It started on a rocky start with customer service. They look like they didn’t want to be there considering it’s an open recreation area. Overall it has gotten better my children enjoyed themselves while celebrate my daughter 3rd birthday. The food was good. All that maters that they had fun. Lastly, my son lost his phone they made the announcement and as we was leaving I was going to give my information incase someone returned it and they did and gave it to customers service. Thank you for holding my son’s phone.

My girls loved this place i kind of see why. They had things to do for various ages (depending on the package you choose) so my kids (ranging from 2-12) had something to do and we didnt even play laser tag. Big fun

Staff need to be more experienced or have more experienced supervisors (looks like the entire staff are all teens or early 20s). They ALL need customer service training. Overall the concept is great...the execution could use some work!

We arrive and are escorted to our table well it was big enough for the Children so some of us adults lay our coats on another table that was not in use. So an associate comes and says that we cannot sit there because they have parties for tomorrow not Friday night but Saturday. they make us move our stuff and stand so they blame it on the couple that rented the table and said they could have spent more. This is far from the service I would expect from this establishment. I would not nor ever take and rent the place for a Birthday party for any age. Its ran down and the service and attitude of the one person and even the manager was very poor!

Place is not worth the money you play to get in there place is dirty . The food was cold works is disrespectful. Never again will I spend my money here , this whole place need to go in the trash

Great Place w Abundance of activities

Visited this place for the first time yesterday, February 8, 2020 and asked if I could see the place before making a purchase because Id never been there and this place was horrible, dirty and some rides werent working! The atmosphere was bad, Customer service was terrible, and not many activities for childrens enjoyment! Definitely would NOT reccomend and I will NEVER come back to this place EVER again!!! So glad that I did not waste my money in this filthy place!!!!

So much fun for the kids and myself! Went on Black Friday so not only was it 30% off but not packed at all. All of the staff were friendly but shout out to Wanye, Kara and Mr. Francis! The customer service and helpfulness is above average! The best $100 Ive spent in a while. Soooo many options, just wished they opened earlier than 5pm to really enjoy it all.

Great service by the employees but the place is dated. With that said my kids had a blast but they dont pay for things so we wont be back.

I had a wonderful experience this weekend with my daughters birthday party. The manager (Fracis) went above and beyond and made the party memorable for all. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to have great time laughing out loud.

This place rocks!!! My family came to visit from out of town we needed to find something that could entertain all ages from toddlers to teenagers, and this place was that plus more! The adults and kids was able to share great memories together with the amazing laser tag and skating rink. We celebrated a birthday the service was excellent and well organized. Every last one of the staff was so friendly and went out their way to make the experience so amazing. Highly recommended great people great place!! Last but not least, my husband lost his wallet which he felt like he lost it all we prayed that it would turn up went to this place the following day spoke with Mr. Frances we want to thank him from the bottom of our hearts he went above and beyond to find and return it to us we are forever grateful!! We love laugh out loud go to have an amazing time with your friends and family there is something for everyone to enjoy!!

Very poor customer service and the bathrooms are extremely dirty. I took my girls to the ladies bathroom, it was unbelievably filthy. My daughter refused to use it, we then went to the handicapped bathroom, it was even more dirty. Its made me sick thinking that children are using those bathrooms and go back to eat. Not going back

I WOULD NEVER recommend this place ! It’s hot and musty. They staff are rude and will blatantly ignore you.. the toddler play area sucks. Honestly it’s way to expensive for the low quality service, rides and attractions that they have. Overall it’s not what they advertise online. Don’t waste your money !

Overcrowded, and nowhere near enough trash cans. There was like one trash can per area, which was constantly overfilled because it wasnt very big. Pizza was dry and burnt on the back. Waste of money, sorry. Im not sure whats included with the party package but the regular play is not worth the money. Just took my daughter the other day. She liked the bounce house, roller coaster, and bumper cars. None of the arcade games work. DO NOT WASTE EXTRA MONEY BUYING TOKENS! YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!! THE GAMES DONT WORK!! There is a line for the bounce house and only two people are allowed at a time . Skating is extra, laser tag is extra, the broken games are extra, the bathrooms cost money JK no but seriously. I wish I had a better review but my daughters face did not scream satisfaction.

This was the worst customer service I paid over 400 for my son party the place is hot and needs a deep clean. Pizza nasty pizza and arrived 45minutes late then the rushed us from the table they should rush them kids pizza to them. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone

Looks fun when you walk in like all these places. Friendly helpful staff. Laser tag was ok, bumper cars action mediocre with broken or underperforming cars. Other rides were carnival fare or course based with bouncy house and air pumped slides. Skating rink is a tiled bumpy mess. Jungle gyms for climbing looked fun. However its hard to put in words, kids had a good time but something is just off about the place for me. Stars are for staff, really nice people on the day I went.

I found this place on Groupon and my kids liked it but didnt love it. The kids were on a Christmas break so Six Flags wasnt open and I didnt want to keep taking them to Dave & Busters, so I decided to take them here since it was new to us. My sister told me that she didnt really like it here, but Im an optimistic person and can make lemons out of lemonade so I decided to still go. I personally like this place because anything that can keep the kids busy is good in my eyes, but it wasnt amazing. The staff here was very friendly and nice, but after an hour the kids rode mostly every ride because there wasnt that many, but unlike Dave and Busters, or Six Flags they didnt really complain or ask could we go on a couple of more rides when I told them that it was time to go. This place is forgettable but it isnt terrible. I still will recommend this place but if they added more rides or even arcade machines, I would go back.

This place was pretty cool! The team member at the front was nice and helpful. There is so many activities within, that it’s best to just get a wrist band instead of multiple tickets... the kids will def get worn out here... they have laser tag, bumper cars, skating, mini coasters! Great staff, especially our birthday party host. The atmosphere was fun, loud and lively. Many activities were available such as games,rides, skating and laser tag. They do offer food . I bought pizza,wings and drinks.Their pizzas okay, however there wings were scrumptious. Overall my childs and their friends had a blast

I took my 3 year old and my six year old here. I would give this place negative stars if i could. My three year old could do one thing in this entire place and yet i paid 15 dollars for her to get in. Most of the rides were closed or not tended to. Never will come here again. My kids would of had more fun at chuck e cheese or a carnival for the prices we paid here. SVe your money your not missing anything.

My kids, their friends, and the adults had a ball! From age 6 and up you will have an absolute great time! My 2 year old had fun too but he couldnt get on everything. The DJ was GREAT! Our party host (cant remember his name, he was tall and hometown was Georgia) was GREAT. We were instructed to arrive 30 min early and Im happy we did. You have to finalize everything for the party such as food, count of people, and pay the reminder balance. Arrive early so your party doesnt get delayed. Great experience!

I booked our second birthday party here based on my experience from last year. Last year I had a party hostess who was with us at the table helping serve pizza, serve cake, clean the table etc. and the ride attendants were really nice. Well this place went downhill really fast in the course of a year. Today as soon as I arrived I was introduced to my party host. Thats what he called himself except he wasnt a host, he was a server. He brought the food out and that was it. I had to ask twice for drinks to be brought over because my host was also the host to 2 other parties and was in charge of concession counter. I had to serve the pizza, serve the cake and clean my own table. Since you have to prepay for eveything at the entrance, I had prepaid for additional pizza and drink jugs which I had to keep going to the counter to ask for because they werent brought over. The first ride attendant was very rude, the place was empty at the time, half the kids wanted to do one ride and half another, the attendant told them sternly that they had to choose one because he was in charge of both. So they book 3 parties at once for a span of 2 hours that include all rides and then the kids have to pick and choose what they do after you pay $34.99 for each. This issue was resolved after I complained to the manager but this same attendant made my son cry later when he asked how long was the wait and the attendant screamed at him that he was so impatient. The manager said that the host did his job, that they only serve the food and during my complaint he made me feel like I was crazy in expecting a host to do more than that. I have never held a birthday party anywhere that I had to serve and clean. I guess the definition of the word host changed. Never again. Next year Ill book somewhere else.

Over priced for only standing room areas. I feel like this place is only good for hosting parties not to sit and have a fun filled meal family time with the little ones. The I ordered four slices of pepperoni pizza and two drinks which ran me $30 went back for my daughter and spent $18 on just a slice of pizza, wing combo and two drinks. Chuck E Cheeses would never!! For under $30 I can get a medium size pizza and four drinks with free refills and all you can eat salad bar. An we get to sit down the entire time there. We purchased 3 YOLO bands and a ROFL band for the baby. I wont lie the kids had a ball. I suggest you retrain your staff because while we were being helped yesterday the cashiers were fussing about a party while we were trying to buy the bands for the kids. I also suggest those tables near the restroom become available to walkins.

This place is a rip off! You pay $24.99 for all the unlimited rides which I got for my daughter who is TWO but she cant not ride the ride alone without me. So I have to pay another $24.99 plus tax to ride with her? What is the point of getting a wrist band for her? I want someone to write back and clarify this!!!

This place was HORRIBLE. Just left. The pizza was soooooo cold and sooooo hard I couldn’t believe it! I asked the lady behind the stand could we get FRESH PIZZA she replied she can’t make anymore unless all the COLD HARD pizza was GONE! Then the teenagers operating the machines and rides are RUDE and UNAPPROACHABLE! Then the games were broke and there was no music no enthusiasm or ANYTHING! Never going back again my toddler even asked to LEAVE. Now that’s horrible. Never again

Celebrated birthday party there. Got the OMG package. Man! What an experience. The D.J. was incredible (not expected at all). Kids enjoyed the games and rides. Adults enjoyed the emcee/D.J. He really got the crowd into it with trivia games, banter and great music. Will definitely go there again.

I had a horrible experience today on the phone with Krystine from Lol stations. I purchased a Fomo early bird package an asked her to include 2 tables to my order. She gave me the run around on how I didn’t have to pay for extra tables an it would come with my guest list an that it’s 32.99 for additional players or 2.00 for non players. I understood exactly what she was saying. I explained to her serval times that I did not want to pay for anything other than the early bird special package which is 300.00$ plus taxes and 2 additional tables which stated on the site is 50$ per table. She did not corporate with me it was a lot of disrespect going on both ways. I am a paying customer an I asked simply for what I expected an instead of honoring that she kept adding other things in the mix to add more confusion. I asked her to speak with someone else several times and she told me NO an hung up on me TWICE. She sent me an email with a balance of 1,000$!!! which was her game plan all along. It will not be tolerated!!! Krystine Is a disgrace an should be fired immediately!!!!!

I’m all for trying new things and new places but this place is THEE worst! Especially thinking “it replaced Jeepers” but nahhh. Have to pay $2 to get in as a guest. Yes the parent gets a companion wristband , while $2 guest get a stamp. But as an uncle of my niece who traveled can’t even be a companion to her when her parents aren’t. I don’t want to play, just take a few pics. Mind you NOBODY was here , so who would I be harming(I guess S/o to the worker for doing her job). My sister asked the cashier what she was paying for and what was it consisted of. We were told my niece could play and ride whatever cause we paid for the all in pass or whatever it’s called. Just to get in and immediately be told she could not ride this ride , that ride or that ride. Then the rep. That who told us that if we didn’t like the TODDLER WORLD, lol for it to be a backyard playground (no exaggeration) that we could get a refund. So when proceeded to do so the manager stated (which is stated on receipt) that it was no refunds etc. The manager was cool but it was nothing he could do for me. S/O to the marketing team and the website because YOU WILL BE FOOLED. This place has potential, first stop the $2 admission which is probably on in place to help keep the place sustainable, and 2 just add rides and more intriguing play areas and games.

In all honesty I do not feel I can give this a fair review until I have actually experienced it myself. I dropped my oldest off for a birthday party. When I came back he said he had fun. They have a roller skate rink, a bounce house, climbing wall, and some carnival rides. The rides are old to say the least but as far as birthday parties go the kids had fun. Again, please take this review for what it is, a review based on the surface impression. I will edit once we have had more time there.

Not a lot for the kids to do my Grandson was a inch to short for the rides he wanted to get on and it was only 1 working that he could get on. I guess what i stated was not read with any kind of understanding because i stated that it was only 1 ride working that my grandson could ride on the second ride had no one working at it. Plus i should have mentioned that the female restroom was nasty and stink.

On the weekends, its very crowded but so many things to do. The newest thing I seen was the roller skating rink. Great place to teach your child how to skate.

My husband and I took my nephews. The boys had a blast, my husband love the fries and chicken wings. Thanks to the friendly staff we will be back as soon as the boys come over again.

Most ghetto place I ever been too . I plan a part online and we get to this broke down place to be waiting to be asked about what we want on the pizza at the door ? When we get to the table terriable service all the way . They have our hostess working 5 other tables that held parties . Not worth spending your money at this place . Lesson learned got me once wont get me twice! Oh and the staff are very unorganized and unprofessional; and my son bought tokens and went to play a game and the machine took his tokens . To the owner dont come at me with your polices because when my family got to your ghetto establishment the cashier was off task because she was handing another complaint from another unsatisfied customer. And the manager didnt know what he was doing ,he was more awful then the regular employees,but its cool this company got my coins ,but trust and believe never again. This is why reviews are made to warn potential future customers.

(For which Id rate it, generously, with 4 stars.)It would be even better if theyd hire employees who are more kid-friendly and eager to host, what are supposed to be fun-filled childrens events. The prizes, that are redeemable for game tickets are pure trash. Youd be better off buying your child a toy rather than breaking the bank to earn enough tickets for a cheap toy.Lets talk ambiance:Yes, a few of the games are broken/malfunctioning... Thats not uncommon. Children break things and wear and tear is a thing.However, Im pretty sure they generate enough revenue to purchase proper trash bins, instead of using open plastic laundry baskets lined with trash bags... Can you say bootleg?The party table area: Staff do not do a well enough job to keep the area tidy/clean. I observed a trash-filled table remain in that state for at least 30 minutes after the party departed. Thats gross.Food: The parts of the pizza that were not burnt were edible. The children seemed to enjoy the fries and chicken more. Service at the snack bar was okay.Communication: Its hard to get an answer when phoning this place and they have limited business hours. It was my first time visiting and I had no clue that they were behind the mall. Naturally, I assumed it would be located where Jeepers (a previous similar venue) was. It would be better for patrons (and possibly for their business, too) to have bold and directional roadside signage on the main road and somewhere on the grounds of the main parking structure, in front of the mall.Overall, the children had a great time and are young enough not to notice how rundown the place truly is. I honestly believe it has the potential to become a great venue with a face-lift ( minor renovation and furniture) and staffing improvements.P.S.- I think its a weird policy to prohibit balloons for customers who pay to have birthday parties. BAD JOKE!!I will never spend $55 for my 2 kids who are 6 and 2 to come here again. This is a bad bad bad joke.we got there at 5:30 on Friday night 1/25, we paid $55 for two kids to ride all the unlimited games they have. They literally have like 2 rides and 1 is broken and the others are so slow that the workers HAVE TO PUSH the rides!!!! The people working there are all kids and ghetto dancing to the music on the speaker. My daughter wanted to ride the roller coaster but I couldnt get on because I had to have a band but I wasnt going to pay another $25 for myself, to make it a total of $75 for one ride. We stayed about 35 minutes which is so heartbreaking and frustrating knowing I spent so much. This place should is a JOKE! Seriously go to skyzone and save $30! Go to HyperKidz in Ellicott City which will be so much better than this place. I never write reviews but this place was so disappointing after spending so much money you get NOTHING. A man at the front (tall, slim and dark skinned with curly hair) also told my husband that he cant stand behind the rope to see my daughter come down the slide. There is a section for waiting???? Been to this place twice. I wouldnt say is good but is OK. Some of the employees dont know what theyre doing. My son took his shoes of to go on one of the games and his shoe was stolen. Up till now didnt get any feedback from there. Will never go there again

Well every time I’ve went I’ve had a different experience the first time I attended a relative baby party and it was ok the kids loved it so months later I hosted a party for my niece and everything seemed so rushed and I had to keep paying for extra time which there was no other parties at this particular time do I tried again and months later I again hosted a party for my godson and it was to crowded and the the service wasn’t as great before but overall the kids enjoyed their time there
