Dark hair girl was beyond rude and completely incompetent when it comes to customer service. If you go in and the tall guy is working you will have a very pleasant experience. He is great! She on the other hand is not!

A great place with awesome employees and good products with a large selection of toys and bondage gear. Both me and my wife are frequent happy customers, the Greensboro NC and HQ near Johnson City TN are the best locations with the best selection.Many DVDs aswell to chose from aswell as rentals.

I came to this store in the past and I was not impressed, however I went again a few weeks ago to pick up some items and I was pleasantly surprised. The associate looked to be new and the store smelled wonderful. I went near closing time and the cashier was cleaning but when she saw my husband and I she stopped to assist us.She had a video playing, which was the first time I saw this anywhere, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She allowed me to try out several toys until I was satisfied with one. She even asked me to let her know how I liked it when I return.My husband was asking her questions and although she spoke very fast she helped us and was spot on with her responses.Needless to say I’ve been back a few times since and was disappointed when I didn’t see her there, However, the gentlemen that rung me out was pleasant as well.

This store has come a long way. New management, cleaner building, new associates, and new product. Shoes are back, the poles are back, and the awesome customer service is back....welcome back :) ...

Its just basically a sex shop now. It use to be contacted to video world and the sex shop on the other side but now the only videos you can rent are porns. They do carry other things like toys and stuff too. The people that work there are nice enough, look like the fit in perfect with that type of store.

Good selection of products!

Always have the better prices and good options.
