I got word from some friends of mine that this store got a new manager (thank god) so I decided to stop by again to check it out. (Ive been coming for 4 years but the old management was just awful so I stopped coming) ... That was the best decision Ive made. The new manager.. I think she said her name was Courtney, is so friendly and you can see she truly cares about your needs and the store. Shes been taking her time to remodel the store. The girls she has hired are the sweetest clerks you could met. They are very helpful and truly makes you feel comfortable. Ive noticed that these girls have been keeping the store clean and even the arcade has never been cleaner. (old management just didnt care about cleaning I guess) I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. And if youre like me and stopped going because of the old management, SHE IS GONE.

By far the cleanest arcade and store I’ve been too. The clerks are so nice and helpful.

Went in to look for shoes with the intent of purchasing, that is until the cashier told me that I would have to leave my bag with her. My bag was, my purse, also had the design of a purse as matter of fact it was smaller than the avg purse. Told her I would put it in my car and left. NO STARS

Best experience I’ve had in an adult shop. Wide selection of products and the staff, 2 women, were so awesome. They were knowledgeable, upbeat, so friendly and easy going and you could just tell they enjoyed their jobs and interacting with customers. Unfortunately we don’t live in Greensboro so it will be a while until we get to come back. But the employees really made the visit incomparable to any other shop I’ve been to, great work ladies

It has turned cold again in Greensboro and guess what? Cupids Corner has NO HEAT in the video booth area. The clerk could have had the decency to let me know before taking my $10, and when I complained she gave some lame excuse about the system just went down and being worked on. I then go to reviews of this place and low and behold this has been happening for years. I wish I would have read before going. Customers were literally walking around in coats and hats and gloves. This is unacceptable for a business. If they are going to take your money they should provide a comfortable place to its patrons. I wonder if this is a cit code violation? Will have to investigate that. Well if you go you better BUNDLE UP LIKE YOURE OUTSIDE!...... UPDATE*****UPDATE****** OK guys Im a fair person, so Im amending this review. I was told by a friend that the heat situation was taken care of, so I decided to go and check it out my self. And low and behold it was not cold in the video area and there was heat! So obviously the owner read these reviews and made necessary changes for customers. Thanks for reading!

It is still so hot in the arcade. They need to turn on the AC. it seems like they do not care about customers based on other people’s reviews. Either that or they don’t want you to stay very long.

I see the other reviews stating that it is cold but now that weather has warmed up it is the complete opposite. The heat is completely unbearable now. I think they are keeping the arcade hot to control expenses but also to prevent people from staying long. I have gone to this bookstore since it opened. I have been happy going here in the past but it makes me question if they value their customers comfort or business. You can tell a difference in temperature between the store and arcade. The clerk says it is because the heat outside but there is clearly strong AC in the building. Very displeased. It makes my visits here miserable.

Large verify of product and 2 of the nices ladies working there. The store its self is very well keep inside and products were reasonable priced.

Waste of time and staff is a joke, rude or racist. No purses allowed, so need your man to carry your stuff or wear something with pockets. I went and took my purse to the arcade. When i went to the restroom, Mimi, the clerk, told me that i cant take my purse and that i could either leave it at the counter or in my car. Whatever, maybe they think i have a gun or drugs. I actually had some light makeup, car keys, id document and phone.I could understand policy. So i left the purse in my car and kept the keys. Then Mimi asked for my receipt to go back in. Are you kidding me? So i have no pockets...where am i supposed to carry my receipt. So i went back to the car with car keys, receipt and ID just in case she needs to confirm its me again...lol

Ive gone here a couple of times and had an OK time. But recently learned that there is NO heat in the video booth area. Patrons are freezing. Staff is collecting your money and not telling you theres no heat and will not refund once discovered. The temps are dangerously low to subject a paying customer to this condition.
