A great intermediate mountain bike trail that is easily accessible from But Mil park or the Atlantic-Yadkin Greenway. Frequent opportunities for a view of Lake Brandt and a good blend of uphill and downhill riding. This trail is also connected to the Shady Grove mountain bike trail, so you can ride both trails consecutively. There are other mountain bike trails that are accessible from the Greenway if these two dont wear your legs out. You do need to watch out while you ride because this trail is also used by hikers.

Wonderful trail for the mountain bikers and trail runners. You can have an about 5 miles trail running here with great views. Sometimes, cute dears may be company with you. :)
