Ive been going to Groton Long point since I was a teenager and I was troubled to see all the homes for sale.... Mainly because I still cant afford it LOL

Probably the best place in the world for you and your children! Beaches are very clean and lifeguards are all over. Been visiting here for over 20 years, now I bring my children! Absolutely love it here!

We have a cootage there (available for rent) beautiful and private. There is a public beach at the beginning which is nice. Perfect for familys with kids. And someone the best pokemon catching. 2 beaches one with a dock. Crabing is a must.
