Would put 0 stars but thats not an option.Let me start by saying that I am a employee for the parks and rec department as of right now and I do not even feel comfortable sharing my identity because of the repercussions that may follow this review. The city of Grand Prairie is allowing a man with a hateful bias towards people of color to SUPERVISE in the parks department. There have been countless complaints made about this to HR and still nothing is done. From his build the wall bumper stickers to his mop head reference of a fellow staff member. I do not understand how a man in that position with the amount of power that is given to him is not being held responsible for his unprofessional actions.How can any employee of color be comfortable having to see this in their workplace every day and still have to answer to this man, go thru this man for promotions, and ultimately give this man respect. I will continue to post and let this be heard on all platforms until something is done
