Had a bounce party at 6pm. For 8 kidsOnly got to bounce for 35mins. Very upset it was for my daughter birthday. Another group came into our group with over 20 kids bouncing right there we was. Only had a few more minutes left but ruined the party. Would give you 0 stars. Thanks for following the covid standards NOT!

This is a trampoline center. You can go and jump on a trampoline. The hours are funny. I am not sure why, but they seem to close for a few hours in the middle of the day. They have 2 party rooms, and a seating are between the two trampoline rooms. One room is a segmented trampoline, and the other is a segmented trampoline about half the size, with another two trampolines into a foam pit.They have a poster that says they offer classes. I dont really know what that means. They say they offer tumbling class next to the sign that says no flipping. I didnt see anything other than the trampolines, so not a real tumble class. They also offer fitness classes.

Awesome place for kids and adults

Toddler time felt safe and my 15 month old was able to enjoy her time with friends!

My kids had a great time! An hour was perfect for them, ages 4.5 & 2. We will definitely be back! Staff was awesome, too! And great with kids! They ALL smiled at us!

This is a great place especially if you have a toddler and get there early for the toddler- only time.Approximately 35 trampolines in various sizes and configurations.A couple party rooms (I think they rent for $225 or $250).A few odds and ends such as a couple of rides and a few slides.Theres a pit of foam blocks thats fine for probably 2+ year olds. The more adventurous may try bouncing from the trampoline into the pit.Its occassionally crowded especially during non toddler time.You have to buy their own branded socks for around $3 (in 2020).Overall pretty nice.

Clean facility... easy going and courteous attendants... just the right amount of activity to wear down the kiddos. Not amazing by any means but just right.

Excellent customer service and very fun place. One of the cheaper ones in terms of price but are more limited in terms of space. If you have a smaller group of kids try this place before the other guys first!

This place is not big. Its so small. Rockin jump is way better!!! 2 separate rooms one has a jump area the other has a foam put they arent even allowed to play in they get to jump in it then have to get right back out. They also have a bounce area over beside the foam pit that was only allowed for dodge ball. So one small bouce area for everyone that wants to bouce... yeah no. Then they will kick you out of the foam pit so parties can take pictures after you wait 10 minutes in the line to do it. Wont be back

Fun!! Smaller than other jump parks and they have the building split but my children had a wonderful time.

This is me and my sons usual bounce place. It never seems over crowded, and the staff is always friendly.

An hour of great family fun! There are 3 different sections plus a small toddler play area and a arcade. There is an area with tables where you vam eat or reserve space for a birthday party. There is Staff posted to supervise in each area to keep everyone safe. Easily accessible bathrooms and drinking fountain.

Clean, friendly, and well staffed. This is a great place to bring little ones and tire them out!

Was their over the weekend for a party, party package was purchased. I must say the staff was not friendly and showed they were uninterested in their job. Host didn’t interact with the kids, just passed out plates, didn’t sing happy birthday with us. She just stayed in the corner. Didn’t even take a picture of the birthday child. The manager happened to come in, realized and took her picture. Once we realized the pizza was going quickly, we set out to order another. The host stopped up us and told us not to because our time would be up soon. Understand you might need the room, but you have an open section for visitors we could switch to. No way to keep the kids hydrated. Unless you spend, so bring something for the kids if you go. Don’t waste your money on a package. The host is definitely not worth it, the staff shows they can careless if you even come. After your hour time is up with the package the host will hold the kids in the room, even if one associate tells you it’s ok for them to continue to jump. Yeah we had to make sure because we couldn’t locate our host. The sad part she didn’t even attempt to clean the room or ask if we needed help. After the time was up, she bounced again. Showed up to tell us she was a host and we didn’t see her again until it was time to eat. We had to go back to the front and check in because she didn’t give us the wrist bands or set up. Waivers were done online as recommended by management and the same associate who told us the website was down. Tried to play like she couldn’t locate them, after she was informed about us being told to go to their sister site due to the website. As soon as we said we have email confirmation she located them. If I could leave no stars I would. You know they definitely lost a cash tip, but after reading this hopefully they learn how to keep one now. We should have went to a competitor.

We went here for a birthday party. They party room was nice size. The staff was attentive and was sure we had what was needed. I wanted to also add there is construction going on in the area so be sure to add additional time to your travel.

Its amazing. It might be a little place but you can go high on the trampolines. They got a foam pit and a dodge ball area. They also have a place to jump in case you dont want to jump in the foam pit or play dodge ball. They also have balls to throw at other people in the free jump area. You can have a birthday party there. They have a little slide for the little ones too. Its a good place to go if you want to go to a trampoline place like get air and they are busy just go there.

We took the family here today. What a place! I have never been to a trampoline park but I was SUPER IMPRESSED! The staff was friendly the atmosphere was awesome. It was clean and well kept. They were even dusting the walls while we were there. The kids had a blast! They have a little arcade in the front with a pinball machine, Robocop! Lol I loved it all. Can’t wait to go back!

Great affordable place for kids to play and have fun

My 5 year old daughter had so much fun. The staff member monitoring the foam pit was so friendly and patient with her! I highly recommend this and will be bringing my daughter back.

This place is a lot of fun for young and old alike. Fridays are the best option. You get to bounce, get pizza and a drink for $25.

The kids absolutely loved this place! The only suggestion I would have is to add more seating for adults that are watching.

Wasnt a fan of this place.. pretty costly for the amount of time the kids got to play and it is pretty small in there... but the biggest problem I had was the staff there think they have the right to raise their voice and shout at other peoples kids.. good way to start a confrontation if they yell at the wrong persons kid

Great place to take the kids and let them get out some energy. Theres a dodge ball area and a foam pit and a big open trampoline area. Look on Groupon or other discount sites for discounted vouchers. Dont forget to fill out the waiver online before going.

Had a great time with my child who has broad spectrum autism. She is five. It wasnt too crowded on a Sunday. I recommend checking Groupon for a possible discount.

Very small compared to Get Air or Sky Zone for around the same price with less amenities (like a rock climbing wall and bigger foam pits) probably wouldnt return.

Went for a birthday party and the kids really enjoyed it but the bouncing room was not private for the party so there were adults and teenagers jumping with a bunch of 6 year old girls. I think they should keep the party room private for the birthday party as there are two bouncing rooms.

I bounced with the kids and had a blast. The place isnt huge but as long as you dont go during a busy time, its not noticeable. The 1-2 pm hour on a Saturday seemed to be a sweet spot the one time we went. The place got much more crowded leading up to 3pm.There are two trampoline grid areas, one of which is about 50% smaller but is adjacent to a foam block pit that can be jumped into. The foam pit was personally my favorite section.I saw people of all ages participating. Mostly ages 5-15. Its great for school age children to just play and older kids seemed to enjoy the space to practise gymnastics or play dodge ball. If you have a toddler, the 10-11am hour on Saturday has been set aside just for their age range. Theres also a preschool jump set aside on Tuesday, Wednesday,and Thursday mornings.Im already planning on coming back without the kids for a Jump Fit session! (Although if I brought the kids, they could play for roughly half price with my class admission) Each of the three sections of Big Bounce has a supervisor to monitor play during all hours of operation, including Jump Fit sessions.

I went to Big bounce with my family using grouppon and declined my purchase because of my race.

It was good a number of years ago but its slowly gotten dirty and dingy just not what it used to be.

My kids love coming here, there are times we have the place to ourselves but Im not telling, definitely not weekends! Any negative reviews are probably the same people who complain anywhere they go to want something free. Groupon is your friend. Definitely a great workout for dad as well, parents get off your butts and workout while having fun with your children!

Nice clean facility. Staff are polite and jump/interact with the jumpers to teach new moves.The building is on the small side so, I would suggest the Dodgeball trampoline area be replaced. Every time Ive been here no one is actually playing dodgeball. That area would be great for another type of trampoline play.,

This place is awesome. The kids had a lot of fun. We went on a Thursday and practically had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were amazing. I love going to places that the staff is happy and helpful. Fun was had by all.

Had a great time and so did the kids! It was a blast and definitely worth the money. only downside is if youre a germaphobe its a little unnerving but was very fun. Im almost 30 years old and it brought the kid back out in me! me and all my three little ones had an absolute blast in the foam pit! Be warned, if youre a little older the foam pit is similar to quicksand the first time I got in it I thought I was going to drown LOL!

This is the perfect place for preschool bounce! My 4 and 3 year olds love it. There are 3 areas with trampolines and a foam pit. Children’s music plays but not too loudly. There aren’t flashing lights. The staff is friendly and helpful. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I took my older kids on a Saturday morning to open jump and it was more crowded but not too the point they couldn’t enjoy themselves.

My daughters 1st birthday was here. It was the best 1st birthday ever. Im so impressed with how great and helpful everyone was. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The kids had so much fun.

Big Bounce is a great place for kids to get out their energy. Its not big and fancy. There are 3 planes to jump and 1 foam pit but its plenty enough to keep them busy for an hour. There are usually deals on Groupon. I highly recommend using them!

Great time jumping around

We normally go to Get Air but I had a Groupon for Big Bounce. There is not a lot to do here. I would have been more disappointed if I would have paid full price. The one positive thing was the employees who were working in the jump area. They were young kids but very nice and helpful and kept a good eye on all the kids. They made sure rules were followed.

Had a lot of fun with my son and the workers was awesome !! Love this place will start coming very often

Dont make the same mistake I did. Go to groupon or your preferred coupon site before going here other wise it can be very pricey. for 4 kids for one hour of jump time plus the big bounce approved socks it ended up costing me 65 dollars. Other than the unnecessary hit to the wallet the kids had a great time.

Such a fun place!! I went there yesterday with my 3 almost 4 year old , my friend, and her son that was the same age as my boy! I just happened to see this place on Groupon and had no idea there was one in our area. It was such a blast for all of us I almost didnt want to leave myself! We spent well over an hour between the huge foam pit and the giant room of trampolines! Then when we were done with that played a few arcade games! 5 stars all the way!!! Much more fun then when this place was world of bounce! The only negative I would say in my opinion of this place is there group pricing on parties! For toddlers birthdays it is well over $350 not including the tip you must give your party host. Also that doesnt even include a large amount of parents and adults to have a party of 20 with adult kids mix you will spend $450 -$600 out the door. Thats a little outrageous in my opinion but for a day of fun this place is definitely the place to go!!!

Do not waste your time here!!! I don’t usually write reviews. However if an owner of a business neglects to make things right than I have no choice. The pictures of this establishment online are deceiving. I decided to give it a shot and went. I paid prior to going back with my kids to the trampoline area. Once we got back there I was extremely dissatisfied. So I went and talked to a manager. This was after only being there for about 5 Mins. I asked for a refund, because I will never be back again. Instead was given jump passes. Horrible way to handle business.

You only get to jump for 1 hr... It took 20 minutes to get here.. No food options and if you order food by the time it arrives your jump time will be over..Or how can you stop to eat with an hour of jump.. It looks like a dump ..We wanted to buy an extra hour and the price was 56 dollars. . FLOORED.. Omg I wish we would have went skating..Magic Mountain.. Poor kids.. Will never come again...Spent more time on the road getting here then actual jumping... Do Not recommend !!!!.. Not to mention they call your name and time over the loud speaker to let everyone know Your Time Is Up.... What a disappointment

There for a birthday party. Was a bit apprehensive because public jumpers were in the same areas as the bday guests. Not ideal but it did give the kids full run of the facility.

Very upset grandson birthday .staff was very rude and not friendly at all.then we had to wait to get our room .because they let the people before us .take their time .and my daughter kept going u p there.they said we would have everything done in 15 minutes that came and went. They didnt give her no discount for her troubles. But when are time was up .they made sure we had to leave the party room .but didnt get no extra time .we will not be back

We spent a fun afternoon here. Big Bounce accommodates all ages and has a separate dodgeball arena and giant foam pit. Not separated by ages/size, but jumpers are careful and staff monitors the areas. Party room for birthdays.

Un organized check in was awful

Create fun memories as Big Bounce offers three areas of trampolines, two party rooms, a small child space, a little game room and an observation room. The FOAM PIT is a must! Jump ropes, balls and hoola hoops are on hand and for only $3.00 you can purchase a pair of gripper socks if you forgot your own. The energetic staff, sanitizer dispensers and the clean restrooms round out your visit. I would have given Big Bounce five stars if their pricing was more affordable and they did not have the No outside food except the cake rule.

It was worth the money if you want to save go to Groupon its $15 for 1 hour also you have to purchase some socks that have grippers on the bottom of them so no coupons 2 small kids cost $26 with the socks

Had fun while we could. Sky zone is less chaotic. Dodgeball was everywhere, little kids were mixed with big kids and had more than one kid in a square. I was hoping for better.

If you have little ones that are more gymnastics oriented, this is a great place for them to go.

I took a 16 yr old and 2 17 yr old boys so they could get away from the computers and they had a blast!!
