The bathrooms, staff, and drinks is what makes Harlows one of my favorite casinos

Hotel bed is about on par with any other hotel. No laundry services or laundromat on site. No microwave in room. You can request a mini-fridge but no guarantee you’ll get one. The Wifi is slow. The cable TV works half of the time. I’ve stayed in about 8 different rooms over the past 4 months. Every room had some sort of issue. (TV didn’t work, toilet didn’t work, AC didn’t work, card reader didn’t work, room smelled horrible, etc.). The restaurant it SLOW and the food is not worth the price or wait. If I had to pay to stay here I’d honestly be pretty upset. Unfortunately, this is the nicest place to stay in the area. I stayed here due to working a job nearby. If you’re coming here for a good time and good experience, I’d look elsewhere. This whole town is an absolute dump. On a positive note,The staff is really nice and they do what they can to help but it doesn’t make up for the hotel shortcomings.

Large comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and hot shower. I had a wonderful time. There was a light in the room that needed replacing though and it didnt come with a microwave or refrigerator. Besides that I would recommend it to any couple who also likes to gamble as well.Furthermore the store downstairs has everything that you need that you may have forgotten at home.

Its okay if u work the casinos like I do

We had a fun time. I would have liked to have seen more newer machines and I dont mean the giant jumbo ones. We won enough to have a good time which is why we go.We parked our RV in the truck lot where there is lots of room. BEWARE the giant ruts. A lot of trucks showed up later but we spent a comfortable night dry camping.

This place is a complete gimmick..if u are a blackjack player..do not come here..the tables are completely rigged and u are guaranteed to loose automatically..ive been going to this casino for years..the food is good and the hotel rooms are excellent..

I tried to save money and stay at Day’s Inn a few miles away but it was a dump with bed bugs so we checked out. We paid the extra $50 and stayed at Harlows. It was a castle compared to Days Inn. It had a jacuzzi tub huge bathroom and my wife liked the vanity .We even had a river view.

Im giving Harlows 5 stars. My reasoning is simple. My wife hit 5 jackpots there in a month time span while I played the same amount of money and didnt win 5 dollars. So hopefully with this good review yall let me feel what its like to have money

Our room was very nice. I loved the jacuzzi tub. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.

The hotel is very nice and it’s super clean with a friendly staff the only thing i feel Needs addressing is there is NO FOOD OR DRINK available before 10 am. You cannot even get a cup of coffee here everything is closed in the lobby until 10 even the Casino is closed until 9 am ??? Corona i suppose But we had to drive 10 miles to get a cup of coffee

So impressed with the level of care and professionalism amid the pandemic. Upon checking in, we were stopped at the entrance to the lobby by officers taking temperature and going over a check list to insure the health of patrons and guests.The rooms were comfortable, clean and impressive. If there was a downfall, it would be the lack of TV channels available...but that is a very small inconvenience. The staff was very pleasant and wore masks the entire time on the floor.

If you want a drink you should go to bar much faster. Love the food at the sandwich bar hot and delicious. Didnt care for the restaurant food.

You win some, you lose some as with any Casino. I lost about $400 playing different machines. Got it back while in a bonus. Walked away with $520, so not bad.

Its always a pleasure to visit the cassino, Im traveling more these days so I dont get to visit as much as I like to.Roscoe and his staff are great in keeping the protocol for covid 19 low keyed

One of cashiers act like she scared didnt slide my money she just left it where she counted out. I had 2 get on my tiptoe 2 my money she need 2 b home.

This place was really nice, we had to stop after our reservation was cancelled by another place (without informing us), we called to see whats available and the front desk ladies were so nice and helpful, the hotel was so clean, they everything sanitized and the check temperature every time you go in.the cafe food was so nice, casino so clean and nice.highly recommend

Worst slots! Dont go to this place. We go to casinos across the United States and this is up among the worst that we have been to. Notice that the progressives are way high, theres a reason for that, they dont hit. Half of the machines that should be open, are not open. They dont accept bills, hit the service light, no one comes. Management has tons of excuses, theres no wonder that this place has such bad reviews.

Staff was very friendly, chairs where a little uncomfortable and had to pay 3.00 for a mask of witch they should have gave for free like everyone else. But in all it was nice.

Will not be wasting my time driving out there again. They getting all there money they didnt make during this pandemic. Just my opinion after going so many times.

Best place around tl gamble and have drinks

Room was dirty. Old trash under the table and under the bed. Had to wait at the check-in desk while staff was in eye sight but playing on their phone. Some staff were amazing and helpful, and some were rude and unhelpful.

Needs to sanitize the air in the building cause they are not forcing the people to cover their mouth with the mask.i seen a lot of them in there today without a mask on so I was in and out.

The staff were the most rude of any casino have been to in LA or MS. Drove 2 hours to go play there. Can not believe the attitude of the staff. Never greeted by a single person there. Played slots for 3-3.5 hours. Said casino closed @ 3:00. Didn’t see that posted anywhere. Heard an announcement something about 2:30 please cash out. 2:45 would be last payouts. 2:09 had security walking by “sir cash out!”. Was 2:16 playing machine waiting on friend at cashier cage and for the 3rd time was rudely told “cash out”. I asked what happened to close @ 3:00 final payouts at 2:45. Was then told “sir you can either cash out or be banned from the property!” Just blown away at how treated. Several people still there in line and playing other machines.Facebook page says “Always Open”.

Sad every time I have been, Ive never won a dime..... sad place to go, wont allow you to play of any money won......constantly putting in and dont get any return.

Passing thru the area in our rv and was delighted to learn they had plenty of room for us to park and spend the night with constant security patrolling area.Really enjoyed the casino. We didnt win anything big, but several machines paid out. We also received a free buffet for signing up to their player card!!!Good times...Highly recommend!

My husband and I had the worst night ever! The room was not clean when we arrived, which was 9 pm. We had to wait 30 minutes to go to our room. The attendant at the desk stated she would comp us food for having to wait. When we went to eat, there was 1 place to get some food and they only had 4 food items you could order. We hen our room was infested with gnats so bad that I could not sleep! This was the worst night at a Casino hotel ever!!!

Great Casino in Greenvill Mississippi right next to the bridge the cross over the Mississippi river to Arkansas...

The atmosphere was beautiful the casino floor was spacious and great to move around. Had all of the games that I like to play. Restroom was very clean. The view of the river was just awesome

Stopped for dinner.The place reeks of cigarette smoke, but casinos usually do.All of the restaurants are closed. No dinner. Couldnt you put that on your giant sign that isnt advertising anything now?

Front desk staff was very pleasant

My husband and I stayed there on July 3&4 2020 and were very disappointed with the room, we didnt have a microwave or refrigerator, got ready to get in the Jacuzzi and the water was filled with rust couldnt believe my eyes and the furniture was old and dusty as hell. I just felt like I had been robbed. I will never stay there again.

This casino/hotel is located at the foot of the Mississippi-Arkansas Bridge. The gaming atmosphere here is more laid back..not allot energy floating around... although I did hear quite a few bells going off indicating that jackpots were being hit. The hotel rooms were nice and the beds were nice and soft. Its nothing else around for miles on either side of the bridge so be prepared for the secluded area.

Nice casino right next to the river. Well kept property and a nice get away for relaxing. Sports betting is a plus for gamblers that once had to play only with out of state options. I would have given a higher rating but here is why. A lot of people like myself are new to sports betting. I had no clue how to place bets - so I had to call my brother in law. Harlows has self serve kiosks but a nice touch would be to have someone help novice bettors. Maybe you do! But I didnt see anyone. The next time Im in town I will visit you guys again.

Disappointing so far. I hope the rest of our 2 night stay gets better.

Could be better with winning streaks

Took about 3 trips to get a good feel of the environment and machines but out of the 4 casinos ive actually been to; its definitely one of my top two. First place for Mississippi casnios for me at least.

Nice place, very clean. Sunday night crowd was good,no cocktail waitress on the floor. Monday morning coffee shop doesnt open til 7. Cafe wasnt open so no food ️oh and the only poker machines are at the bar, none of them worked either day! I asked the bar tender he was brain dead. Told a floor person he had nothing to offer.

Hubby and I always have a good time and the staff is always friendly. We went there on our honeymoon because we had a free standard room. After learning we just got married, Harlows upgraded us to their biggest suite.

I love the choice of slots and table games. I like the rewards .

The casino is a good place to go if you like a casino. Three restaurants offer a variety of choices and settings. The spa is probably the hidden gem of the facility. The service offered are complete and affordable. Keep an eye out for performers. We saw Morris Day and the Time, great show!

Ok,some of the machine too old and pay off was not that great. pine bluff and Hot Spring are much better than Harlow. Food was good. Need a new overall to compete with other casinos.

Our room wasnt very clean. While the carpet and spacious bathroom were nice, other aspects of the room needed attention. It didnt help that when you walked into the entrance it was very smokey, probably due to the fact that the casino is directly attached to the hotel check-in. Our room was non-smoking and didnt smell bad but there had clearly been an abundance of scented room freshener added.

Need more card games. Wife is lucky on the slots.

No one winning. Only losers. Spent over 200 in one machine hit 20 dollars. Lol. Went to another machine and spent 400 dollars hit 50 dollars. What is wrong with that picture?

This is one of those casinos where luck has nothing to do with winning. I literally sat there and spent $1860 on slots and never hit over $60 at $10 per spin. By far the WORSE casino Ive ever visited.

The property was clean and comfy .my husband filled up the jet tub water was yellow . Staff acted like i was troubling by checking in .not friendly at all . And good luck getting a drink in the casino i was there about 5 hours got one drink had to go get my own only seen waitress on the floor like twice asked for a drink never got one .. i think they hang around the bar and socialize ..same with the cafe good food but to busy talking ..

The front desk clerk always remembered me and helped with dinner plans.

The buffet was very bland and not a lot to choose from. The room appeared clean until we noticed a couple roaches! I found it hard to sleep after that, but the beds are comfy.

Really laid back atmosphere. We enjoyed our time there.

Had a great time. Look forward to the next time. The buffet was awesome including the service. Special thanks to Chef Georgette who went above and beyond to make sure my wife got her fried chicken legs and the kids a pizza. What an wonderful and lasting impression of a marvelous , heartwarming yet professional person. Thank you maam.

We stopped here as a half way point to our final destination. Rooms were clean and nice. There was no “free play” as advertised. Buffett closed but was told the cafe was good. We ordered and watched two cooks talk and laugh. After 35 minutes and no other customers waiting that we’re before our order ,still no food. We were told they were “dropping the fries” now . We had to ask for our money back. Not a friendly atmosphere at tables or players member window. We are used to Oklahoma actions with Indian Reservation employees that are so nice and friendly. So disappointing!

I actually did not like it this time because I got no free play was supposed to there were no host to talk to about it they werent even in yet

Close to home, great food, some staff is friendly, mainly in gift shop, sandbar, some security, some housekeeping, and a couple of the cashiers. very seldom offered a beverage. There is a variety of games, old and new, which are great to plau.

Beautiful clean up scale rooms. Buffett is delicious the staff is awesome. Casino floor limited waitresses with awful attitudes.

Its nothing compared to Las vegas casinos. And harlows wont let u win for nothing

Very dull atmosphere. Quietest casino Ive ever been in. Had a machine hitting bonus quite often, but totals ranged from 2.40 to 23 and that was at 1.20 per play. I walked around and absolutely no excitement anywhere. I was just passing through, but Ill never kill time at that dead place again.

Truck parking. But you will loose fast. Buffet not so good

Nice facility a little out of town yet close enough for other food options. Would recommend staying here, and will if every in the area again.

The rooms were quite large and very obviously had be remodeled recently. We were very pleased with the accommodations. We chose to eat at the buffet with our $20 food credit and at first, I was wondering if we made the right choice. The were limited options but overall, most everything we had was very good. Glad we made the choice to stay here on a pass through. The casino staff was really great. Everyone was exceptionally nice.

Decent spot to gamble if you’re in the Mississippi Delta. Nice variety of slot machines and sports betting machines. Food is probably the worst part of this casino. Only eat if you have a free meal ticket because you will be disappointed. A personal gripe i have is that I’m 29 & still get asked to present ID when I’m trying to get on the floor.

Lot of the slot machines are not working for some reason! No one is walking around taking drinks orders ?

First time at a casino very nice have to set a budget or the lights and sounds will get you.

It was great right up until we got our bank statement in and went to the management for help. When me and my wife went to Harlows we valet parked our vehicle with the casino and left our bank card in the vehicle to only use if in case of emergency, like when we ran out of money. To our surprise and horror while we were inside the casino I am assuming that an employee with the casino got our card out of our truck went into the casino and stole $500 from our account and put the card back into our truck. Now you would think that a high tech security place like a casino it would be no problem? But not here. So if you come here hide valuables.

Dropped 400 dollars and won just gobs of 25 cent jackpots. You spend 40 to 60 dollars to hit a bonus and it pays 6 dollars on a 2 or 4 dollar bet. I dont go to a casino to win money. I go to a casino to have fun. That was not fun.

The hotel was nice and clean. The water from the faucet is why I gave it three stars. The front desk attendant told me it was normal and safe to drink. I let it run for 15 minutes to see of it would look any better. Take a look at the picture and decide for yourself.

Went there for the boat races. The security was provided by the Sheriffs Office and that made me happy. Just would have liked to see more tents, seating, etc. Everything else was A1.

I ordered my food (7pc catfish basket) at 9:10 at the Sandbar Cafe, it is now 9:50 and I still have not been served. Horrible! People before and after me have come and gone! Ridiculous! Everyone seems to not take their job serious at all.Never coming back

It is the typical casino. So what can I say? The rooms are nice. I would rate the food, facilities, slots, etc as the average casinoThere are plenty and a variety of slots. They finally add a past number board to the roulette. I learned to play Mississippi stud..Wish I had not [email protected] went there twice yesterday. Got out the car and realized I lost $100 at a restaurant and after I we t back to the atm

The food tastes as if it was cooked the day before and then served, there was a dirty plate on the stack of clean plates and when pointed out it was ignored. The labels were not with the right food, when I asked for condiments while getting food in was told to ask the waitress. If you dont eat seafood then dont bother here, there will be maybe 5 food options for the entire meal and the dessert was dry but with the ice cream and strawberries they had out it was delicious. Ill probably go again because it was free with the players points but I wouldnt spend actually money there. The waitresses though were super sweet and helpful and when asked they definitely went above and beyond which is the only reason I gave two stars. Also if you play, dont expect to get served if you are in the back or the high-roller room because those servers avoid you like the plague even when security calls them over.

I like this casino! They have a great variety of slot games. All the staff Ive come in contact with has always been pleasant. I really enjoy the live band! The restrooms have always been clean. A fun place to spend a night out with your friends.

Great place to play slots and the best selections are here at Harlows. They have great food, rewards, giveaways, tournaments. Well they have it all! The rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms. They are very clean and of course the furnish all the things you expect from a 5 star hotel. Service is fantastic and the staff is wonderful.
