Great place to take the kids

Always an awesome place for my 3yr old daughter to enjoy a good swim and new adventure on the kids water playground. And of course for us in the big slides. Food is always delicious and served fast. Love the music of course!

One of the best places Ive been in a long time. Great and friendly service and over all a good place. Would be great if you were allowed to bring your own food and drinks in. The food and drinks there is very expensive. But the pools were clean and the wave pool is my favorite.

Great day out! Lazy river was nice! Not as many floats out this year so had to go and get some from the wave pool to float around the lazy river. Wave pool was good also.

Our family always has a GREAT time at the water park. We really appreciate the extra measures they’re taking for Covid sanitizing and social distancing. We’ll be sad for it to close for the season.

You expect to go to a water park and have access to floats for lazy rivers and wave pools. Other Splash Kingdom waterparks have an abundance. We drove 2 hours, pre-rented a cabana, and brought guests with us. The website did not say anything about lack of floatation in the park. They have floats for water slides but they will not allow us to move them to other rides. Had I known that this park was ill equipped I would have chosen to go to Canton instead.

Terrible for birthdays!! I don’t recommend they ruined my daughters party didn’t even know where we are suppose to sit .. no service served other people that didn’t even pay as much as us for a party ! Won’t allow balloons !! Then forgot our cake ! And wants 25$ for a small pizza good lord ! Don’t go here

Fun time for young families. Its small and easy to keep track of the little ones. It also has a handful of slides for adults and older kids.

By far the worst birthday party experience ever! Transactions were made without our consent, never received a receipt for, never notified of any additional charges. When confronted to water park “Manager” Holly, very disrespectful, called me out of my name, lied on co-workers. Considering this place should be a Christian owned, far from it!! Small park and less than 8entertainment rides, we regret spending a birthday party at this location. NEVER again!

1st well worth it. Not expensive like most water parks or crowded

The park is a good size for younger kids. I wish you could take in full water bottles since the filling station has been changed. The bathrooms could attention on a more frequent schedule.

My grand kids and i enjoyed every minute there! They range in ages from 7-17. And we all found fun things to do.

My 7 year old and 2 year old had a great time!

Went there today was great till went n got stale nachos from concession stand the cashiers couldnt count. Money then they closed tall slides cause of wind only kiddie pools were open Im an adult no kids with me would have been good if got some of my money back spent like 100 dollars there will not go back bad experience

Fun family oriented atmosphere.Great place for small children! 4 stars and not 5 for a few minor non-perfections. Snack bar did not have in stock a lot of menue items. Park is too small to be a 5 Star water park. Count them 7 adult slides and that is stretching it.

Rating a 3 it was fun kids had a blast. No long lines even for a sunday. However its a bit high priced and the food options are terrible! So have fun but bring a cooler for lunch and drinks.

Great family water park if you live in our around Hunt County. However, Id youre willing to make the the drive, the Canton location is worth it.

I love the close proximity of everything. The staff r friendly and helpful. Only recommendation I can suggest...mats in the ladies restrooms.

Its great, especially if you have season passes. Too small to be charged the same price as the one in Canton. If the park is going to be smaller than the regular park then the price should be lower. I think the price should be more like $12 regular entry.

Bought tickets at the gate and rented a cabana and then was told my son and myself could not go in until 11:30 waited another 40 minutes. Horrible customer service. Will never be back.

The park is clean and the staff is friendly. It is a smaller water park, so it is great for a few hours. We bought season passes and plan to go all summer.

It was fun for the kids

Great park. We have a silver pass which enables you to go to multiple parks. The water park at Greenville is a little smaller but more friendly for the toddler set as the toddler area is smaller and centrally located. Not as many slides to choose from but this I think manages to keep the traffic down to enable a nicer experience for those with younger children. Lifeguards are really well trained and attentive.

It was a lot of fun, CARRY $$$. IT WAS WELL SUPPORTED WITH LIFEGUARD, PPL ACTED GREAT, I WAS RELAXED IN PUBLIC( THATS VERY HARD FOR ME TO DO=P.T.S.D). BUT A GOOD TIME was HAD BY ALL, OH IT WAS A BIRTHDAY PARTY. SORRY I DO NOT POST PIC DUE TO SOME DONOT WANT THERE FACES ON LINE. I AGREE. MAX

Its a small park and there isnt a whole lot to do but you can make it work. Lazy river, a wave pool and a couple slides. It can be entertaining for a while and can be a good place to work out if you get a season pass.The food here is all pretty every year, the only thing thats okay is the popcorn if they dont burn it.

Ive driven past this place many times back when I went to college on Commerce. I always wondered what a water park would be like in the country and honestly this one is very nice and up kept. They have lockers that you can rent and parking is free. My only complaint is that the actual entrance fee is pretty steep so if you want to spend only 14ish.. So come after 4 for the last 2 hours or something. You might have to call about the hour part, because really dont remember that part but we got there late and pay the lesser price.

Went on a Sunday and crowd was not bad at all. The place is smaller than most water parks, but believe they have expansion plans. Being small isnt a negative for me as I have 3 children under 10 and like the manageability of the park for my kids. Good family atmosphere. Wont hear any inappropriate lyrics for you young kids with the music. Overall highly recommend this park for some summer fun.

The park is bigger than it looks with a kids area that has a few slides, 8 slides for the grown folk, a lazy river, and a wave pool. Its kept clean and has plenty of chairs. The staff was nice and watch as well as keeping the tubes out of the way. It could use some more shaded area though.

Great alternative instead of going to the bigger waterparks. We enjoy being closer to home, cheaper pricing, and its not as busy as you would expect. This park has rides and activities geared more towards a younger group of kids. Plenty of adult seating/lounge chairs to soak up the Vitamin D!!

So much to do! Kids always have a blast here

Its nice enough considering Greenville is not a very big town. Although its way too expensive and the food could be better.

Amazing experience overall, with nice lifegaurds and plenty of deals on food theouoght the day, we stayed almost the entire time they were open and or only complaint with everything is the time the cabanna service took to get us what we asked for sometimes.

The staff is always pleasant, the park is always clean and my son has a blast! We love Splash Kingdom and purchase season passes every year! They are well worth the money!

A fun water park to bring the family. They play Christian music throughout the park. Has 6 waterslides, 2 inner tube water slides, a wave pool, lazy River, and a child area which boasts its own set of water slides, mushroom fountain, water Jets, and a large toppling water barrel. They also have armed security to ensure safety for the whole family.

Close to home and kids love it.

I have been to Splash Kingdom! I love the water park. I took my granddaughters and they loved it. The people working there are friendly. All the water rides are fun. It is very clean and pretty.

Not bad, very kid friendly, lots of lifeguards probably why it can be expensive. It gets crowded easily, my dad prefers to swim but not very many pool areas except the wave and lazy river, it beats driving to Arlington

Amazing!!! Small enough to see most of the park from the Center smaller kid area. Friendly staff. Fun opportunities for giveaways ex. Hula hoop contest. Reasonably priced, especially with Groupon.

The size of the park is a little dispointing. However the staff is AMAZING. They knew which child belonged to the corresponding adult. I was playing hide and seek with my young one in the kiddy area, one of the lifeguards on duty saw me looking for her (he didnt realize we were playing a game) he pointed and told me where she was. Its nice having some peace of mind knowing that people are actually watching out for your children.

This place was cool.

In a miscommunication on our part, my tweener grand son wandered off. The staff were very helpful in discreetly locating him without causing undue stress.

Too Pricey less than 10 dollars more go top Hurricane Harbor. More rides cleaner park, and can ride with your kids. Limited here

Great time. Went on family night lines were short and everyone had fun. Not the biggest place but lots of slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river.

Had a great time there. The food is good but expensive. Plenty of stuff to do for the kids though and plenty of seating in the shade. The season pass is definitely the way to go.

I think the price is a little high for the amount of things they have to do. The staff was friendly though and attentive when both of my kids and myself got hurt. The food choices were good,but food was over cooked and very greasy. It is still someplace that we would return to because its so close to us and we had a good time.

First thing that isnt rite is when they check your bag to make sure you dont bring food or drinks in so you have to buy there over priced drinks and food, second thing is over half the tubes where flat and when I ask a young man if there was a way to air them up he lied to me and said no and when I told him that wasnt true he said he would check and then about 5 minutes later he was eating food with the life guard and he threw the wrappers in the water

Being new to the area and hearing about a Christian park, we excited to try out the park before committing a few hundred to season passes. So we attended the largest swimming lesson. Where the guards tried very hard.The head guards told us to go buy our tickets and come back to the wave pool. We were directed to the wrong place twice. They had to get approval to let us out to buy the tickets. We buy the tickets, then they told us we couldnt get back in. People had left CHILDREN and wallets inside!! So they call around and finally, they scan our tickets and let us back in.To get back to our stuff to turn us around again. Where Juan Sanchez ensured me it was the only way they could know who paid - while standing way too close in my personal space. Seriously, you are worried that maybe 3 people didnt pay cause they were still in the wave pool area? So you are going to push 40 people out of the park?So then we get to go stand - DRIPPING wet, in the heat, waiting in line again, while they try to figure out what they are doing.This is the most poorly run, pathetically executed, there is no customer service. It was sad robots who actually said, You should find some shade to stand. Where there is no shade? But if tried to ask what was happening, they literally looked at you blankly and couldnt say anything?The answer was to wait for 40more minutes for a second bag check and another scan of our tickets.It was VERY obvious that NO ONE knew what they were doing. Horrible lack of communication between park staff, guards and definitely customers. And NEVER have I see such poor customer service.Engaging with no less than 10 people to have ONE lone person say Im sorry - Morgan Smith. But not before the blond bag check girl (who doesnt wear a name tag) huff, harrumph, what is your problem? Maybe wandering and standing in line for hours? Not here, we only open at 11Sorry you are so clueless as to what is happening at your park, but some of us have been here for hours.We will not not NOT be buying seasons passes, we NOT be coming back.Buyer beware!

Good experience. Came using a Groupon with a large group of people. Saw the life guards be tested a few times throughout the day which was reassuring because they all did well.

I have responded before from these requests but never have I had a follow-up from you. Last year I took my grandsons to Canton Splash Kingdom. While there, my oldest stepped into a large pile of fire ants. When I heard him screaming, I tried to get to him quickly. He tried to get back in the water to wash his legs off. They attendant told him to get back out. I took him to the car to put some meds on it. When we got home I took pictures and sent them to a number that was given to me. I have never had any response. This last week I took them to the Greenville location. I am 75 and not physically able to participate in any of the rides nor can I sit in the low chairs that you have. I think there should be a way to accommodate people like me and maybe a reduced rate so my kids can come to your parks more often.
