My son has just recently joined the DBA family. Our experience so far is nothing short of amazing. Coach Dean focuses on the growth of his players both on and off the field. The strength and conditioning training is second to none! It is baseball specific training that pushes all the players to their limit in order to truly make them better ball players. Not only do they work on the physical side of the game but the mental aspects as well. They instill a positive, never give up, never quit attitude! DBAs focus is to prepare these young athletes for the next level of their baseball career. Like any top notch program we all want to win but that is not the number one priority at DBA. The focus at DBA is to get their players into the best possible physical and mental condition to be successful. To put them in the best possible position to take the next step in their baseball career whether that is high school or at the collegiate level. In a short period of time I have seen so much growth in my son. His confidence is growing daily and I have seen a rejuvenation for his love of the game that he had lost! I cant thank Coach Dean, and the entire DBA organization enough for putting together such a top notch organization. Coach Dean exudes passion and love for the great game of baseball. Our sons knowledge and commitment to the game has grown exponentially thanks to coach. Coach Dean routinely challenges our son and his team to be the best they can be. Coach has a knack for teaching players and helping them develop their skills. Would recommend to any parent looking for 1x1 instruction or looking for a travel team in the triad NC area.

From day one not only has my child been welcomed but my family has been welcomed with opened arms into a great facility/organization. DBA has a great Baseball Atmosphere, hard working, knowledgeable coaches & staff at hand. Dean especially goes above and beyond to help each player be successful no matter what! We have just began our journey with DiMaria and the staff of DiMaria Baseball Academy. My son needed guidance and help with growth with the game. In his short time there, we have seen a tremendous change. Not in his game persay, since he has only started, but his attitude and mental toughness. The skills will improve as time goes on, but I am thankful he has coaches that not only care about his physical well-being, but his mental well-being too!

Being a part of the DBA Family has been the best experience, not only for our athlete, but our family as well. Foster has grown so much in technique and in his mental game. Weve been working with Coach Dean for over 3 Years now, and absolutely LOVE his DBA program and indoor facility. My sons athletic ability, hitting, fielding, and understanding of the great game of baseball have definitely imporoved! Not only is he being molded into a great student athlete, hes also becoming a great young man! I highly recommend DBA if you want your son to grow!

Very spacious indoor facility, allowing the athleteTo train and develop their baseball skills. Very impressed with the one on one hitting lessons and the knowledge the coach possesses. I particularly like the way he coach infuses technology with the lessons. Example measuring bat speed, on plane score, exit velo and other metrics. As a parent with a young athlete, I would definitely recommend Dimaria Baseball Academy aka DBA to further develop your childs skills and provide an opportunity for your child to compete at a higher level.

Not only does Dean develop the athlete but he also develops the person inside the athlete!

Mason started with DBA November 2019 after evaluations for the 9U team with winter workouts. He has several years of experience (no prior travel) but has played baseball since he was 3. After a summer season of AllStars and competing on a high level and then returning to a lower level of recreational ball play his spirit for baseball was crushed. His mental drive started to effect his mechanics. DBA was recommended to us by a friend. In just a short few weeks, Mason’s passion and love for the game that was always there was sparked again. His teammates are a family. The coaches quickly have picked up on his fears and capitalize on his strengths. Mason knows it’s okay to fail and that failure allows him to grow. More importantly that his coaches will be the first ones there with a helping hand up and a encouraging word.We have also taken advantage of private hitting lessons. Just 5 weeks prior, Mason had grown less confident in his hitting falling from the clean up spot to #6 in the line up. He worked hard and in the lessons Coach Dean is clear with the parent about what is the goal and points out areas of improvement. Mason is now hitting bangers on nearly every pitch and can make adjustments when he isn’t.So the short of the story is I recommend everything about DBA. We are blessed to have the coaches and the teammates as a part of our lives!
