The manager Lisa is clueless how did she get this job wont answer questions or give me the owners phone number to contact. She said Google it she is incompatible of doing her job someone please have the owners list their names and numbers cant complain to anyone she keeps hanging up on me very rude she has been double charging my 88 year old dad i think Im calling the cops i need a response from the owners or i will contact the news media about taking advantage of our seniors this is not going to reflect well on your establishment

Management appears nice, we just wonder why so many people dont like living there, little bit of a red flag.Over 80% of mobile homes never go anywhere, due to contractual clauses, so youd best be ready to either live here forever if you buy, or abandon the place and lose it by default when you move, only to be sold again by the parks owners.Watch a 20 minute hilarious segment on Last Week with John Oliver: Mobile Homes first. We are burning !! very hot and there is no water outside we go for three days without water You live quiet the only thing that I do not like is not anything even though from the office they have told me that they are fixing, but the weekend is coming and the heat is not enough I hope they fix it soon

The streets are always filled with cars and dogs running around but have seen worse places in greeley.

If you value your freedom - dont come here. If you have older or handicapped people who might want to visit - dont live here!Management has implemented a policy that does not allow people to park on the street.People who live here are being ticketed and towed or threatened.

Not to bad,but lot rent is to much

3 children and a pregnant mom have been without water because of the negligence of the park. Its been three days and counting with no response from management.They frequently have issues with the water and fail to resolve them.But if youre a minute slow to cut your grass - although this year it a burned up because they failed to turn on the water - theyre Johnny - on -the -Spot to fine you or threaten you with an eviction notice.Seriously sad treatment of tenants.

It’s a nice stater place to live

Very unpleasant, with no help against rule breakers or criminals. Cars broken into, windows broken, children running a muck with zero supervision, those same kids stealing toys out of yards, or playing filthy vulgar rap music blaring loud, dogs running into everyones yards spread their diseases to your pets, teens doing drugs on the play equipment at night, cars parking on the street making it a dangerous mess just to drive through at night, management saying if it doesnt bother her it is fine and it should just be ignored. A maintenance man who speaks such little English you can not communicate the problem to him. New management has turned this place into a free for all unless your grass gets long then watch out the fines will fly....lol. The tenants get no help just threats. The management goes to a lot of trouble to try and make it look good to passerbys but that is like putting a nice coat of paint on a pile of poop...lol. Now they are taking away kids play equipment from their own yards forcing them to play inside or on the park equipment that the druggies use every night. The maintenance man even breaks park rules by living in the park but lying and saying he doesnt...lol Pretty bad when even employees break the park rules. This park does NOT care about the people that live here at all just the all mighty buck. DO NOT move here if you like freedom! The response to this comment is also a JOKE.. ya call the office and tell them so they can do nothing because they are part of the problem and they will just retaliate and make the resident more miserable...lolPs I am resident but why would I want to put my information in this review.... So who ever is managing at the time can retaliate ?... I think not!

I Do not recommend this place for anyone at all. At first it was a nice place to live management abided by the contract you signed. Joyce, our first manager at the time was awesome then she and left and all went down drain. We were able to park for free in the storage and use the dumpster had access to the storage. Now we have a brown noser that does whatever she wants and constantly threatening to evict people. And rent constantly is going up, mail boxes constantly braking in when it snows streets dont get cleaned up like they should never in the office when you need them so, yeah look somewhere else to move in better. Today is 1-8-2019 and just happened to read last year response no its a big lie dumpster was closed and we were not allowed to dump anything in it and my light outside lamp is still broken because Josie the manager told the maintenance man not to fix it and it seems that she picks and chooses . There are some houses here that has so much stuff in front and nothing is said to them and others get threatened warnings andillI come and check your property to see how you are leaving to me that is called harassment hostile environment if wanting publicity we can give you publicity . I recommend cease and deceased and no retaliation be taken for practicing our constitution freedom of speech .

Not worth your money! Theres a very high turnover rate in office management and maintenance staff and two years of no well water to water ones grass and flowers. Most of the time no one is in the office. Yet they continue to raise the lot rent every year.
