I have lived here with my mother, older brother and I since June/July of 2019. The owner of Maples Trailer Park has always been very respectful, kind, and is a generous man. If it was not for Andy I we would have not had a place to go. We have three cats and every place I tried to get wanted no pets, only two cats, or a crazy depoist/extra rent per month of them. But with Andy as long as you take care of the trailer and dont let them run around, he doesnt care.Andy has done a lot of work to this place over the last year, I give him 5 stars cause he is the best landlord I have had in a long time and it is a rare thing these days.Keep up the great work Andy!

There is some trash that lives in them

I see the owner working all the time. Ive talked to a few people and they say its way better than it used to be. I think its a quiet place to live and Ive had no problems. I like it here.

Very poor service, owner keeps your deposit for no reason, when you call about a place, owner never gets back to you, bad drug problem there as well, and was also told by another tenant that owner takes payments in pain pills. Not very family friendly, Ver unclean, and trailers have water and mold damage, not sealed well around windows either. All together NOT a good place at all..

Not well kept up

I know people need a place to live but I dont know how the owners lay their head at night and sleep.

This place has a lot of traffic and could use some service to the roads in there . just a lot of potholes

This place is trash. Its full of drug dealers and drug addicts. If there was a negative star they would get a -5! I couldnt post unless I pressed a star.
