The place was awesome. We saw The Evil Dead musical there and it is by far one of the best shows I have seen. Its a small theater but it allows you to really engage with the show. I would highly recommend seeing a show here

We have seen several musicals here, and we are always astounded at the quality of the performances and the production. But seeing a drama here for the first time, we were just blown away. The actors truly brought out the relevance and forcefulness of Arthur Millers play, The Crucible. Go see it!

Excellent performing arts center. The performers are amazing and the stage craft is very detailed. They work very hard to please the audience!!

Saw Chicago and really enjoyed it! The 2 female (Velma & Roxy) leads were fantastic and the costumes looked really good. Also Mama & Mary Sunshine were so good.

Oh how we love OhLook! Let me count the ways... #1- The teachers are amazing! The OhLook kids come out of the program ready to conquer the world! #2- Summer camps! So many options... so many themes! #3- The talent of the student actors! Located in a strip mall and often with minimal sets, the actors always capture the audience and transport them into the story. #4- OhLook knows how to have fun! The late night shows are incredible! The perfect date night or mom’s night out! #5- OhLook is one big happy family! Everyone is loved and supported. Young kids are mentored by the high school kids and the high school kids are supported by the college kids and OhLook alum. Come see a show, take a class or join the family! You won’t regret it!

My daughter loved the camp she took here when she was 5, and often asks when she can go back to “the good theater” to take another! I love that it’s a totally warm and welcoming environment, empowering to students of all ages. If our schedule were less complicated we’d be spending all our free time here but as it is, we enjoy attending whatever shows we can. They’re always creatively produced, bursting with passion and with strong, surprising talent.

Saw Chicago the musical. What a great production. Loved the theatre. Bonus, great snack bar.

Saw Ella Enchanted. Pros? The talent of the cast was really good — especially the girl playing Ella, and the two girls playing the stepsisters. Cons? The recorded music was WAY too loud for the unmicrophoned actors. Very hard to hear the dialogue let alone the words to the songs they were singing. Why no headset mikes? Also, the friends/family/theater staff (?) in the very small audience continually whispered, laughed and cackled very loudly drowning out subsequent lines and causing the actors to laugh themselves at times. Also didn’t start on time. Didn’t have any idea until arrival that it is an incredibly small theater in a strip mall.Would love to see the talented kids perform in a little more professional environment as they were quite good and really have potential.

Such an amazing place!! The crew is like family, and its a great intimate theater to feel like youre in the show. Always have an insanely talented band who play all the music, and lighting is impeccable! You must go see a show here sometime!

Nice facility, I have enjoyed several shows in their performance space.The latest show I saw was Tucson a hardscrabble Western prairie romance, a story told in song and verse. Very good show.

Just so you know, f you participate in this theater you will walk away with a family! The love that pours out of this place for EVERYONE is addicting. I have been involved with Ohlook since I was 16, now I am 30 and I still can’t wait to be in my next show... I have a 2yr old daughter, I am just counting down the days till she is old enough to experience the true magic of this little theater.

I honestly cant say enough good things about this place, its truly a gem to the community and surrounding areas. Along with shows for children and HILARIOUS night shows for adults, it has an amazing childrens summer drama camp program that my kids have adored. If youve never been, check it out! Totally worth it!

A great place to catch a show for anyone ages 6-600. They have kid theatre camps and classes and late night shows! Something for everyone!

This community theater is a hidden gem! If you want to participate in theater, or just want some great shows to see.... Ohlook has it all! Some seriously talented people work and perform here, and I am never disappointed.

Rocky horror picture show is my favorite late night performance. I could watch it over and over. The staff is wonderful and they work very hard.

I really can’t begin to explain how much i love this theatre! doing shows with them this summer was the greatest thing ever, and the environment is so alive with creativity and positivity and acceptance!

Intimate well sized for childrens performances. Recorded music way too loud! Kids and lyrics drowned out much of the show.

I love OhLook as an adult who does musicals, and I love it as a mom who needs a safe, fun place for my kiddos to be dramatic! I’ve never had a bad experience here!

Cant say enough about this Childrens theater! We tried a few classes with other local studios and Ohlook is the most professional, convenient, and affordable theater around! This is the place to go if your kiddos (any age) want to try out Acting, dance and/or Musical Theater! Top notch instructors, amazing opportunities with wonderful and meaningful shows! Gives every child an opportunity to explore the stage! What gives it that final star out of 5--- this is a true Community Theater as well!!!! Its Mainstage and Late night shows spotlight DFW Talent at its very best- you wont be disappointed!!!! Check them out!!!

OhLook is hands down the best lil theater in the metroplex! Jill Lord has a vision for each and every child/adult who walks through OhLooks doors. Everyone is loved and cherished.. from the cast, tech, musicians, even the parents. I highly commend this theater for its creativity and originality. Go see a show - it will be well worth your time!

Its a quaint little theater, the staff was very welcoming. We watch Hamlet by Poor Yorick Productions, it was pretty amazing!
