This is actually A Good Store With Nice Artwork And Awsome Games And A Good Studio c Beta With 16 Movement Bot It’s Awsome And I’m Going There For My 13th Birthday And I Been Here 5 Times :) And I Love This Location And This Is 40 Minutes Away From My Apartment So I Gave This Store A 8/10

They have switched to a card system. So no more coins or tickets. Once you get used to that its great. Had a very enjoyable time.

Just had the pizza for the first time in 20 years and it way exceeded my expectations. Its spectacular thankyou!!! Might be the best thin crust Ive had in my entire life.

We came to this restaurant for a meeting. my friend recommended this place. Well, we were not disappointed. the crew were so friendly and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. Recommended.

Love taking the kids here. Always check the website for coupons you should never have to pay full price. Kids can run around and burn off energy and parents can sit and rest or chase after little ones depending on thier age.

Well managed and taken care of. Didnt know what to expect after not having been to a Chuck E Cheese for close to 30 years. Staff was super helpful in explaining changes and pricing. Even on a Friday night with a packed parking lot, games were spread out nicely so that even our 2 yr old wasnt overwhelmed walking from ride/game to game. My wife and I expected a totally stressful experience. Instead, walked out of there talking about the fun we all had and when well be returning next!

Fun place for the kids and adults if youre a kid at heart haha. Doing the minutes of playing instead of tokens is way better in my opinion.

Its kind of sad because CoVid 19 has everything messed but Chuck E. Cheese is practicing all the measures the prevent the spread of the CoVid 19

I like taking my kids.. but the waits are sooo long just to buy points or food. Theres usually only 2 cashiers !

My son loves coming here. We come in the morning so theres hardly anyone there and he can roam the whole place! If you have a their card in hand keep it with you. You can put points in it instead of getting a whole new one whenever you visit which is great!

Fun for kids. No video games for adults though? Galaga? Ms. Pac man? Multi-choice?I went there at 5 PM on a Thursday, and there was no one who could serve beer. Pretty annoying.The pizza is good: crispy with some garlic butter on the crust.

Please read whole thing.Have had issues with this specific location before.And today my son asked me if he can go get our reusable cups to use them,then my son was stopped on his way out (note:nobody was at the front) a lady stopped him and said and adult must give you permission.I go with him in front of the lady(still no one at the front) and says no an adult must go.I gave him permission, no children arnt allowed to leave by themselves. My son isnt a child hes 12 and we just left so there wouldnt be no problems but so in a emergency case you must wait for an adult to leave thats a dumb Rule

Great place, but a bit pricey.

Had a great time with my granddaughter. It was clean and nice staff. One tip, dont leave your table or they will throw out your food and drinks. Left half a pizza and our drinks to go play games and came back and everything was thrown out. When I mentioned it, I literally got no response. Weird!

Went for a few birthday parties for my daughters friends, and Im really impressed. Its completely changed from when I was a kid. Really clean, games actually work and good deals. Also love the way they incorporate play cards instead of tokens, like at Dave & Busters. All in all, I would definitely return and definitely recommend.

We are newer to the area and were hesitate to go here, however it was the BEST experience at a Chuck E Cheese ever! it was clean, staff was very friendly and my grandsons had a blast! Maybe it was because it was a Thursday afternoon but what a great time!

This is a review Im very happy to do. Was there for a bday party ordered food that was really good. The real thing that got me was a friend of mine left her beautiful engagement ring in the bathroom and she was devastated. Management saw us and asked after us and said an employee turned it in. I was there a couple months ago and was not impressed, today went there for a birthday party and saw the place was a lot better. Had a great time food was good nice and clean friendly staff. Would recommend as a place to go for some family fun.

As always this place was so amazing! The lady in front is very professional and always tries to look for coupons to make it cheaper. Yes it was busy , but it was still clean and nice. The only down side is that the food was not that good for the price. Chucky cheese needs to change their food supplier: especially when it comes to their pizza!! Besides that , everything else is great!

Going right when they open is best so its not packed.Chuck E. does a song and dance thing with kids ever half hour and does ticket splash where throws tickets in the air and the kids try to gather them, they love that.Staff seems nice and helpful if one the machines malfunctions.#kids #families

Best with kids. Dont go if you dont have Dem.. great games and activities. $5 can give you 15 games. While you play games you get tons of free tickets in every game which you can redeem for some gifts. I got 32 tickets wish a redeemed for a whistle and stickers for my kid. Pizza is great do try it. Menu options on bit pricey and limited but you go there for fun and awesomeness.

I just want to say that I’m beyond impressed of how clean and comfortable this location is now! Food tasted great!! The manager, Ed, has really done an excellent job getting things turned around- clean, great food, super friendly staff! Last time I was there (some years back) it was cluttered and unkept. I went this past weekend because my daughter had a gift card. When I walked in- I actually felt like I could breathe; it was open and still had plenty of games for the kids. SO glad they got rid of the playland! My daughter and I loved the “play any and all games for an hour”— I will totally recommend it to others!!

It was a rainy day, today I was supposed to have taken the kids trick o treating in Gurnee. But unfortunately due to rain and cold we decided to go to Chuck E. Cheese. The ticket muncher machine that I used had to get rebooted 3 times while I used it, and I only had about 700 tickets for my grand total.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful! They were dealing with unsupervised children who were very much inappropriate and they handled it very well. The manager came over and asked us how our time was, which I thought was very nice. I give major kiddos to the entire staff! Not to mention it was very clean, together food was good. Will definitely go back

When i was a little girl there were rumors that their pizza had band-aids in it. However i never found any band aids. Had fun times here as a child and teenager.

Good variety of games and our two kids under 3 found plenty to do. Reasonably priced across the board, but the pizza is lacking in quality. Salad bar is pretty good.

Surprisingly decent pizza, and better if you find a coupon for food and games. Great for kids. A bit too bright and generic inside, but I guess youre not going there for the decor. My kids were happy with their first trip there.

Great place for children . Clean and looks like a mini Vegas. My two 3yr old grandchildren both girls. Ask to go back often.We will go again to celebrate the others birthday in Sept. We brought cupcakes. 10.00$ for 30 minutes of play, plenty of time for 1st timers.100 tickets given to birthday girl. They both earned 200+ tickets playing games.They got to choose several little gifts. Great excitement and fun hour spent playing...cashing in tickets....picking prizes...eating cupcakes we brought.

The pizza is delicious! Its very family friendly and allows parents to give their kids a day of fun. The biggest issue is that this place is so darn expensive! Even with deals, you cant have a decent day without breaking your wallet. If there was a way to make it a bit less pricey, that would be great and would probably attract more crowds.

This place never seems to disappoint me its so clean staff is nice and food is of good quality. However Im not really liking the new credits/playtime thing now no more tokens and everything is on a card, a card where a 2 or 5 year old can easily loose even with the $1 bracelet prices are getting higher and higher now a days even with coupons but I guess you pay for what you get and overall Im satisfied.

Wish they still had more of the classic jungle gym-style equipment for children to play on.

I had a lot of fun just playing the basketball hopp game where the hoop moves back and forth. I have been to a couple birthday parties here recently and I have got to say that this establishment is pretty clean for what it is. Lots of people are always here.

1st visit...and last. Only had 3 employees on duty... one stayed at the door of course. Other 2 where hard to find to order food and redeem tickets.Pizzas on buffet were not fresh... we had to go get slices from old pizza to throw away just to get them to bake fresh ones.Staff members were rude when we asked for fresh plates (like youre supposed to).He just starred at me and said for what and had no idea what plate to give me.Kids waited outside an employee only labeled door for Chuck e to come out and he was super late... song was practically over when he finally came out the door. Eventhough for 10 minutes straight there was a countdown waiting and warning the kids chucke would be arriving soon.

Remodel so its cleaner than before. They now use rechargeable game cards instead of tokens. Still using physical tickets. Seemed organized with extra help at register. Remodel removed the big climbing area which is now mostly a small slide. Some newer games for toddlers to younger kids.

Great place to visit with kids

Came in 1-24-19 at 7:55pm and ordered a beer for myself and wife after a longs day work only to be told by the cashier that Diane the manager at the time was not going to come up and serve us a beer because they stoped serving beer at 8pm, We were very disappointed because it wasnt 8pm yet. I wanted to leave but only stayed because my 4 yr old wanted to play for an hour an we just wanted 1 beer.

The pizza is amazing and I absolutely have a blast coming here!

Cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have been to in a long time. Chuckee came out every hour during our visit and interacted with the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. This location does not use tokens, but rather rechargeable cards. Wrist bands that attach to the cards are available for purchase. I highly recommend this to prevent children from losing their cards.

We are teaching VERY young children the addictive rush of gambling. Will be warning young parents with small children to take kids bowling, go carts, movies over this establishment. Advice....make more of the games like your basketball throw and less like a casino.

If you are looking for somewhere to treat your family I would definitely recommend to avoid this place and go somewhere else like Dave & Busters or Gameworks.The subpar pizza barely satisfied our family. There was hardly anyone here and most of the tables were dirty. And my absolute biggest complaint is that as a whole this place is a scam! I understand the the logic and need for a business to be profitable to stay in business but wow, what a hustle. Our family of four each got a card with unlimited play for an hour. Though the two little ones didnt contribute much to getting tickets. My wife and I made it a point to play games with a high ticket payout. Well at the end of our hour of play. We nearly had 2000 tickets. When we went to the prize area I was absolutely blown away at the junk they were offering for crazy amounts of tickets. Seriously... a squishy ball about the size of a soft ball was 1700 tickes??? We split the tickets equally between both kids (about 950 each) and what they got with that amount of tickets was just plain pathetic! I could have literally spent $5 worth of quarters on toy machines at a laundromat and have gotten better things for my kids instead of spending the $110 that we paid for subpar pizza and awful prizes.Seriously... Just go to Gameworks or Dave & Busters and avoid getting hustled here!

This place aint what it used to be, if youre over 7 years old then the games suck, the animatronics arent as scary as they used to be but at least the pizza is still good. Too bad they dont sell beer anymore so I could numb myself of the boredom of being there for 5 hrs straight.

Had my granddaughters 1st birthday there. Very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Pizza was good and they offer other adult chooses.

So a glitch occured with our online birthday party booking. We showed up and the party was scheduled for a different day. Manager on duty Travis Breasbois who went above and beyond the call of duty, despite the fact 2 employees called off and he was severely understaffed. Travis performed a miracle and provided an amazing birthday party for my son and all his friends. I would recommend any child having a party here. Just book in person or on the phone. Definitely ask for Travis. Definitely ten out of five stars. Than you for giving my son a great day!

I have a love hate relationship with this place. Children seem to lose their minds as well as any rules about running or yelling indoors. Maybe, this is a little harsh for me to say. Isnt this what Chucky Cheese is for? Kids to forget their inhibitions and act like theyre in Vegas. Almost as if theyre under some sort of spell. Either way, Im happy for a whole 5 minutes when we get there and the rest of the time I cannot wait to leave. It seems as though the VIP section got a little bigger and the games and for rides for the children has somewhat diminished. Thats too bad for the kids who arent there for a birthday party in my opinion. Although it does give me the option to take them somewhere else.

Seriously horrible customer service I told some hillbilly looking man with a beard that a machine was giving me a free mystery ball which means 1 free try again. I told him and he didn’t believe me he told my son to move, my son is 2!!! He smelled so bad and has the worst attitude. It happened again a couple more times and I didn’t bother saying anything he was so rude! The place was disgusting and my son and I were the only ones there! Go to the Vernon hills locations waaaaay better people

Its a fun place for kids. They seem to have fun even with only a few tokens (just running around looking at the games). It is expensive for not a lot of food and tokens though.

Terrible service. Waited in line for 20 minutes with three other people in line to order food. One employee walked passed us three times without saying anything. He finally said someone will be right with you 4th time around. Had one person for the whole front desk. Ordered the family size sampler. Which states on the menu it feeds 4-6. Waited over 25 minutes for this. It’s five boneless wings about the size of a quarte maybe 15 fries that were old and soggy and 6 cheese sticks which were actually pretty good.. When we told an employee they just said oh yea I’ve seen those. That’s what they look like sorry. If I could figure out how to post a picture I would
