Good coffee, I had the ham and eggs excellent, the toast was burnt, so it free. Try the $2 breakfast special 4 eggs and toast with coffee served until 9am.

Had a good time, it was a bit cooler than normal, but we had everything we needed. Thank you

The place is a dump. The managers play favorites and they are constantly calling the cops. There are better parks out there. Also, their space rent is outta this world.

Very cute area. I swung by here to hangout at a friends place. All the homes were cute and cozy and roomy inside. They even had guest parking. Navigating the streets within the area can get a bit confusing.

Clean, quiet and staff is helpful.

Pro tips: Dont park anywhere labeled Fire lane your car wont be there when you get back.Dont park your project car in your driveway, they will (illegally) tow it.Dont park any vehicle with bad tags on the premises (even in your driveway), it will get towed.Dont park in guest parking if you live here, you WILL get towed.

Did not really get to look around that much so I really dont have a good opinion one way or the other

Place is strict but the results are evident, well kept and management is reasonable and nice. Perks for being a resident are cool with access to the req center and pool to name a few.

Beautiful Pool. Great neighbors & management. Im in the process of buying my second home in the same park. Great town. I love it here!

We were supposed to get a gym, it was cancelled because the company took the funds and put it somewhere else the jacuzzi is only open and available 3 months out of the year because its connected to the pool thats on the open 3 months out of the year just really sad
