The museum is located in the North Star Power House. Built shortly after 1900 to supply power to the mine. Designed and built by Arthur Foot. Power was generated from high pressure pelton water wheels. Lots of old pictures and well setup displays. Enjoy a picnic beside the stream that runs by the museum. For a small fee one can start the cornish pump that is driven by a small pelton wheel.
