Best place in NC for a football game! Cell phone service inside stadium is very weak but really not a bad seat in the house to watch a football game. A must attend at least once for a full experience.

Nice, large football stadium located on ECU campus. Concession is stupid expensive ($4 for a bottle of water) Lots of seating, “free parking” wheelchair accessible

The whole stadium is pretty low key, but the coming improvements should be amazing. The clubhouse area is very nice. Id highly recommend seeing a game.

Dowdy-Ficklen stadium is a great place to watch a football game. Ive traveled to over 40 Division I college football stadiums and it compares or exceeds all of them. The atmosphere created at an ECU game is pretty special, again in many cases exceeding that of other larger stadiums/schools. I sit in the chair back section and my biggest complaint is the seats do not line up front-to-back. This leads to one of my knees being constantly pressed against a seat back while the other gets the gap between two seats. If you are in the 6 tall range you will likely experience the same issue. Other than that, the seats are as comfortable as to be expected (they are hard plastic) and my family fits in them well (we are all slim/athletic build).Underneath the stadium is not very pleasing to the eye and there always seems to be large puddles of water. Hopefully youre not spending much time under the seating areas anyway. There are a good amount of concession vendors. Bathrooms are well spaced out throughout the stadium, but they definitely use more water fountains!There is plenty of security, both guards and actual police officers throughout the stadium and typically at least on officer per aisle. We have never felt unsafe at a game.The scoreboard and info boards around the stadium are well placed and offer good in-game information.

You need to add new photos. The “Tower” is now installed with a new press box and Pirate Club seating which adds about 1000 seats. Also the parking area is upgraded.

This is the Home of the ECU Pirates. The stadium is very nice. The staff was great!!!! September 1st was the first game and I had 83 ppl come to the game. My experience from buying the tickets to attending the game to going to concessions to having a helping hand with the handicap/ disabled persons in my group was amazing!!! I have not one negative thing to say. I have enjoyed every home game thus far and look forward to do so for years to come.

I was at UNC - ECU match today and environment is scintillating. A must go place to enjoy match. Crowd gets frenzy and you gonna enjoy each piece of it.

Seat and floor were sticky. Dirty section 205 row M seats 1-4.

One of the nicest fan bases you will ever encounter...The cops focus on traffic and usually dont bother people...the stadium itself is good enough but a winning team would make it much better

I love Football!!

Dowdy-Ficklen stadium is very well organized and clean during sporting events. During football games you dont have to wait very long to get inside the stadium most days. There are many different food choices available inside the stadium, although expected for stadium food, is expensive. There is plenty of security if you ever have any problems. It may take a bit of time to leave the stadium after a game, but usually isnt a problem.

Well I am working at the football stadium and I would like to see stadium full and be there for the game.

Hands down the best atmosphere and experience for a college football game. ECU fans are dedicated and always make things fun, even if the team isnt performing as expected. The Boneyard hands down is the best student section out of any college there is!

Great environment for football when the Pirates take the field.

A very nice and clean venue for ECU. The stadium offers nice seats and is easily accessible. Traffic can be challenging during games days but the Greenville Police Department does a good job keeping things flowing.
