Drove hour out of my way twice now, to find this fish store and worth the trip....huge selection of salt and freshwater fish accommodated with a friendly staff thats second to none. I didnt feel like a customer, I felt like a friend helping me pick out the perfect fish for my tank

I really enjoyed our experience there, just starting up a new salt water tank and they were very very helpful. Had a little mishap in the beginning but they were right there when we needed them and now our fish tank and our fish is doing awesome!

Very knowledgeable, go out of their way to help you and answer questions. And their inventory of fish is outstanding!!

Very quaint place very helpful and freindly staff they took the time to answer all of our questions and explain things we are in the process of setting up a new start salt water aquarium and had alot of questions and he was more then happy to answer all of them and give suggestions definitely reccomend plus the prices are very reasonable

Have bought several hundred dollars worth of fish from here. Both marine and fresh water. Have never had any issues with fish at all. All fish look extremely well cared for and healthy. Owners ALWAYS take the time to entertain our questions and answer honestly. I drive over an hour to come here as I love the family friendly atmosphere and choice of fish. Would highly recommend!

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely horrible service, I bought 83 dollars worth of fish yesterday and we went out of town overnight. Came back this morning and three were dead. Took the fish back with the receipt and the guy said he wouldnt reimburse us at all and would do a free water sample to check our water. I told him our water would be bad sense the dead fish were sitting in there all night sense we were gone, he said too bad basically to us.... what an awful thing to say when you are trying to build up a small business. As someone who works in a small business, I can say I was very disappointed in them. I have other fish in my tank that have been in there for over a year and are perfectly fine.... so what does that say about there fish? Throughout the day the rest of the fish we purchased from them have all died, we bought a total of 9 fish. I would not recommend them or their service.

I Went there new to the hobby. My mans, the owner got me right! He set me up with the perfect equipment for a my initial start up. No one else in GB is doing it like him!

Chad and Kristy are wonderful to work with. They have sincere interests in their customers tanks and have teacher hearts in that they like to learn and help customers learn, too. Dont see what you want? Sharps will order it for you. Looking for a standard to match in terms of cleanliness? They set it. Even though their hours are limited to weekends, I rated them a five because theyre really good people providing a very needed service in the Green Bay area, and I appreciate them very much. Sharps is great.

I visited Sharps Aquatic this afternoon. Since I live out of town, I couldnt really buy any fish and didnt need any supplies. In spite of the fact that I wasnt going to buy anything, Chad was very gracious in talking to me. He went so far as to answer my questions about cycling my aquarium and recommending specific species of fish. He even gave me his card and offered to take any questions I might have have in the future. The customer service provided was attentive and courteous without being overbearing. All of the fish and invertebrates appeared to be very well cared for. Were I a local, I would certainly purchase my fish from Sharps Aquatic.

Great place and super nice owners. Amazing saltwater set ups and fish and really good selection of fresh water fish. Owner is willing to answer any of your questions and is patient. Great prices on fish. Dont forget to say hello to the pet bearded dragon when you walk in the door.
