I think you should let people fish there again. And make it public. And try it out because this is my favorite place to fish even tho Ive been there once and got kicked out. Its a really amazing place to fish and very beautiful.
Very peaceful, quiet place. My folks moved there to be closer to Moms Dr. Dad called the beautiful gazebo & ponds across from them his park. My kid brother even got married there. County took half the back yard to enlarge the road behind. It sold for half the value due to the underground plumbing needed replacing per the park. (?) My Dad very much enjoyed his end days there.
The pond they call a lake is pretty gross a lot of the time. The space rent is totally unreasonable at over $600 a month. I notice more homes for sale and I suspect its that the seniors on fixed income cannot afford to live there anymore. On a positive note, the park is on well water which is healthier than city water.
Very peaceful, and quite
A very quiet and pleasant place to live. I do some gardening work there and everyone is so kind.
Visiting with friends. The Lakes are coved in Algae Bloom, the smell and the detrimental effect to people, plants and wildlife (fish and fowl) is completely unnecessary and unhealthy. Water samples are being submitted to Watermaster. The owners/managers should be liable for any damages to health and quality of life. You would think with what they charge each homeowner (currently over $600 per month) they would be more respectful of the property.
Beautiful place, has a little pond also
