Loved it! This place is so great top notch but the reason I give it a 4 stars is because the beer is a little price. $5 for one beer, crazy; But above all the experience was great!. Staff was nice restrooms were clean and snak bar was great!

Im having a love affair with this casino. Its less than 2 hours from Amarillo. It is squeaky clean, smells wonderful, and has a large assortment of slots. They clean the slots fairly regularly. The machines dont shut down automatically if someone sits down next to you, so you either hold your breath, or move. Temperature and picture taken upon entering. MOST everyone wears a mask, except the chain smokers. Guess they think theyre immune to covid. They have a small high rollers room. The machines arent loose, but they pay out just enough to keep you playing. I dont go to a casino with intentions of getting rich. I go with the amount of money I can afford to lose. I go to have fun. I enjoy this casino. Restrooms are clean. Help is friendly, and food is good. Its a small snack bar kind of restaurant. Now, I go during the week, in the early afternoon. At night, I have no idea what the conditions are, so youre on your own. Good luck

Some of the friendliest Casino staff I have ever met. I always win a lot of money when I go here. The food in the cafe is spectacular. You have to try the green chile bacon buffalo chicken mac and cheese it is to die for!

You dont really win that much like the first month it was open. And the staff were not friendly, they frown at you and follow you around like you going to steal a casino machine or something? I went three times last month and lost almost 2k. I think I will go back to lucky star at least the staff were friendlier and dont follow you around and there are more people winning.

Truck Parking Allowed. This casino is no different than no other. By the way, I did win some. You have to know when to walk out with your winnings. The casino is not too big and not too small. It does have Truck Parking for About 30 Big Trucks. It does allow smoking.

Came in shortly after they opened and wasnt overly impressed. The layout is nice and there are plenty of machines but nothing really worth playing. The machines are definitely tighter than Clinton or Hammon. The food may be the main redeeming quality. Not overpriced and tasted decent.

It is a nice casino close to Amarillo we went on the soft opening and accidentally won $700 by playing a machine we didnt know and the bet was much higher than we would normally do and it gave us a bonus spin and won but that was the only one that played good with us. We went again a few months later and not one machine played with us literally lost $500 in one hour... I also noticed they pay as well as like Clinton or Sugar creek... but maybe you will be luckier

Pretty small for the usual casinos Ive been to, plus they had a lot of the same machines, aka not a big variety at all, just different styles of the same game. I wasnt much of a cards fan but I think the only games they had there when I went was black Jack and Texas holdem.. I got very bored after an hour or so of being there. Its fun but I wouldnt go back for an all day thing.

SLOTS ARE TIGHT! Lots and lots of Penny Machines. No Free Play for new players. Maybe they will improve the longer they are open. The cafe has good food- just slow getting it out and dining area is small. We will stick with Lucky Star Casinos for now. Might give Golden Mesa another try after they have been open for a while.

It was a fun trip from Amarillo. Quick and easy traveling. The people were pleasant. Hit several times but didnt know when to quit, lol. Most people dont! Maybe thats why there are some bad reviews. I have been to a lot of casinos across the country and have won and lost. This will be one I enjoyed the most!!

This was our second time to go. First time was before grand opening and did see some jackpots being paid. Today we saw no payouts. Slots were very tight. The casino is nice, but unfortunately have had no luck either time. Will probably just stick to the other casinos that we can at least win a little to allow us to play for awhile.

The casino is still in its soft opening phase at the time of this review.The interior is nice, with plenty of machines and a few table games available. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of what I would call popular games, but enough that you shouldnt be disappointed.The max bets on the majority of the penny games were $8.80, which is on the pricy side. Was able to find a few rows where max was $2.50 - $4. Watch the 50¢ and dollar games, too. Especially on the ones not clearly marked what the max bet is. Found out the hard way, when one spin was $10.I will be back, and hope that with feedback some improvements can be made here and there. Overall, it was fun, and definitely nice not to have to drive several hours to go gamble.

Place was packed but didnt hear anyone hitting. Gave the wife 100 and I took a 100 played penny slots 30 min later we where both out of money and I hit 1 time winning .10 cents. If your very board and want to loose some money quickly come on in.

Went there for the first and last time. They had the new slot machines that you can charge your phone on, but noticed my phone was acting weird after the fact, and something was using my data. No buffet, free drinks but no cups, and was like pulling teeth trying to find some service. One of the machines jammed when printing my ticket, and it took 20 minutes to get someone to help. And when walking around the casino, and not once did I notice anyone wining or the machines paying out. All quiet on the jackpot front. Would not recommend.

Haven’t won anything. Been coming here since before the grand opening. In my opinion it’s really not handicap susceptible:1. The walkway between all the machines are too small. especially if the staff is not doing their job by pushing in the chairs when no one is using that machine.2. The restaurant is tucked back in a corner of that building with only two entrances INSIDE of the casino. I believe there should be an entrance and an exit for the people that just want to try the restaurant out instead of getting lost in all the machines just to find the diner.Oh and the security staff were very unpleasant. EXCEPT for the older lady, she’s the only professional and very nice one.

Nice casino but never won more than $10 on any machine

Thurs. night, very busy in the casino. In the cantina, the chicken sandwich was a bit dry. They piled on the fries, beer was $5 to wash it down. Lots of Texas gamblers at the tables, bring money and enjoy!

Stopped by on the way home from Lubbock and came out a pretty good winner in less than 15 minutes.

Just drove by Sunday morning. Outside looks done. Looks pretty decent. Kinda compare it to how native lights started out in newkurk. Its about an hour closer to me than new Kirk so Ill visit there when it opens.
