Definitely coming back here, but they need to fix the showers they rip you off on the quarters... this place is beautiful though so its worth the camping trip. And I dont like how theres no clear walk way for anyone to enter the swimming area to the lake, theres too many people settling down right in front of the beach that you cant even walk up to the water without being rude and pushing through people. Other than that I really enjoyed my time here with my family.

The lake is beautiful, and the view is amazing. My only problem is with the older lady at the booth. For some reason I feel like shes always gives me a hard time. Besides that everything was a nice experience

This trip had too maybe rude loud people on the boat dock below our site that were rude and drunk. Too many boaters. Drunk people everywhere . Broken glass and beer bottles in the swimming area!!!! Very scary d ou wn below by water after dark. Dont recommend for families with small children. It was like locals were doing all the problems. Bad experience!!!!!!!

Its our annual na coed campout.

Camp spot was secluded and near ramp. Nice bouyed area for small children and big :). Big grassy area with sand volleyball pit WITH poles, when first driving in. Great family and camping place. 40 people perfectly accommodated. Saturday not very many people, was wonderful. THANK YOU for the AWESOME experience. I will DEFINITELY be back soon.

This is a great spot to camp. Theres a grassy area with a sand volleyball court and horse shoes and a nice lake, with a designated swimming area near the boat launch. We crossed out of the swimming area and swam to the anchored dock on the other side. It was a little tough to get on top of, but fun to jump off. You can have a great time here whether youre in a boat, on a jet ski or swimming. The grounds are nice as well, with bathrooms and showers to clean up after a fun day. Bring your RV or pitch a tent. Either way youll enjoy this place.

We launch our kayaks from here quite often.

Great place to visit to have a great time with the whole family I was just disappointed that its been over a year that we went there and came back this year and they did not fix a shower that was broken last year and the shower next to it the door doesnt even lock and its been over a year and I dont think its that much to get fix it and by those not being able to use it makes the line longer because you cant use the two showers at the time. Hoping to go back next year and hoping that we can find those showers fixed by then.

There is no one to enforce any of the rules. There are no rangers like a state park nor any camp ground hosts. This means at 3 am when groups are yelling and partying and watching movies on sound systems they brought your only recourse is to call the county sheriff. Its a well known fact among locals so it draws those looking for a place with no rules.

Great amazing family campsite close to the water boat launch store close to town one of the best camping grounds Ive ever been to

It was nice camping in the rain as there were virtually no bugs. We went at the end of March and had the place to ourselves. My only complaint was that the bathrooms near our camp were locked so we had to walk (drive) to the next one. Beaitiful place.

Roads are very narrow. Tree limbs will hit roof of RV. Watch out for trees on sharp turns.They are up dating electrical. 50 dollars a night plus 10.00 registration fee and 5.00 per dog per night. Should not charge regitration or dog fees. If you need their showers bring quarters. Staff was real friendly.

Shady & reminiscent of Lake Shasta, to me. Sites are spacious and not too close to neighbors...I will be going back!

Very clean camp ground. Clean restrooms and showers. Its been years since Ive camped here. NID is now running 3 of the 4 camp grounds in the lake.
