Very nice historical marker, but it marks the location of a synagogue from a long time ago.. not a present building. (There is an active synagogue in Green Bay in a larger facility.)

All that is left is a historical marker stuck in the corner of a parking lot. Still interesting to learn about the religious history of Green Bay.

All that remains is a marker, with little information. Sadly this marker sits in the corner of a parking lot.It wouldnt be too hard for the city to do just a bit more. Something that shows the building, gives a little history, its been done in other cities, why not here?My quest will continue, as I trace the history of my Jewish ancestors in the United States.
