We thoroughly enjoyed the drive through safari. There were probably two dozen different animals throughout with probably a dozen if them comfortable approaching the cars.It was a unique experience to be so close to the animals without a fence separating us.For only $10/person or $40/car its a bargain. Our trip through lasted probably 35 minutes but our 2 year old wasnt interested in staying long at any animal stop to feed the animals.Well definitely return again when shes older.

We actually saw Keystone Safari on PTL. We decided to take a trip out one day. Took us about 2 hrs to drive out. This zoo is GREAT!! Very clean and well kept enclosures for the animals. Fun to feed the Reindeer, Giraffe, Emu, and barnyard animals. We really enjoyed walking through. We skipped the Butterfly exhibit as it was really crowded in there. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the day. Restrooms were well kept. Gift shop was well stocked and prices were comparable to other attractions like this one. We didnt purchase any drinks or food while here. Took us about an hour to walk through the entire zoo. Would highly recommend!!

We did the walk through and drive through both. We had a very nice time. We fed all the animals at both places. My only complaint was there is a picture of a rhino outside and we could not find the rhinos? Didnt ask so still giving 5 stars but now I really need to know where they are haha

My daughter says: It is amazing, it is entertaining and all the animals are cute.I say it is safe, clean, a great value and the staff are polite. The gift shop is very affordable to the point Ill be buying Christmas presents there. We went for the Halloween event in order to have a controlled environment what with CV19 and all. Fabulous! My wife and I have been to many zoos and this is the closest weve ever been to a lion or a bear. Just wonderful.Last note, Veterans get in free on Veterans Day! Well be there appreciably.

We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful animal safari park near Grove City, PA., and only a little more than an hour from Pittsburgh. We combined a visit to this drive-through safari park with a visit to their walk-through animal park/zoo which is only 1/8 mile down the road. You can go to either park by itself, or get a combo ticket to visit both. This is a very clean, well-maintained facility. The animals appear to be very well cared for. It is a great place for families, but also for adults who enjoy seeing animals up close. The terrain in the walk-through park is flat and well-maintained, making this a great place for senior citizens to visit as well. Animal food can also be purchased for some of the animals so that you can feed them. There is a very nice gift shop, clean restrooms, and lots of free parking on premises. Keystone Safari is a great place to spend a few hours.

I enjoyed my trip here but I feel like the food portions are really small compared to Living Treasures despite being owned by the same person. Other than that though I have absolutely no complaints. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The park was also really clean which I was told is thanks to the chickens that roam.

Fun place to take kids to see animals. Watch your car when you go though. They warn you 100 times that theyre not responsible for any vehicle damage and the whole experience is around animals walking up to your car - this goes for animals with or without antlers.

This was a GREAT animal park. My daughter and I visited it as we traveled through town and really enjoyed how up close you could get to the animals. It is a medium-sized park, very easy to walk through. Lots of shade throughout. Had some great little touches, like feeding reindeer and camels and Barnyard animals. Very clean, very easy to park, a great way to spend a few hours. As an added bonus, your receipt can get you 50% off at a sister park (Living Treasures Animal Park), which has completely different animals and was very enjoyable as well. Definitely a fun day.

The walk through portion was great. It was nicely integrated into the local environment and the displays were large and well kept. The drive through was excruciatingly long. We went on a Sunday and it was busy, but we never expected it to take almost 2 hours of sitting in our car going nowhere.Would totally recommend the walking portion but NOT the driving portion.

First time visitors. We wanted to visit and do the drive through tour but didn’t know where to go so we ended up parking and getting the kids out to go into the main building. Since it wasn’t busy we kept our masks on and walked through the area instead of the drive through. While it was small, my kids had a great time. We made it through in an 1/2 and stopped to see each animal + did animal feedings. We would def come back.FYI: if you want to know how long the pony ride is, it’s 30 seconds. They do one lap around. With that being said, all the extras are expensive and not worth it (butterfly sugar stick, mining, pony ride, 3 leaves of lettuce for the giraffes).

My husband and I visited Keystone Safari for the first time today. Please note this review is exclusively for the Drive-Thru Safari at this time as we have yet to visit the walk through portion of the park. The Drive-Thru Safari was super fun. Ive attached some photos of some animals that were comfortable enough to come up to our car, as well as some that were at a distance but still close enough to get a good photo. While many animals were pretty exhausted and full around 3pm when we were there, there were a few that still wanted to say hey and take some feed from our hand. I would say arriving earlier is probably best if youre bringing little ones that would love to see more animals up close, and weekdays are probably better as well. But for 3pm on a Friday I wasnt disappointed. The only complaint I have is that there isnt a large variety of animals to see in this side of the park (for example, many animals blend together and it feels like you see many of the same species), so it would be nice to see a larger variety in the future. Next time we plan to do the walk through portion of the park to see everything this park has to offer. We highly recommend this place as its a fun experience and puts you in the action with the animals.

We took our 2 year old and it was perfect for us. The animal enclosures are spaced far apart, which is great because the animals have more room, and my son can run for a bit between each animal. It took us about 1 hour but we didnt linger at each enclosure and read the information. They do not have maps of the zoo because its basically a big circle. We went august 2020 and they are currently adding more things. Its new and very clean. Some of the best looking animals Ive seen at a zoo and weve been to 10+ ones within the last year alone.

The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the have ostrich you can feed and that is my 5yo favorite animal. It is way too expensive for the size of the zoo. My family (2 seniors, 1 adult and 1 child) did the walk through and drive through with food. It was $22 less than both the Pittsburgh and Columbus zoos combined. We spent more time driving to and from this place than in it. We will never go back.

Due to Covid-19, they are allowing personal vehicles to drive through the safari. Lots of animals, very interactive. We bought 2 buckets of feed and had fun feeding the animals. There can be extended stops due to cars in front of you in line feeding animals, but it wasnt too bad. The walk-through zoo was very nice. Lots of interesting animals with nice enclosures. Nicely designed pathways so you can see the animals from multiple sides of their enclosures. You can get a wrist band to get one serving of feed at 3 locations. Or you can buy feed servings individually at the 3 locations. One wristband was enough feed for my son. He enjoyed feeding the different animals. Our favorite animals included the lemurs, hyenas, bears, and mandrill. My son even got to feed a baby camel a bottle since the zookeeper came by to feed the 2 babies while we were there. Definitely recommend!

Pretty fun place. You can tell its new from all of the construction theyre doing on site. Because of that, its pretty small for the time being (it wont take any more than two hours to thoroughly see everything), but it looks like theyre going to keep expanding it. Bring sunscreen because there are no large trees or awnings to shade yourself while you walk around the facility. One cool feature of the place is that you can pay extra to feed some of the animals. Its a good amount of food, too, so you should be able to feed a number of different animals.

My son loved feeding the giraffe, camel, donkey and other animals. We purchased the wristband so he was able to feed the animals at all three stations.Being about 32 weeks pregnant, I had plenty of places to sit if needed and truly enjoyed our time there! There were shaded areas and even a water misting tunnel to keep everyone cool.It was obvious that they are working on expanding and adding more animal exhibits and eventually plan to offer riding tours, so we will definitely be back on a future visit to Pennsylvania.

A lot better than expected. I was skeptical when my wife first told me about it, but when we got there it was a nonstop plethora of animals in the driving section. They come straight to the vehicle and poke their heads in. You can feed almost every animal there (with the exception of a few animals), and pet them. Then you have the walking section, just up the road about 150 yards, where you can see quite a few more animals and play a few games. They also have a few obstacle/zip-line courses. It was a very nice mini zoo. Good variety of animals. Its partners with Living Treasures, and shares some characteristics with that zoo. Keystone safari is still under construction so some features are unavailable. If you do decide that you want to feed the animals, I highly recommend buying the $5 feeding pass so you can get a new cup of feed at each location. Otherwise Its $2 for one cup of carrots or 3 pieces of lettuce and it will not last the whole walk around. Youll end up buying more $2 cups at each feeding area and probably paying more than what you would have with the $5 bracelet.Living Treasures seems like it would be a better fit if you have small children since you can pet alot of animals there. Keystone Safari has no petting zoo area, so Id recommend bringing older children who are ok not getting to pet the animals.
