Horrible management, treats tenants extremely wrong, friend lived there for 3 months, all furniture was covered in mold top to bottom. They HAD to move management would not rectify and fix

We are renting to own and having to find our own septic tank. I think they should have a map of all tentants landscaping

Im trying to relocate to Spaulding county, I called to price check a 2 bedroom. $799 a month, I wonder if they realize this is a mobile home park with a 2.9 rating. Im disabled and only make $1000 a month. Trying to get rich on some ran down mobile homes. A good person thats unfortunately poor due to being disabled has no place to rent they could actually afford. I cant even walk so its not like I could increase my income. Wow

Replace Donica immediately she is so unprofessional and rude hanging up in a tendants face shes a disgrace

I lived here for a year. Its ok for what it is. U only have running water a couple days a week. They dont tell u that before u move in. I do agree, miss Layla was the best manager they had. The management doesnt really care about the people who live there. Miss Layla did though.

Beautiful place. Needs lights around building numbers to make easier for deliveries, visitors, rescue and emergency responders. Just my opinion

The lady in the management office was wonderful to my wife and I are today very respectful they are trying to make this a better place and are doing a good job at it has made a big Improvement in the last several years I would gladly Grant or recommend anyone who needed a place to live to rent here its very affordable and cozy

Without a caring management team this place will sink fast...it has potential but Donica does not seem to build strong relationships with the tenants. She is quick to evict for No reason other thsn she dont like you...thats no very professional...With someone here who cares, and listens to tenants, this place could improve...

This place is detrimental for your health. Management is very rude and incapable of performing her duties as a manager. These homes arent even suitable for animals. They need to get new management or have the whole complex shut down.

The neighbourhood has come a long way from what it used to be. Amazing difference.

I no longer live there but the community is clean and very quiet the best manager ever is Ms Laila she was awesome and always understanding she had to do her job first but was never rude and always made sure she can help as much as she could!!!!

Need to fix your roads in the park and get the nasty tailors out and make your park A DRUG FREE PARK and make a nice sign for the entrance

Depending on what side youre on, Ive only heard disparaging comments about the place and from its tenants. All the water is from two wells, no pressure at all ever especially in the evenings

The roads are really bad pot holes everywhere. It is hard on my car when I go to see my in-laws.

Roads are full of pot holes,trailers are trashed, slowto improving trailers, water serviceissues, rent is over priced

Drugs and prositutes and they dont care the park manager is lazy

It could be better the trailer we were in was so cold I didnt have any heaters

Not a lit for the kids to do there and there is always a lot of trash everywhere. It needs cleaned and updated really badly.

It is a bad place a lot of mold and bad people in it that is on drugs and steal so I wouldnt live there
