Lovely place lovely people just love the view the air everything about that place is amazing highly recommend

Parking is out crazy strict and towing is always infotech when car is parked for 10 min alone

Beautiful, sleepy little Mobile Home Park. Excellent security for those of us who enjoy well monitored Community Living. Probably best kept real estate Secret in Hacienda Heights. Well manicured units in a quiet area with remarkable views of San Gabriel Valley.

Because its were my daughter live,s. If the monthly space rent weed be like 600.00 a month we would buy and move there. But we love in Adelanto, near victorville where we are not happy because of the weather. I wish for miracle..mrs Lea Nuñez

Great place to live

Pretty calm and clean place to live. I like it. Rules are pretty strict and facility hours could be a little more flexible. Rent does go up but goes up everywhere. Still cheaper than renting and apartment or buying a house. If you keep your space neat they dont bother you.

I just want to say that my family has had a very positive experience living at Wildwood, and management has been very helpful to us. I cant speak to what others say they have experienced, but only know my own, which has been very good. The park is peaceful and quiet. I can also walk through it at night for exercise up and down the hills with no fear for my safety. It is a beautiful place.

So what could you say about a mobile home park its extremely secluded, I know its extremely large it has a carwash and its also a clubhouse with pool lots of friendly people lots of dog and lots of streets and lots of children also be careful that you dont get lost in there very easy to do so thank you so much and have a wonderful day

Pretty but rundown grounds. Some of the units were newer and nice, others were kind of shabby, which affected the overall ambiance of the property. Its the sort of place youd expect to go visit grandma.

This Place is a nice neighborhood, my in-laws live there and every time I go I really enjoy the moments I spend there.

Dont do anything about places that look horrible.

First off entrance does not look like that just dirt .....When I moved in here was told rent increase would be minimal after the rental adjustment from 2013 to 2015 it was told minimal ....Well J & H took over and my first was 40.00 and next 26.00 so not what I expected and with yearly increases where will it end 1000.00 per month ridiculous and it keeps going up. Pure greed....extended parking lot now cars block my view reason I picked my space ...trash condoms dirty diapers .....and they think we should pay more .....people that live here are nice but not management....

Very happy to work with the property managers and owners of the community. We have been successful in remodeling and selling numerous homes over the last 4 years and seen a constant increase in home values. This is only possible through active management and adherence to the community rules and regulations.Wildwood is located in one of the areas best school districts and is just 17 miles from downtown Los Angles. See for yourself on the map...its close to everything!As with every web-site that offers reviews it is important to see things from both sides. Anyone whos unhappy with the community, whos owned there home for more than a couple years, has likely seen their homes value increase several thousand dollars.I urge anyone whos looking for a family oriented community to drive through the park and talk to the staff. It is truly a great place!

Bad management. Very difficult to communicate with. They even limit the colors you can paint your house even if they just brought in a brand new one with the same colors. Very picky about the smallest things and make it hard for you to sell your house in the future. They also consistently raise your rent.

Lived here for years. Place has changed dramatically for the better.

I completely agree with Mr. James Wade, we have been stuck here for over ten years now, we are currently in a lawsuit with the park for SO many things- for ex. C.A.R.E. credit was never issued on ANY of our rent bills for the last four years, it was posted but never deducted form the rent - when i went to ask JoAnne she said it was supposed to be deducted from Edison- then when i spoke with Edison they said the park needs to deduct... on and on the usual run around, they have now changed managers but still the same lame rules, GYM and community area only open from 9am-3:30pm !!????!! do they not think any body works???? those A#!#$$!@!!!! the only exception is that the patroling has gotten better

I was never more mortified in my whole life and I was afraid to be normal for you but I dont think its the audience and chicken breast.

Bad investment! A lot of tenants including myself regret buying here. The Manager and Owners have made this park have a bad reputation, and they are not about to change a thing! Really a money pit. Rent increase annually along with another 50.00 a month in miscellaneous charges. VERY HIGH RENT! Managers go around and bother home owners over small things, they constantly make up new rules. Any issues you may have they ignore, they are absolutely 100% the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The list really goes on here. Corruption, etc. Dont be fooled into buying a home here looks are really deceiving. Walk around and ask tenants how they feel about the Manger and the Owners of the park. I guarantee you will get your answer. You have to make over 3,000.00 a month to live here. If you make that much, go buy a real house.
