The perfect place for a Vacation! We have been 4 times this summer. They did updated their AC unit in the room we were in this time and it made our stay 100% better. The food on site is very delicious and pool bar staff and the hotel staff in generally are so friendly. PERFECT and you never have to leave because everything you need is there. Thanks again for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Oasis Resort and are already planning another trip. The staff was great, they all went above and beyond. Will at the front desk was accommodating and very nice. The host at the Oasis Grill was a beast, he as doing it all and working so hard. We had some issues with our order but he took care of them no problem- he was awesome! The grounds and rooms were clean for the exception of our bathroom had some hair that was not ours on the ground. The tub is super slippery and is a huge liability so I do hope they address that. They do have a mini fridge and coffee maker With PJs coffee in the rooms which is great. My two sons 8 and 3 had so much fun on the slides and in the lazy river. I wish we would have brought our own pool floats to fit my 3 year old and one that was more accommodating for my disabled mother. The breakfast at the grill was great and it is a lot of food, pancakes were so yummy. We got lunch (turkey club, buff chicken salad, pizza, shrimp poboy and chicken tenders) and everything was delicious but my dads shrimp poboy wasn’t very big. They have a coffee bar at the grill which was great. Our room was cold but others I heard was hot. Lastly, only one of the elevators was working in building 8 and in these times I think was appropriate to have both working. Overall, we all had a great time and can’t wait to go back!!

I highly recommend the Oasis resort my son and I started here for Labor Day the rooms were very nice and clean the food was good at the Oasis Grill and my son and really enjoyed the lazy river pool and waterside but what really made our stay incredible was the staff Will,Ms. Debbie, Jennifer and even the security guard went above and beyond to making sure we had everything we needed and not only that they seemed more like friends who made you feel at home

Two rooms, and they cannot get the climate control working on either! They had to move us to another room, finally, at almost 11p.m. They also cannot manage to have built the place without screwing up the plumbing, so some rooms have no water pressure in the shower head because the pipe gets filled with sand. This happened in a room that another family member was staying in. Pick somewhere else to stay. Next time, I will.

We stayed in building 8 of the Oasis Resort, right next to the pool. It was the Deluxe Double Queen room in the very corner of the building with a beach/gulf view.PROS about our stay:1. Our room was very spacious. Tall ceilings. There were 3 beautiful 8-9ft tall windows with wide enough sills to sit on and enjoy the beach/gulf view.2. The pool area was great!! Our kids enjoyed all of it: the 2 large slides, the lazy river, the kids splash area and the conventional pool. We stayed until closing each night.3. The bar area at the pool was great, in that, all of us could sit at it. The bartender was very friendly and made the kids “shakes” ... which were virgin daiquiris and they loved them. We were also able to order food from the Oasis Grill, at the pool bar, which they then brought to you at the bar. The food was really good. This made things a lot easier as we didn’t have to dry off, leave the pool, go eat, then come back. We were able to stay and eat at the pool. Very convenient.4. The dancing fountains were really nice to sit and enjoy. It was fun to watch and sing a long too!CONS about our stay:1. The bathrooms for the pool area are in building 8, next to the pool, outside the fenced area. Not very convenient to get to easily. My daughter (12) is old enough to go to the restroom on her own but needed assistance to get out the gate due to not being able to reach the safety latch at the top.2. The AC is a new digital system. It gives you instructions on how to use it but it would never go below 72. Even though I set it for 70. (Same was said by others in different rooms)3. Our room, although beautiful, had only a pedestal sink and no vanity in the bathroom. The Kleenex box was on the floor. The extra towels were stacked on the back of the toilet, along with the tray with soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. There simply wasn’t any room for anything.4. The room only had the one very tiny bathroom trash can for the entire room. We had to make our own trash bags from grocery bags I brought our snacks in.Yes, there were some cons but we will definitely be returning to stay again.

Great resort, very friendly staff, handicap accessible, clean, good food and service at the grill. The only reason they lose a star is the hike to the bathroom outside of the pool fence I wouldnt even mind if there was an opening in the gate closer to the bathrooms. But all in all we will definitely be back.

Apparently after restoring the buildings and building the great pool area, there wasn’t much left for the rooms. Expected better for the money

We have seen this hotel being renovated for a while and they havent done a good job. The design is poor, small rooms, with ocean front location, we expected more luxury.Nothing seem to work here.

Awesome place to get away. The lazy river is heated, and also travels along the poolside bar to grab a drink and continue floating along. The kids play area is alot of fun and keeps the kids busy. There are 2 bigger waterslide for the whole family to enjoy. Oasis grill has good food and reasonable prices.

I honestly expected more. The room was small. The sheets on my bed were stained and the shower was dirty. The housekeeper was cleaning the rooms around us slamming doors fr 6 to almost 8 am. Couldnt rest!!

So the overall experience was great. We are locals and it’s was something fun for our daughter to do. It’s nice knowing that only resort occupants are allowed in pool area, since that was our whole point of booking. Parking is convenient. Pricing seemed a little steep but if you consider you get two days at the water parks if your staying one night it’s not bad. The only thing I didn’t like about pricing was the undisclosed taxes on the resort fee and rate. We got a king, room was big enough for just us three, only complaints I have about the room is the tv’s in the suite we stayed in was no conveniently adjustable to the bed viewing with out moving dresser, and after the dresser being moved I found empty beer cans which wasn’t nice. We stayed on the first floor and it was a little annoying having the flood lights shining through the windows. We ate at the oasis grill for lunch and breakfast. Food was good, service did take extra long for not that many quest there. Took about a hour from sitting down to order and get breakfast, similar to that on lunch. The pool was great though, plenty of things for the family to do. Food can be order pool side. Bathrooms are out of the gated area so you do have to walk a couple of yards to get to them. Probably one of the coolest things to do with toddlers, adults can use slides as well. There is a open bar which seems fun for those up for that. Either way, despite those small things it was worth it and seems to be our new summer destination to go to. Check in time wasn’t until 5, but you have access from 9am-9pm on the day of check in and 9am-4pm on check out day.

Very overpriced. While we did enjoy the waterpark, the rooms are very small. The AC didnt work very well either. The sheets had a big hole in them and when we first walked into our room, my one year old crawled on the floor and came up with gobs of hair in his hands. The Oasis Grill was convenient, but we waited over an hour for our food. We wont be staying here again.

Checked in on a Friday night around 8:30 pm . Family of 6 booking 2 rooms. My daughters room, the window was out! My room? Air didn’t work. So we were moved to different rooms to accommodate! Air worked better but still not cool! Won’t cool below 77! Finally got settled about 11 pm! Pool and splash pad are about the only good thing about this place. Kids had a great time! As far as rooms, they really need to do some AC work!!!

First off I booked with Travelocity. The room rates were not the same price (not even close even with the hotel fees) the lady at the front wouldn’t even match it. Secondly the rooms are hot! Ours was set on like 65 and was not cold. The halls were hot also! Now the splash pad/ water park! Is amazing especially if you have children.
