Extremely rude. Really amazing. No way Im going back. Pulled up for curbside following all instructions. The lady who brought out the items was just mean and nasty.

Melanie and I went by there today 11-17-19 looking for some photo transfer mod podge. We found it was $7.99 not bad but got what I needed also got a life is better with a pug fun magnet to . Well store was clean and well stocked up. Well thats the first time we have been there in years used to go all the time. Well heres a few pictures from today.

Every time I buy expensive felt tip pens from this store they only work for about 20 minutes if Im lucky. I am a long time customer. I also buy lots of picture frames and mats.Ive probably wasted close to $100 on the garbage felt tip art pens, and Im very much not happy about it. I feel that I should be reimbursed some how !!!

I was a little lost because I know almost nothing about fabric crafts but needed to fix up some Halloween costumes. I was helped by a super nice lady and was outta there with everything I needed quickly.

Its a beautiful store, but they didnt have the particular brand of yarn I needed. So I went to Hobby Lobby and they had it.

Awesome craft store, you won’t leave empty handed.

I get my resin and other supplies here. They are a bit pricier than Hobby Lobby, but sometimes carry what the other stores dont have. The employees are always helpful. I usually dont go here without a coupon, because of the prices. Luckily there is always a sale going on.

Found what I was looking for. Store was well stocked. Staff was pleasant & helpful.

I was looking for a specific item, which I checked their website. It was in stock. So I drove to Michaels to get it, as I didnt want to wait for it. Well, they didnt have it and I was told they didnt carry it any longer. So frustrating. All of the workers were pleasant and tried to help.

Lots of good crafting items here but their yarn selection is small.

Ive always loved Michaels I wish we still had one in Sheboygan! I enjoyed the store immensely and most definitely go back its my favorite place to get lost in crafts and day dreamin great memories miss you in Sheboygan Michaels!!!

Order was ready within an hour of ordering online and curbside pickup was super quick. Customer service was very polite and friendly on the call and in person.

Everything was neat and in place and easy to find. The sales associates were very pleasant.

I had to make two trips to Michaels, my first trip the cashier Laura was so lovely. The second trip the manager Deb was a huge help to me and everyone that approached and the supervisor in the framing section proved to be amazing, 34 years of experience shows my friend. I cant speak for all Michaels, but this store is top notch! Thanks again crew!

I love the wide variety of crafts to choose from, everything seems to be quality and worth the money. Very helpful staff and the store is clean and well kept. Their Halloween/fall decor is my favorite from anywhere. I could live here

Workers here are amazing and always on top of their game. The yarn aisles could use an extra inch or two for breathing room in between customers. But for their sales I dont mind rubbing an elbow or two.

They have almost anything youd need. Although I do wish art supplies were a little cheaper but really that cant be helped. I make these with the stuff I get there!

Usually we love Michaels and my kids save their money to go once a month. I decided to book my six year olds golden birthday there and two days before got a call from the manager asking to cancel the party because the weather was supposed to be bad. I was forced to call out of town guests to cancel and had to break it to a six year old that her party was going to be postponed because of weather that may or may not hit at a storm located on a main road. When I called to confirm, an associate had the nerve to ask if I was going to bring more kids when I rescheduled. I think not. Talk about a disappointment all around

Love this place for getting craft stuff I need

Had canvases on sale but when I got ti thre store, they had a huge display of canvases not on sale right as you walk in, made me think sign blew down at door. Stand in line for 10 min to find out its now one of three multiple advertised. Ran to get thre one on sale and needed to stand in line for another 8 minutes because the store didnt have enough staff working.

Always a fun shopping experience.

I remembered why I dont go to Michaels very often...they are expensive. But their selection is great. Joanns is fabrics and crafts and is half fabric. Michaels is all arts and crafts.If you are getting something on sale or using the weekly coupon its affordable, but most regular priced items are more expensive than other stores or online.

Very dangerous place to go if your plan is to buy only one item. Good luck with that. The basket you didnt need, will be full and your pockets empty.

Great selection of DIY products (crafts) Never, Never buy anything full price. There is always a coupon on their website to take advantage of. Best selection of Cricut products avail and very knowledgeable staff.

Frustrated, I have been to the store 3 times for an item and they are out of stock. This means I can not use my 50 or 60 percent coupon before it expires! When I ask when it will be available, they say they dont know. I ask if they can put it on the order list and they say they cant do that...I ask if I can have a rain check to honor my coupon and they also tell me no.I should Not have to order it online and pay for shipping when it is an item they claim they sell in the store. They will lose customers if they can not keep supplies stocked in store or honor the coupons when there are other craft stores in town. Some of the staff are awesome and some are rude and have no idea what they are doing or even care if they satisfy their customers!

Its ok, not a lot of sales and a little pricey for me. I did buy my cricut mat from them..

I am usually able to find what I need here as far art supplies. Most things are reasonable in price, but some are.

Michaels has a great crafting program for kids and adults, fun environment, but I always find myself spending too much here. I love to craft. Lol

As expected, this store carried everything we needed. It is large, clean, and parking is plenty. The location is easy to find also. When we asked for assistance finding some stuff we needed, the staff was also very friendly, quick and also knowledgeable. Great shopping experience with many discounts!

Its a smaller craft store but nice. They make decisions for your home so you dont have to or you can make your own. They have framing there. I like to see if they had pictures to chose from to make your own.

Great store every you need a crafting and more

They have nice things. This store is like they have medium size areas of different things. Not to much not to little. They make decisions of flowers for your table,wedding, doors or anything.

Good selection. I had a minor issue finding a product and let them know on my survey, manager called me the next day and said a coupon was waiting for me at the register for the next time I came in! Great to se a big company still cares about customers.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Im a planner girl and theres been several times Ive gone that theyve been out of the item I went for - even if the web shows they have it... from what Ive been told planner items are high theft.

This store is my weakness. The only thing I dont like about it is they never have coupons that are good with Cricket stuff and Cricut materials are rarely on sale. Other than that I could spend days and days and hundreds and hundreds of dollars in the store

I have learned that Michaels and Joanne Fabric take their competitors coupons. So hitting the right sales and coupons makes these places extremely affordable. Staff was friendly and willing to answer all of my questions about products. Great service today.

Lots of craft items, but wish they would carry higher quality yarns, not so much acrylic that pills after 3 washing.

This is a great place to find any sort of craft supplies! I cross stitch and its nice to have a quick place to go to when I need to pick up embroidery floss. Ive never gone there and left without buying something!
