Went with my parents 3 days in a row. In and out in 10 min. No bonuses!!! My parents spent 400.00 a day and nothing I spent 50.00 a day nothing. We know its a slim chance to win big. We just want to enjoy and play, but they dont let you do that either. Its not fun anymore

Used to play bingo with my grandma have great memories of the Oneida casino I like their new machines lots of graphics and new 3D fun for play. Great food love the Thai food bar.

Lost my money but its a casino... I did like the way it is set up for social distancing. The partitions are nice so you have a better selection of games without every other one being unavailable.

Slots seem very tight was here mid week Tuesday and Wednesday. It didnt seem like anybody was really winning. Also went to bingo while in town the evening session seems very long. The chairs hurt the back after sitting a while. The morning session is a better length of time to sit without becoming too uncomfortable. The staff were nice enough

Pros! - its nice a pack will let you play most of the games all night and there are plastic dividers you can get free drinks and the workers are very nice and even will help you understand the game. Each game is a minimal of $300 dollar pay outs so these reviews of only getting $50 no idea how.2. Cons- The caller sometimes goes way to fast so if you wanna make sure you win or lose get a computer that is free for everyone. Sometimes the same person or table wins twice and that shouldnt be able to happen. The packs Dont have a title of the name so you have to pay attention.-Slots-1. Im here to play Bingo and the hall is very clean, safe and secure. There is hand sanitizer everywhere, security is constantly for mask placement and your temperature is checked upon entrance.

Its non smoking inside... there is roulette and card tables with dividers... once you leave... immediately a worker wiping down the spot... also, you push the service button and a worker can wipe down the slot machine

We went only cause we had promo money. It was supposed to be a quick stop but my Mother ended up coming in to use the restroom without notifying me or my husband. When I asked the front door attendant who takes everyones temp as you come in she said she hadnt come in. Cut to I found my mom in the bathroom safe and sound but then even as we walked out the attendant was gone again and people were just walking on in. Nice security measures.

I went to play Bingo which I felt was fairly safe because they have tables dividing with plastic Shields dividing the chairs. they take your temperature when you go in. Id like to tell you it was crazy cuz I won but I didnt. Would go back though.

You can tell they are upgrading the rooms. Two queen beds with one night stand to share. Not even one comfortable chair in the room. No drawers to put your personal items. Bed is so high I could have used a stool and considering senior citizens appear to be there best customers it would have been nice if they had a focus group.Doesnt work for me. I will stay at the wingate across the road next time.

Didnt make it to the actual Casino, but played evening session BINGO! Doors open at 3 pm, game sheets/machines for sale, Early Birds @ 5 pm & Regular games @ 5:30-9:30ish. Changes to accommodate the Pandemic precautions: everyone--customers & staff--wear masks, sitting 4 to a table versus 6, plexiglass partitions were installed, so, in own individual space. No foods are sold, since Fry Bread Heaven is closed, some snacks are sold in Smoke Shop. Didnt win, but still had a good time just being out & for the car ride! Well go back for sure!

I like this casino I dont go as often now due to different hours so Im not in town during there open hours. But I completely understand needing to close to clean due to covid. And I like the plastic dividers in between machines.

We went while Im out of town for work. I dont mind losing money to a casino because thats how it goes. This place however takes it and theres no fun. Spent $600 between two slots and hit $30 once, twice for $10, and that was it. I like to win like most people but atleast make it fun when you lose. Was there maybe 45 minutes and was dumb enough to keep paying. Worst casino slots Ive seen and I travel all over.

I had a nice time but the slots were so mean to me. I love the fact that measures have been taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19 as plastic barriers are used to separate video gamers. Additionally, there is hand sanitizer in abundance and a sever distributing beverages rather than a Patton doing it themselves. Lastly, upon entry, you must have a mask, sanitize your hands and stand in front of an automated space contraption that will notify the attendee if your body temperature is appropriate before allowed entry .

Awesome experience. This was mine and my wifes first time at this casino. The odds were pretty even, the food was great, the staff was friendly, and the place was nice and clean. The best part of the experience was this one dealer at the roulette table, just very friendly. Definitely going to be coming back regularly. Also I got the membership card it was free and you get discounts.

It is always fun to go to the casino once in a great while when we have some extra money saved up but then it just goes in less than an hour. It is just loosing its appeal the older I get. I would rather go to a nice restaurant or go on an adventure that provides memories. I think as time goes on hopefully people will just save their money and move on.

They say you must wear a mask but they wont give you one or sell you one. They will sell you 10 of them so if youre looking to make their pockets flush on mask sales and give them your money then its the place to go. There are other casinos that will give you one if you go there. They care enough about you to provide you with protection rather than being greedy. So wrong. They have started giving masks now and not charging for them. About time.

I been playing slots here since I turned 21 years old, it seems to be hit or miss as far as winning goes, some nights it feels ya cant get a bonus game no matter how long or how much ya spend but then there nights when ya cant lose, they got lots of new updated games that are fun, it is frustrating though when they remove some games that have grown to become your favorites , there are 3 different locations for Oneida casino, one off mason street and the other 2 right next to each other by the Greenberg Airport , the airport one also has a hotel to stay at and table games, the one off mason street is all slot machines. This not the best casino in the world however it far far from the worst one either, the Mason street location is and always been my favorite casino to visit.

New normal bar closed at midnight and only food open is Chinese noodles come on gotta do better than that.

Yeesh, needed a night away with my husband since 2 weeks after we got married we all were quarantined was a nice experience at the radisson. I didnt expect to win buuuut losing $400 in 3 hours betting 60 cents a spin so it takes 3 hours to spend $400 betting 60 cents, hardly any bonuses on machines i play at other casinos and get bonuses atleast. I probably wont.be back but it was nice.to try something different

Im a truck driver so, I see lots of Casinos Nationwide.This one was nice. There were lots of machines and tables. The staff was friendly and helpful plus there were plenty of food options as well. My girlfriend co-driver Barb won a Grand jackpot of over 4 thousand dollars so she was super happy. Its not vegas. (Theres only one Vegas) we had a good time will definitely be back.

No such thing as people winning there and the self service for soda should be open. But they arent and then they charge you for getting soda because you have to go get it from someone.
