When youre picking up an order from Michaels be sure to go in and get it. Even though it says they will bring it out to you. Otherwise you may sit there in your car forever like I almost did. Stay safe! Very helpful customer service! Will be sad if we see our craft stores shut down. :(

This store is generally well stocked. It has become a bit less so recently because of the pandemic, but I believe that to be true of most retail stores right now. The majority of the staff are friendly, but your mileage will vary if you want something that will require a ladder. Ive been flat told an item wasnt available because the employee didnt want to get the ladder. So I went online and ordered the item for pick-up and came back a few hours later to get it.

The people working there are very helpful and knowledgeable of there products. Sometimes they have wonderful sell that makes things seem like a steal of a deal. Prices on jewelry can be a much but over all great place.

I cannot express enough, my happiness with Heather in the framing department at Michaels. She is patient and helpful, as I do not have a natural eye for framing. The end result is always amazing. I highly recommend her for any framing needs.

I came into to the store and saw that most of there items are 50% and got a few items That were 50% off and when I went up to the register to purchase the items they were rung up full price and when I mentioned that this is supposed to be 50% off I was told they are everyday items and will not be 50% off. I am very upset about this because they shouldn’t have those signs put up if they won’t be honoring them that is considered false advertisement I will not be coming back here again! I even had my sister on her way to the store because I told her she can purchase things here for her wedding because it’s on sale only to call her and tell her they were false advertisements!

So much creative holiday stuff out and new items for the uplifting of our lives.

Kind of cluttered, my boyfriend & I walked entire length of store looking for a specific item, but we couldnt finf it, after coming here with expressed intention of getting item. Not one store employee approached us, to ask if we needed help, obviously we did. We never found item, but another customer overheard us searching & told us what store we could get everything we need. The store is absolutely crammed with all manner of things craftableLOL, so much on shelves. The prices tend to run on the high side, but several shelves & back wall area feature clearance items.

The store is not open, which is understandable. However, their curbside pickup is a JOKE. The signage on the door and the verbiage online basically says place your order and call when youre outside, well bring the order right out! WRONG. I placed a 2-item order in the parking lot. They couldnt find our order for 35 minutes, then when they finally found it, the incompetent manager told us it make take 2 hours to grab 2 items, even though weve been waiting. She told us there were 27 orders in front of ours. Oddly, there were no other cars waiting in the parking lot. We asked for our order (WHICH WED ALREADY PAID FOR) to be cancelled and refunded, to which she replied Ill try. Will never shop at Michaels again, Amazon it is. Hope youre able to stay in business.

Im not a craft person but this is one craft store I enjoy. They offer a big variety of items from art supplies to decorations to scale models. The prices are usually reasonable and staff are helpful. I recommend this as the first stop for art projects, kids school projects, picture framing, and the like.

I went shopping at Michael’s in 1/15/20 and my review is specifically about their bathroom. It’s for customers and staff. I entered and it resembled a nasty old highway gas station bathroom. I’ve been to gas station bathrooms cleaner than this. The toilet was DISGUSTING and the toilet brush was nestled awkwardly behind the toilet and the wall (not in a brush holder) and it was literally covered in chunks and flecks of poop. The paper towels were out, the sink was leaky and gross. I felt so bad for the little boy that needed to use the bathroom after me knowing he would be much closer to the horrors. I can’t believe the staff use that bathroom daily and leave it that way. There is literally a Dollar Tree next door where they can get a new toilet brush and holder. I’m so grossed out that I can’t return.

Friendly staff. The cashier was very knowledgeable about products. I was looking for a specific item and although they did not carry it they suggested another nearby store.

Too many products clustering the island impinging my ability to maneuver my wheelchair through the store. Should have an electric button for easier entry and exiting of the building. Please think of people in wheelchairs when planning buildings. Disability IS diversity.

This used to be my go-to craft store, but the last several times Ive been there have not been good. The store seems to often be crowded with boxes, especially in the yarn and embroidery sections. The check stands tend to be crowded and slow, with rarely any more than two checkers.Ive noticed a lot more issues using coupons. There are more restrictions than what coupons say and it makes them pretty much useless.Ive also had several interactions with cashiers that were rude and unprofessional.I avoid going here.

I love Michaels but they need more cashiers and the staff are awesome & helpful, its just not easy to find one when you need help.

The cashier did not know what I was talking about when I asked for a specific crafting item. And then she was on the headset with somebody else and trying to talk to me at the same time and it was a bit confusing and unnerving. I dont have much patience. You work at a craft store, right?

Michaels is always fun, and the 50% off Halloween sale was a surprise. All in all it was as good of an experience as any there.

First time here as Ive been searching high & low for normal colored sand for a craft project, and to my surprise, they had 1 bag of sand in the entire store, it was kids kenetic sand??? I asked someone for help, I was told to go to wedding section, isle #8 & #43, which ALL HAD NONE.. It was a waste of time, wish they had regular sand... I wont come back, especially since I cannot count on my local craft store to have what I need...

The wife absolutely loves this store. We are extremely festive, so there variety of decor for indoor and outdoor is amazing. Prices are great with frequent sales and discounts through under email list.

Never had things I want .. staff suggested I drive 11 miles to another Michaels for the item I needed. Which only costs $1.49. will order from Amazon in the future.

Awesome Store they have been having lots of coupons and amazing deals this year. Coupons like 25% off including sale items. Which is unheard of at Joanns fabric store or any craft store. And 70% of and 60% sales so I have been spending a lot of time at Michaels and buying not only craft supplies but also storage containers. They have been having great deals like buy 1 get 2 free. Basic crafts store for general arts stuff. The acrylic/ oil paint brushes are always out of order though and its hard to identify which ones are which so you might get to the counter and be asked to pay more than you expected. Otherwise good selection of paint and related materials. Thats all I really go there for.
