This is a great place for all ages. The several times that I have been there...the place was always clean and the staff were always professional.

Now named 27 Social....Had a great time!!!! Pig Pinz is a hit with me. If you dont know what that is, go find out at 27 Social. They offered laser tag in a 2 leveled playing area. And they have axe throwing!! Never chopped wood a day in life, but I enjoyed chucking that axe at the wooden target!The staff was always ready and willing to help us and maximize our experience.Fun times!! I plan to visit again.

We took our club volleyball team here for team bonding and our girls had a blast. They had a ton of fun go-carting and playing laser tag. The staff (Jeff, David and Olivia) were awesome. They went out of their to make sure our group had a great experience. We used their party room and it was clean and perfect. I would highly recommend LightSpeed for your next party or team bonding event. This place ROCKS! We will definitely come back.

Had my son’s 9th b-day here. The boys had a great time and the party host did an awesome job keeping them entertained. If you have a B-day party ask for Eddie as your party host. He did a great job and made sure everyone was happy!

Absolutely awesome place for all ages! My friends and I went and it was super super fun. All the activities were run very efficiently even though they were crazy busy, and the workers were really nice. Amazing price too 1000% reccomend for anybody and any event.

Great place for tweeners. Air hockey was great! They need a deal with unlimited go karts, and they need more video games & pinball. The go kart track doesnt really let you pass anyone, so once youre in that order, theres really no way to change or even lap anyone. Also, if theres a spinout, they have to stop everyone.It was pretty fun, though. No lines--not very busy for a Sunday.

A fun place to take the kids when you are just looking for some entertainment. The go carts are fun to ride around and race the kids. Their Lazer tag is fun the kids really enjoyed playing.

I did an escape room here. It was amazing. Reasonable price for good group fun. Once we escaped the room we had fun dressing up in 80s themed wear and was allowed to take photos. It was a blast.

Went there to start off my brothers bachelor party.... the setup is a little more geared for the younger teenage crowed but the reason i give these guys a 4 star is the employees.... they to me made our experience there very entertaining and worth going... we even left and then came back later and one of the employees jumped in the karts and started racing us.... very friendly group of people.... glad we stopped by....

Upwards of 90 minute wait times on go cart and laser tag no room to walk in the arcade the tables were rough like actual tree bark and the floors had so much dust and dirt that you were practically sliding on it. Laser tag was ok.

I really liked this place! I remember going there when visiting Greenfield a few months ago! Its sort of small and local but its cool how the laser tag arena has two levels with a balcony. Also its usually quiet (meaning there isnt many people nor too much noise) which is good for a socially awkward person like me haha! But what REALLY earned the 5 stars are the GO KARTS! They are indoor and they work really well! Super quiet and SO SMOOTH AND FAST! I absolutely LOVE them!!!

What a wonderful find!! It was fun for a variety of ages. Gokarts are fast, laser tag room was huge!! We had a blast!! The owner or man working went above and beyond to make every one feel welcome!!

Clean and well staffed. Everyone was very friendly. Brought three 13 year old boys. They were there for nearly 5 hours and kept busy the whole time. The track is small, its all indoors after all, but the carts were pretty fast. Boys tell me the lazer tag was fun. Nice selection of arcade games.

My granddaughter(8) loved itThe workers are very nice and patient with the kids. Definitely would recommend for bday parties.

I would say approx. 1/3 of the arcade games are out of order/not working.thats not a very good percentage when you only have 15-20 arcades total. That being said the 60-90 minute wait to ride the carts for 5 minutes is not worth it.

We had a blast doing this escape room. Very difficult but we were able to solve it just before time expired. Well put together and well maintained. The staff is friendly and help the experience be enjoyable for the entire group

Ive only done the Escape Room here, it was fun. Without giving anything away, some of the clues were kind of farfetched, and almost seem like they require intervention from their game master to really grasp. The way they intervened was cool, but once again, cant give anything away, worth a run through!

Good lazer tag, the go karts are slow though

My kids were excited to try a new go kart track. Extremely small track and it took and hour to get on the track, but the staff were pleasant and took good care of the drivers. Kids got to drive a lot once they got on the track.

It was my family and I first time visiting we decided to play laser tag. The staff didnt once explain how to hold the gun properly so we thought you just aim and shoot. We chased each other around for a while and didnt notice anything happening so we found a staff person and he stated we have to hold with two hands and cover the sensor but at that time we only had a min or two left. We asked for a do over and he said no I would have to pay again.

This was super fun! I’m a 36 yr old and I was laughing and giggling the whole time with my girlfriend. We did the unlimited gokart and laser tag for $25/ea it was a blast.. the go karts drift too. The laser tag area is huge too. Fun for all ages, well if you’re a kid at heart!

Fun place! A bit expensive if you just pop in & do a few go kart rides or laser tag. We used groupons so it made it worth it!! 10 kids!

A good family place and very affordable

This was the first time many in our group ever experienced laser tag. We had a lot of fun. The staff was pretty good about honoring the internet pricing and our tax exempt status. One guy actually pulled the staff aside and have us the best vest and tips on how to beat to beat guys. They still smoked us. We will be back.

Took a group of 9-10 year old boys for my sons 10th birthday on a Wednesday. The boys had a great time, the place was very clean (including the bathrooms!) The staff was also great and very patient with the boys. We will be back!

Was disappointed that we had to wait 45 minutes from sign in for go carts the party’s took up all the arcades lazer tag and there was a wait for everyone I guess the next time I will go later in the day when the party’s are done. I wish the site let you know how busy it is On that day

This was the first time we were here and it definitely wont be the last. As enjoyable as the go carts and laser tag were, the service was some of the best we have experienced. The staff was constantly offering great suggestions to maximize our fun there, and were very personable. The prices were a great value, especially when you use the Groupon.

Prices are extremely reasonable, staff is incredibly insightful and friendly, facilities are clean and well maintained. Walked in with a group of five and had an absolutely wonderful time. A must go for people looking for an affordable and extremely fun afternoon. Will definitely be back.

It is one of the older indoor go kart tracks in the Milwaukee area. Their track is small and prices are a bit high.Other new places are featuring high speed tracks which require a helmet, and their tracks are longer and dynamic.Our small school team party was treated nicely and played laser tag.Not much else here except some arcade video games. I guess this is better for older kids and adults than Chuck E Cheese or Stone Fire Pizza. But they dont serve food.

Good basic variety of entertainment, including slower go karts, laser tag, and escape rooms, as well as some video games and skeeball. Probably not the best in class of any one of these items, but for a decent price a good time can be had, but mainly if you are bringing kids under 12.

Fun place! Escape room eas a blast and thebstaff friendly. Lots of games broken or turned off. Would like to see them all up and running.

As an adult I have always dismissed lazer tag, and indoor go karts how fun could that be... I was completely wrong I havent had so much fun in years way to go guys! The staff was nothing if not accommodating, and they seemed to have as much fun as anyone. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Today being my kids first time playing laser tag I must say that they had a blast. Go when its slow if you really want them to really wear themselves out lol. Go-karts where also a good time however its tight but the kids thought it was all great. Great customer service as well so no complaints here. I will most definitely will be return soon.

Ive been taking my siblings to Lightspeed since it first opened a few years ago. When we first went, it was strictly go-carts and the small arcade, and we always had fun despite, what I found to be, a high cost. I recently moved out of state, and during a visit home we (3 of us) decided to go again. Frankly, we had a pitiful experience. We paid $59 for 5 turns at go-cart ($11/person/race), each of which lasted about 5 minutes (first round, 3 of us raced; second round, 2 of us raced). We stayed 15 minutes in total. And the go-cart speed was definitely regulated to a lower speed this time, so there was no competitive factor. We have done laser tag before and enjoyed it, but opted not to this time because we wanted to focus on go-carts; we regret that decision because if we had done laser tag perhaps we would have left feeling positive about our experience. Im disappointed, and we will not be returning in the future.

Had my sons bday party here for 2nd year in s row. He loves it. Cris was our party guy. He helped us tons. If you have a party ask for cris to be your party guy. He went above and beyond to make things easy on us.

Great concept but run very poorly. The way they run the go-karts creates waits of two to three hours, pretty ridiculous when youve paid for all you can play. Not to mention that the go-karts are way too fast for the age group of kids that are predominantly there. I went on the go karts twice, the first time they had to come onto the track multiple times to explain to kids not to press the brake and the gas at the same time. The second time a ten-year-old boy had to be taken off the track bawling his eyes out. The laser tag was run to get as many people in there as possible so no teams only free-for-all. Free for all laser tag is not fun. Will definitely not be taking my nephews there in the future.

They did great for the kids race, but they let some younger people into the adult cars and we had 5 laps of caution and not even a full lap at full speed. Very disappointing for me having to wait over and over because some little girl cant drive.
