Both of the most popular attractions were closed but still was fun. Hardly any arcade area but very spacious!

Nice place for kids. Several arcade games are available, plus trampoline areas for kids 60 lbs and under. Lower pricing during the day, and it was reasonably priced.The staff was very nice and helpful with the kids.

Overall the place was great, plenty of staff everywhere, the way they set up for doing birthdays was very efficient, and the place was very clean and the food prices didnt seem unfair. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the staff on the jump floor seemed more interested in talking to each other than monitoring the adults and kids rough housing in the 6 and under area at least. I get that place is going to be hectic with hyper kids, but especially in the little kid areas staff should of stepped in and told the adults to stop launching the kids across the foam pit and pelting the kids with foam blocks. There were a lot of toddlers and babies in that area that couldve easily gotten hurt bad.

Amazing! My kids had a great time! The workers were very friendly and the place was was so clean with so many different options for the kids. Loved it!

From my daughters point of view, it was the best jungle gym ever, she had such a blast as im sure most parents with kids that age can attest to, she did not want to leave, had to promise and get ice cream to make that process easier. From a parents perspective, everything was super awesome, from the signing of the waiver, to the special socks to the care the employees showed in their perspective responsibilities was top notch. Safety was also paramount as they always made sure the spaces were properly maintained and rough activities were always addressed which gives us all a great level of comfort. Parking was great, every space was very clean. Superb establishment, very highly recommended!!!

This is the BEST TRAMPOLINE PARK around!!!!! There is literally an area for everyone to participate from under 6 to adults.My daughter is 1 and she had an amazing time bouncing and crawling

Regardless of age, this place has something for you! The staff here is excellent and they really helped my wife and I pull off a spectacular party for my daughter back in June. Since then, we have been to a number of birthday parties here and they have been consistent in outstanding customer service! Superb job!

Tons of fun for the kids, very nice and open, lots of space which is great. I’ve been to other trampoline parks that are congested, it’s nice that it’s this big, no sweat stink and overall cooler as a result. Seems like they have good air circulation too which helps the kiddos from overheating. Reasonable prices for jump time and beverages.

This place is always fun and the kids love it here.. But wish they had more stuff for the parents to do while their kids have fun.. Also lite snacks or food would be nice as well.. ok place but some of the staff needs improvement on their attitudes..

Great place. Theres a rock wall, a toddler area, and a spinning cushioned wheel you can jump over. Its fairly cheap for an hour and thats really all you need. Cool place and everyone there is so nice to the kids.

Took my 4 year old Autistic son to jump and the management and staff where do kind and accommodating. Manager asked was the music too loud for my son, because loud noises bother him and offered to turn it down. Had a great time with very kind and caring staff.

For the past 3 weeks my daughter has gone there on fridays from 7-11 **using her military discount we had no issues what so ever** Until last night so I take here again I get ready to hand the young lady the Id card she says we dont do that on fridays because its already discounted I ask since when because(I typed it already and youve read it ) she rolls her eyes looks at a coworker and says we dont do that.......I really wish I had my receipts at that moment to show her I was being honest and not trying to get over on them and so she could fix her little attitude I was not happy with last nights visit.

This has not been our first time at Altitude.. we have made many visits and they all have been great.. The staff and service has always been good.

We had a birthday party here and had a blast. They have lots of trampoline areas, an arcade and a rock wall that the kids loved. Not only that, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The kids had an amazing time. Me on the other hand, I found out my body is definitely too old for this stuff. Very clean and well staffed.

This place is great! We went during toddler time which is 11 to 1pm Tuesday through Friday. Kids jump for $10/hour and adults can add on for jusy $2. Cant beat that! Once you buy the socks you dont have to buy them again and theres a little kid area for those under 60lbs so you dont have to worry about the little. So fun!

My grandson Heros 3rd bday, the staff was awesome, helpful as polite. Everybody enjoyed jumping we all had a good time.

Had a wonderful birthday party with my great granddaughter and her family and friends. The trampoline personnel were very good.

Such a fun place! A lot bigger than Mullet Hop in DIberville. I like that they have a area specifically designated for smaller children and a huge birthday party area

My kids love to visit. We make a special trip anytime we are in town. Clean and fun. Really good exercise for kids. Don’t even try it adults. We might break something. Lol

My kids love it. I just think it is a little over priced in my opinion. A family with multiple kids would not be able to go often. Thankfully I just have one and he brings a friend.

My 2-year-old and I have so much fun here. We come here for toddler time during the week with friends when there are no crowds and the price is discounted and always have fun. We also booked a weekend birthday party for her recently and it was a fantastic time! Kids of all ages love this place and the party was a hit with grown-ups too. Its a workout so wear clothes you can move in and be prepared to sweat.

For the most part, a lot of fun; however, the bathrooms are disgusting. Makes me wonder how many of those socked-feet jumpers go in with only their jumping socks?

Great place to take the kids to expend some energy. Good price to jump for a couple hours. They have picnic tables set up for birthday parties. Multiple jump pits, basketball hoops, Dodge ball and other fun activities too. Some arcade games and climbing wall as well. Well be coming back for sure.

If you have a fake hip and screws in your back, this is not the place for you. If your body aint broke this place is BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS AWESOME!!!!!!

Great family pack

My daughter jumped for two hours and had a great time. The workers here all seem to have a good time helping the kids play. Lots of different stations too jump and play. I enjoyed the massage chair! We will come again!

The workers are very unfriendly. The environment is extremely negative and definitely not a place you want to take your children.

Awesome trampoline park! They have a toddler area for kids 60 lbs and under. Theres many different jump areas for 60+ lb kids. Basketball hoops, dodge ball area, foam block pits with and without trapeze. My grandson jumped for 2 hours and was very happy here!

Oh, it was amazing, and we got to play dodgeball and take pictures at the photo booth with my sister and brother, and Ill be back maybe next week!

Extremely fun, many different activities. Be prepared to be sore and exhausted, but its no match for how content your inner child will be. Its a bit expensive but well worth the money.

Their massage chairs are a work of art! I love the fact that I wasnt required or forced to jump. I simply sat in the massage chair and was massaged from my head to ankles then on to sleep. Very comfortable atmosphere. I shall return for a massage and to jump, eventually. Thanks ALTITUDE!!!

I wish I could give this place negative five stars. It’s that bad. For locals that don’t know any better, I can’t see how y’all manage to overlook the disgust. There’s so much dust, dirt, dried up God knows what, food crumps, etc. This place makes McDonald’s playplace look dreamy. Seriously, don’t waste your money. We didn’t even stay 20 mins after paying $50. Hoping my kids didn’t catch anything.

We went here for my son’s 7th birthday and it was a blast! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere was fun, and everything was clean. I think it was a birthday party for the books! :)

Looked fun, we just went in and watched to check it out. Is great for exercise, and ok on price after and hour your gonna be pretty beat anyway. Definitely go try it and get exercise then decide if its worth it for yourself.

Its like really fun for my kids Im sure. But I just really hate chasing my children around this place. I do . The bday party process seems fun and easy though. They call your party when its time to sing happy bday and cut cake. So you can round up the gang easier that way it seems. But my child still didnt get the hint maybe yours will.

Birthday party see my Facebook post. I talked about the cost and the hidden charges at the end and the 2 hours time limit, than you are led to the door. But I enjoyed this 7th birthday party. I left his 6th party at Big Play.

My granddaughter always has a Great time there when she comes to visit .AWESOME exercise and hours of fun, she could easily play for hours our usual is about 2 hrs and thats just on the trampolines.
