We were extremely disappointed with the services that CEP provided.We signed an agreement with CEP for 3 programs for the year at our University. By the third program, we had resolved to never partner with CEP again.Our first event, Bongo Ball, went smoothly with no issues. For our next event, however, we booked the Ultimate Blowout Show and we were severely disappointed. The Ultimate Blowout show was supposed to be “Bling Nation/ American Pop Star/ Xbox One Domination/ Headliners.” In reality, we only got Make Your Own Music Video (with props), and 6 screens to play video games. The ultimate package was nothing more than 2 novelties.I specifically called to request certain video games which the students asked for, and I was promised they would be there. When the students arrived to play the games, they were disappointed because all the video games were 2016 versions. My students were looking forward to the most recent versions, but when they realized they were outdated games they left!As per the website (STILL), we were supposed to get Dance Dance Revolution, which we advertised and promoted as part of our theme for the program. CEP should not advertise things that they cannot provide! When I asked the nice man who was with the company on site, he said that they never had DDR and he wasn’t sure why the website offers it.Next, our last program was supposed to be Future Cast. The contract had been in the works since August, and the program date was for April 2. When I called to confirm, they made me aware that they were having problems with the system and instead of getting 6 chairs, we could only get 4. Since they cut the product we were guaranteed, we requested a discount, which was NOT accommodated.Due to time constraint, we had to proceed with their services because we had once again promoted this even as a highlight of our program. The day of the program they never showed up. When I called to ask where they were, the women said she was away for the week and wasn’t sure what was going on.I had 300 people coming to a program, the company never showed up, and now the women said she was on vacation and nothing could be done. This was not an acceptable response!Next, someone higher up called and tried to find the contract. By this point, I missed their call because I was working to remedy the problem and save our program. When I did return their call, they did not answer and I did not get a further response. My director and I called 3 times the following week to try to get some answers and they never once returned our call.Anyone interested in booking with this company be aware! Their advertising is misleading, and I have no idea if they ever even intended to provide us with a third service. Our school doesn’t allow deposits, so we did not lose money on this last event, but our programming suffered as a result of CEP’s failure to communicate in an honest and timely manner. We will not be using their services for future programing, and we recommend you do not either.

Been working with company for over 15years from all level from there in house and working on the road. There nothing wrong with staff in house just happen to hire a few bad apples that dont have common sense when working out there on the road. Im happy to work with the new crews on the road, there are full train right and awesome out there.

I had the same experience as Amber. Hmm, what a coincidence. You cant build a good team member if you tell them that theyre doing a great job and then give bad reports behind their back. You fix things and grow as a company by working together, by communicating, not by shooting down potential with ignorance.

LOVED the job itself, fun meeting new people and traveling to schools across the states. Just not worth it when youre BOSS is DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL. (Not worth it)

As a former employee, our lead guy Drew stole some guys wallet as soon as we got out of town and Got arrested. The other guy and myself were labeled as accomplices. The crews carry drugs with them as well as get drunk evey night. We ran a zipline, and the safety of students was a huge concern of mine. This company chooses money over justice. I wouldnt recommend them to any college and I would personally see to it that all colleges are aware! Dont put your students at jeopardy!!Signed,A US Marine
