The owner MERRI MORRELL is very nasty, short, and curt. She is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. MERRI continuously reiterated that she was the owner and therefore could conduct business in whichever way she deemed fit despite whether it was ethical or businesslike. Customer service is a serious shortcoming for MERRI MORRELL and the major reason I withdrew my daughter from this program. I refuse to pay money to anyone who is condescending, inflexible, or solely in the customer service industry for money. She attempted to charge for a full month although my daughter attended for two weeks. I requested a refund and immediate withdrawal.
