I have lived in this park for 14 years.And very satisfied with the way it is run. You couldnt ask for a better landlord,Jeff, Is not only my landlord,but a freind.He is a Very compasionate understand. Person. We need more people like him in this world. SoI think if you want a great place to live. This park will be called home. For you and anyone who live here

The land lord keep the mobile home park clean and neat at all times. And he make sure that its safe out there. Landlord hes a nice person to get along with.

Its clean and quiet as well as convenient to shopping, dining and Vidant Medical.

Very clean & very quite. There was no hoodlums loitering around. I felt safe!

Current resident. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly people. Clean inside and outside. Maintenance calls respond in record time. My washer broke and I had a new one the next day. Brand new. My a/c was freezing up and he ordered a brand new motor. He never harasses me for rent if Im late. Jeff is a really good landlord.

Jeff is amazing and fixes things and replaces things in record time. And our rent is incredible for a 2 bedroom 2 full bath.

Old but kept up. They respond quickly to maintenance issues, neighbors are quiet

Always quiet, for the most partresidents of Edgewood are decently polite. Homes are prised very resonable

Most of the trailers are disgusting. Dont live here unless you like tiny and bug infested.

I have not and have no plans of visiting this mhp Im sure I have passed by it several times from day to day.

Dude charges way too much rent, wont fix anything, trailers look like complete garbage inside and out, cops are out here all the time because of break-ins and people randomly firing off guns, I could go on and on.
