They were so nice, even handed out masks to guests who werent wearing any. Very good pizza and time. We are glad there is a Chuck E. Cheese nearby as ours closed in Fort Collins. We will be back soon! Thank you to team for giving such a welcoming, safe experience. My son had fun and so did I. Love that pizza.

Never would have thought of Chuck E. Cheese as a take out option, but since they are close by we decided to give it a chance. It was a nice surprise. Food was decent, and at 4 for $20 meal option, it was worth it. I would recommend giving them a try. Good job Chuck E. Cheese!

I work here and I’m a party hostess, I love seeing everyone come back and playing games, I am truly passionate about working here. not gonna lie the food isn’t that bad either, I always hook guests up and love seeing them happy, especially right now that’s what so many people need. Happiness is contagious and spreading happiness is the only thing that should be spread while visiting this amazing place. So if you book a party with us, you definitely won’t regret requesting franki as your party hostess! I will ensure you’re satisfied and that your fun needs are fulfilled! The only thing is that I miss Chuck e coming out and saying hi to all of the kiddos:( but he will hopefully be back soon!

Went with my brother to pick up a pizza and wings. The food was alright for the cheap price. Large pizza did feel small, but will head back in the future. Really cant beat its prices currently

Well, we were gonna go there till we read their site. Guess were taking our birthday party elsewhere. Doesnt surprise me theyre more worried about a politically hyped virus over keeping their doors open.

This place is great and super people that work there. Gilbert is a great Manager. People of greeley need to go and support this place during these hard times. Make a call and order some pizza and wings. Im sure they will appreciate your bussiness .

An affordable way to entertain children. Most all the attractions were in working order. The kids enjoyed the live show, too.

Went for my nephews 2nd birthday. Had lots of fun with him and my family. The staff was awesome! And the food was great! Even though one of my pizzas was wrong, the manager politely brought the right one on top of what I was given. Fun and friendly!

On May 13, 2015, we went to a near by 3 star resturant, and found 3 hairs in my sister food. We were very upset, especially because it was not a cheap resturant. We talked to management and went across the highway to Chuck E Cheese. I explained what happened, and how hungry we were, and Dee Dee couldnt have been nicer. We ordered pizza to go, since we were staying at a near by hotel, and were stressed from what had happened. She put a rush on our order, and we had our food (which was excellent) in 10 minutes. Thank you Dee Dee!

We most recently visited here in July 2019.My 7 year old son loved it and although it is smaller than the Fort Collins location it was nice and the staff friendly.It was nicer and cleaner than I remember it from years ago and they have made improvements.This is a fun place for kids and a great place to have a birthday party.

Seems the pizza and food prices have gone way up. Not alot of options for smaller game prizes but options of junk candy not good NEED MORE STAFF i saw 1 teenage looking guy running around more than anyone altho he was really nice to fix the machines when they werent working well or out of tickets

Always a fun place for the kids too play. Still thing that you pay way too much for the kids to get so little.

We had our sons 7th birthday party here and it was fun for the whole family. The place is small enough that we could let our 2 and 3 year olds run around without having to constantly be watching them. The prices are so affordable that my son, my husband, and I played for 2 hours and $50. The staff there was extremely nice, helpful, and polite.

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was everything she could have hoped for. Max was outstanding!! All the games worked and the second one didnt a staff member was on in within minutes. Everything felt clean and organized, they didn’t make us feel rushed, and all the kids had a blast.

Kids love it. I like it, good salad bar and pizza. Staff is nice. Location is smaller but is nice. Gets a little overwhelming when crowded.

Kids enjoy it. They have recently replaced many of the games with newer modern type games but they pay out minimal amounts of tickets and their prizes are meh at best. You can now buy your prize if you dont have enough tickets, 1 ticket = 1 penny takes the fun out of it if you ask me. But the kids really like it and its a good way to kill time. Pizza was ok, but salad bar was gone when we were there on a Tuesday so that was disaapointing.

We took my daughter for the All You can Play deal. I was countiing tickets and I noticed the machine had stopped counting them but was still taking them! I told someome at the front. She said she overheard me talking to my husband and would get some help. They had someone come out and stated that person would take care of it. I assumed that she was going to somehow rectify the situation. We walked over to the machine, she opened it and blew on a piece ans closed it. She then turns and says There you go! and walked away.There was not even an apology for the inconvenience and no attempt to make things right. We left feeling pretty frustrated.

They let us do a baby shower here. It was fun and great staff

Was much cleaner and better food than anticipated. People at front counter suggested getting online coupon for pizza and play cards, which did help on cost. Was refreshing to see employee name badges include preferred pronouns!

Chucky cheese has really changed sense I was a kid. My kids had fun but all those games are rip offs. How are we supposed to win the toys that are 700+ tickets when all the games give you like 2-6 tickets. I did 3 stars because my kids had fun but other than that I would list as 2 stars

The card for a certain length of time is perfect for us- the boys keep playing as fast as they can and end up with lots of tickets!! The pizza was pretty good too!

Good food & always fun for the kids. If you get startled by the man in the giant rat costume, then you know your having a good time

I was there for a birthday party,and I will say that the games looked really fun but we didn’t get to cash in our tickets. There was a broken ticket machine and it would have been an hour wait (if we had stayed).So we went back right when it opened the next day (to cash in our tickets).Overall good experience, but wouldn’t count on cashing in tickets the same day.

This has been a go too of sorts for minimal family fun for several years. Havent been here for several years due to the prices and gross pizza. First visit back was for my goddaughters 4th B-day. Greatly improved pizza, love the block time for games, game selection still very poor, not enough space for several parties to have fun and not enough games either. Prices still very high for the value.

Chuck e cheese is far different than when I was a kid.

Took my grand daughters today the lady at front counter was so rude I almost left. I asked a few questions about how the cards worked for the games and she said to read the menu. I had to explain to her I know what I wanted to eat I just wanted to know how the game card worked. Will probably not return

Went there for my five year olds birthday forgot her birthday pictures on the table called and asked if they might of seen them maybe put them aside the lady who answered said she didnt see them from where she was standing I asked for a manager and she put the phone down I could here her on the phone talking about how she didnt know what to do and that she wanted help making me go away very unprofessional and rude I spent hundreds of dollars there least I could of got was some consideration not ever going there again

Had a really good time. My son took advantage of the Wednesday play pass special, he enjoyed playing for an hour at a great price. The lunch pizza buffet was hot and fresh

The staff was friendly but the games were out of tickets, just dont go when its packed lol they were pretty on top of it though.

The only reason I come is because my 3 year old likes it. The employees never have their act together. You have to walk around looking for them for 20 min because they all hide in the back not wanting to do their job. Prices have went up twice in the past year. Shotty place for the price and service.

Took a VERY long time for someone to come over to the register and let us get cards for a kids to play. We waited probably 15 to 20 minutes while a girl was at the salad bar looking at us. Also the manager is underage so they were not able to sell us alcohol beverages.

They do a great job of coursing parties, doing lots of the work and timing for you. Compared to other local venues, its a good deal to buy the birthday package.

Great good, great salad bar, fountain drink bar was gross and needed cleaned but we had a great time with family and food was good!

The management was disgustingly rude, and the staff couldnt be bothered to help us, Ive been going here for my siblings birthdays for at least 5 years, and the new management is not good, every birthday, we always sit in the back party area and buy pizza, soda and games, but recently we have been going, and they will not let us sit back there, even though there are 5 tables open, and the games are outrageously expensive now, as well as the food. Not to mention the very poor quality of the food, if the food is going to less than pleasing, it should be priced accordingly. It was $60 for games and 2 frozen pizzas that came out still cold. If you are looking for a place similar, with games and food, I recommend the Summit, and avoid the headache.

My kids love coming here, but I’m afraid we will have to find another location. The service is absolutely terrible. Each and every time, we are greeted and stamped, then make our way to the counter to purchase our game cards and pizza. I’m not exaggerating, every time the counter is empty. There is nobody there to take our order and purchase our cards. This past time was worse, because the “manager” argued with us about why there was no employees at the counter. And I quote, “I was in the bathroom and didn’t know my check out girl took her break.” It is unexceptable to wait 10 minutes in an empty chuck e cheese, after we were just greeted and stamped by another employee that walked away. The “manager” said, “whatever”. We’re not coming back.

Had lots of fun

Pizza was fresh. Staff was friendly. However the great grand girls were greatly disappointed because, even though it was advertised on line and inside, Chuck E Cheese never came out on the half hour.

This has to be tge greatest pizza place for children; toddler to young at heart!! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and bright, cheery atmosphere. Lots of games- arcade style, to play. And the menu includes healthy alternatives, adult beverages, and the have a salad bar. Duluth, MN doesnt have a Chucky E Cheese anymore, not since 1989 I believe- located in the Miller Hill Mall..., my daughter was 2yrs old the last time I brought her there and cried mercifully when they closed. Chucky E Cheese would be welcomed back

They have good food but the drawings on the wall make me very uncomftorable. You would know once you see it. Otherwise they have great games and other prizes.

My 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son love coming to Chuck E Cheeses. Greeley location has never been busy when we come and always really clean. Plenty of parking and lots of games to play.

The manager was great at addressing my concerns and one male employee seemed to be knowledgable on the games that were malfunctioning and had great customer service. Spent 14 bucks and had a great inexpensive time with my kid.

Theres nothing to complain about. The food was good, my children had a fun time playing. The workers kept the place clean. It was good experience, well go again.
