Went to a NYE party in The Atrium and got to see the historical beauty of this building. Decades old brickwork combined with a modern glass ceiling made for a wonderful setting at the 20s themed event, but I could see it used for so many other event themes as well.

It is a great historic downtown building with fine dining, fine shopping, and elegant office space for the high end professional.

Had our work Christmas party here. It was very nice.

Very easy to locate and the office staff will always be happy to help you with the directions you need to find the proper office you are supposed to be visiting.

Clean, well maintained building. Once inside, the directory is clearly visible in the lobby, however the main entrance is not clearly labeled and is not easily located.
