Quiet, hardly anybody there. About every 10 minutes a person or two came walking down the path. The grass is very dry, but there is lots of space
Very cute little communityNeed to upgrade the streets tho.
Visiting family for the holidays here at Hogan Medows and this is a very nice clean park.
I inspect homes for lenders
Theyre alright
Mt.Hood is just a short drive away. Beautiful country setting on the edge of Portland. 10 minutes to I84 or 10 minutes to Sandy. No matter which direction you go your close to everything. Its a reasonably quiet neighborhood and New owners take care of the park and are willing to work with issues that arise. I cant complain.
Folks are nice, quiet neighborhood.
Family lives here
Hogan Meadows Park 2015 Property Tax is $48,211/yr divided by 136 units = $354.50 per unit. This is public knowledge.Lets give them a additional generous $300/mo profit for each space x 136 units = $40,800/mo or $489,600/yr park profit.Currently their space rent ranges from $725 - $775/mo. This is one of the very few parks in the Portland/Gresham area (unless you choose Jantzen Beach on the water) that charges such a high HOA price per month, and there are NO amenities to speak of. No clubhouse, no pool, nada. The only high point are the 6 guest parking areas, each with about 4-5 spaces. Whoop-de-doo.Finally, to be clear, I dont begrudge a business their right to a profit, but cmon, what they are charging a month for rent is beyond ridiculous.
Great place to live
Bought dank weed
A terrible place to live. The owners are not even proud of it...they remain anonymous and conduct all if their business ...even legal documentation in the names of the park managers. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere
