving in....

I live in lakeside and its not that great of a place rules suck

There are Iinconsiderant people who play their music so loud that I can hear it and sometime vibrates our home. Anytime after 9pm is noise. It is 11pm and still playing.

Love it here best choice ever for me and my children wish we searched for a bigger home first then jumping on the first one but still happy we finally have a nice place to call home
