Michaels is an awesome arts and craft store. The staff was very pleasant and applied many discount coupons to my order. This was my first time going due to a wedding project (bouquets) that I was in charge of. I will definitely be returning for my future needs.

For some reason I really like the sticker aisle!!! I mean, I could literally buy a few hundred dollars worth of stickers and just be so happy!! The sticker aisle brings out the kid in me for sure.

Their selection for what I was looking for was very subpar and disappointing. Some of the different hobbies looked like they had a decent selection but I was looking for items that for model car kits and fabric glue. I prefer hobby lobby

I had a return and had to go through the checkout line, it too some time but the line moved fairly quick and the process was fast.

I was looking for christmas stockings. They didnt have a wide variety of them. Everything else was great tho.

I was looking for picture frames and shopped their website to see that they probably had what I wanted. The website told me to look on isle 26 when I went to the store and the frames were exactly where they should have been. They had a very good selection and prices were dirt cheap compared to similar items at frame shops. The staff was courteous and all were wearing masks. This was a good shopping experience.

There wasnt an employee readily available to ask where a item would be located. I have other medical reasons to Not wear or use a face mask & to be required to wear a mask or be removed from the store = less likely for me to shop at Michaels

Michaels is further away than Hobby Lobby, but as I shant spend money at Hobby Lobby ever again, we made the trek. Got some custom and off the rack frames, and we were helped by a very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating framing expert. Great experience!

This place has it all! Bonus: there is always a good coupon and/or a great sale. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

A great variety of supplies to choose from. Its just a shame that they use the same sku# for multiple items. It makes getting some items very difficult.

I couldnt find any Whiney the pooh things:( but they did have good sale when I went.

Great, but their selection of wide nib permanent markers was almost nothing. Plenty of fine line, but wide nib is needed for big posters.

I went in to pickup my things today. Something I really should not do. I always find something else to buy. My original order was placed online and I was to just pick it up. Of course I bought more! Its Michaels!

Staff is always nice and tons to shop for, but unfortunately for me the restrooms are quite terrible. You would think after a 7-10 week shut down the company would have cleaned the hallways/floors to make an enjoyable experience. Not a pleasant shopping experience, especially if you have to use the restroom.

Today at Michaels I was trying to get a few last minute things for my wedding. Rhuti was not only taking her time to help each and every customer that had a question but also thanking them for shopping at Michaels. She was going above and beyond customer service and helping customers from the front of the store to the back and she never stopped moving. She deserves a raise, a promotion, or whatever the next step is in her Michaels journey.

Clean and organized store. Could smell the bathrooms at the beginning of the hall though.

This is is the place to get all arts and crafts. Just discovered and I love this place.

I went to this Michaels about 15 minutes before closing, so I didnt get the best experience as far as general ambience and vibes, but I have to say this is DEFINITELY a craft store. I picked up some wire for a sculpture Im working on, and let me tell you, it sure is bendy. I also picked up some wooden bases for the sculpture to sit on. As far as corporate craft stores go, its pretty well stocked.

I Wish Michaels wouldnt make excuses and just would take my return. They are the one that made the error on my online order! I got floral wire in white 20 gauge, but they sent me silver and in 18 gauge. Its ridiculous! Take responsibility over your own actions. And what sucks is that I paid a pretty penny for them cause I got them part of the bulk buy thing online. :((

The sales associate was very pleasant and when I asked for a specific item, she told me that they didnt have it, and then suggested another store that might. Ill be going back to shop where the staff is so helpful.

Great store but only one checkout open. The employee had issues with a register so had to move to another. After 15 minutes still had 3 people ahead of me so had to return my items & leave.

I came here the other day and found everything I needed to make the perfect gift for my Mother-in-law. I normally shop at hobby lobby but Im glad I came here instead. The only thing I wished this location had was material, more leather working stuff and more goth decorations. Otherwise the staff is awesome. The weekend after black Friday they were having a mind blowing sale and the line was long but they were on point and I barely waited. These guys have their sh*t together.

Several employees at this Haywood Road, Greenville, SC store were NOT wearing masks which seems to go against the companies mission and recent statement regarding the Covid-19 crisis. Please address this issue with your employees.

Perfect place to run in for a quick supply item in the middle of a project, or to shop around the store and see whats on sale. The lines always go fast, because they try to keep enough cashiers at the registers. Great coupons, too!

I love this store, might as well be one of my favorites. You can find great ideas, great deals, and many options to create basically anything you want! Specially for arts, crafts, seasonal decoration, knitting and crochet projects, kids school projects, you name it. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!

Michaels use to be really good craft store, but once they stopped taking the competition coupons, they are alright, pretty pricey on a lot of items and the coupons made a huge difference, but now they are not any better than other craft stores.

This is my go to place for getting my crafting needs. They have an extensive selection of all sorts of art materials and much more! I am a rewards member and it really saves you $! Often I receive a 50% off any 1 item coupon which I use on the big ticket items. Also, they are pet friendly, and ADA accessible! Get crafting!

Micheal s is my wifes favorite craft store. She makes her own wreaths and they always have the supplies she needs.

Trip was great. Store was clean. And I was able to find what I needed easily.

They have really cut back on the yarn selection. Store is very old and worn. Can never find a worker except the 1 or 2 they have on register.

Great selection but the store is uncomfortably HOT and cashier service is slow. Long line.

Phenomenal products and sales. The onlything i dont like about this Michaels is the location. Years ago Sams club was just down the road but they moved to woodruff road and the area died down a little bit. I would shop here a while lot more if they were on Wade Hampton.

Im a crafty person so on my days off I love putting together a memory book/ scrap. I came here looking for a certain item but they had none in stock or they were completely sold out. Its not their fault. They just cant keep up with the demands, or so I was told. Online was a no go too. I guess you would just be out of luck, or check back with them. But who has time for that?

Lots of great stuff, prices are decent, and teachers receive discounts. However, its very hard to actually know what discounts apply to what youre purchasing. Not much in the way of a labeling system for individual items, so something you think will be BOGO (because it was in that area with the BOGO sign) isnt actually. Read carefully.

As always, I spent too much. The creative juice just starts flowing when you walk through those doors. I went in for ONE skein of yarn. I walked out with two skeins, a new hook, and I jumped on the bandwagon and bought the stuff to make slime. I DONT EVEN HAVE KIDS! But, you know, slime. The staff is always phenomenal! They ask if I am finding everything ok even as I am wandering through the store. Everything is neat and well stocked. They know that just about everyone who goes into Michaels will leave with all sorts of projects dancing in their heads. I love this store!

On the smaller side. Not as welcoming as some stores. Items on sale are cheaper full price at Walmart.

If you are a teacher, or a bride, cake decorator (or want to be one), artist, flower arranger, make jewelry, knit crochet or sew or just love to browse - this is the store for you. Michaels has something for everyone. Need a picture framed, they can do it. Teach you how to knit or crochet, they can do it. Learn to decorate cakes, yep they do that too.Great store!

A lot of crafting stuff from which to choose. The staff was friendly & helpful. Had the permanent markers to write on glass. We needed these to write on a window for my nieces wedding.

Michaels is always a great place to find ideas for creative things to do. Maybe the highest compliment I can pay Michaels is to report that my last visit made me regret having made a few recent Amazon purchases.

Lots of inventory for any craft. Hard to get an associate to assist. The Michaels App helps with searching for products and availability. For shopping at Michaels, I recommend keeping the App handy as a companion to shopping here.
