Did the private theatre rental and it was amazing! Snack bar was open and customer service from everyone was great.

One of my favorite places to go to. Nice recliner seats, enough area to sit to relax and enjoy a movie. Good snacks to choose from. My son likes that there is a little arcade area. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff.11/1/19-Not so busy at 9:30. Even better that the theatre we were in was not so big and not noisy. Enjoyed the Family Addams Movie. Reclining seats were perfect!

So I decided to rent the theater for my daughters bday and it couldnt have gone better. Big shout out to Ceasar!!! He made buying everything at the concession stand run so smoothly for our group and made us feel less stress about it all!!! Thank you Ceasar and the whole staff yall were awesome!!!! We definitely will be back come December to rent the theater again!!

Older place, so some of the seats are pretty worn, but once the movie starts its all good!

First time coming to this movie theatre. It was very nice to get some excellent service. I had bought some popcorn that wasn’t refillable (i thought it was) and the gentleman refilled it for me. Apart from that, the actual theatre was very clean and neat, AND they have recliner seats! That was the best part.

Went to see New Mutants with family. Seats are divided into sets of 3. There was 3 of us and then 2 other people in the theater. Now would be a good time to go without the fear of having a child cry/scream during the movie.

Great seats! Id never been here before but the service was great. This was the only theater that would allow my 4 month old twins into the theater while I watched a movie at 11am that was an R rating. Its hard as a mom to get out with babies and this theater made it easy.

It was an awesome date for my wife and I. We watched Just Mercy and it is an awesome movie. The atmosphere was great and awesome food. We both had the chicken tenders and they were on point.

I definitely have to say they have improved their seating Im not sure if all the Seat in the movie theater have been upgraded but the fact that you can recline in relax and be comfortable on super soft comfortable chairs As if you were in your own living Room is worth any admission for me in a theater. Sound quality is definitely above par. If youre looking for one with a huge concession stand and big game Room? Im not sure if this is that the place for you, but if youre looking for theater with a great movie experience and sound quality and comfortable seating where you can lounge and relax. This is the place you want For your next movie experience.

Grand Prairie has two of the greatest theaters, and this is one of them. Nice comfortable seats. If you are going solo, the two end seats are wonderful! Lots of parking.

The theater experience was nice. A little cool, but okay. The bathroom was not a good experience. Several issues are going on in there. Might be a design problem.

I’m part of the Cinemark movie club and I always come to this location to cash in my free movie credits. It’s easy to pick up your movie tickets, order concessions, and sit and relax. Theater is always clean and the chairs are super comfortable.

Its an average movie theater nice comfy seats, but do not get the nachos. You just got a bag of salty tortilla chips and a little cup of cheese. If you go to the premiere across the street you can put your own cheese and beef from a dispenser so you can put the appropriate amount of sauce for your chips. But it this movie theater the nachos really suck, and the cup of cheese they give you isnt enough for all the chips and you dont even get any beef.

This was my first time coming to this theater and I really liked it I went on a Tuesday because they have specials its a $5 movies on Tuesdays. They have a beer and wine bar at the concession stand. Very nice this theater is really nice I like coming to it. The atmosphere very nice the staff was very friendly I love their margarita machine that they have there thats what I ordered Margarita to watch with my movie that was awesome.

They do a good job. They have the theaters clean before showing and seats are comfortable. This isnt the closest theater to my home, put by far the best of the 3 options available. So far no after movie altercations, lime Ive witnessed at the other 2 Cinemarks.

Go to this theater usually every month or every other month. Comfortable seats like love seats you can recline in. The space between rows are big so people are not crawling all over you or stepping on your feet. As far as cleanliness, they can do better sometimes they do not clean very well after the last movie...other peoples trash are still in the seats.

This is one of the cleanest, friendliest movie theaters I have been to in a long time.

Bought my tickets online. I did not choose to join their membership. There was a $1.70 service fee for getting the tickets online which would have been waived had I joined the membership. The seats in the theater reclined and were comfortable however, there was popcorn in between the leather cushions when I first sat down. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would return for another movie.

Today I went to my favorite theatre and came out a little disappointed due to poor customer service. I went to concessions and there was a line and all of sudden a tall Mexican employee, i think by the name Ryan just decided to leave and i stood in that line for almost 15 minutes. He was gone and didn’t say anything. Thank god someone from the other side of the register took my order, i believe her name was Emily and was so polite and apologized for the inconvenience she did my order quick and efficiently. Besides that inconvenience the movie was great and the theatre was overall clean. Hopefully I have a better experience because this is my favorite theatre

I specifically called ahead to see what time the concessions close. They said 30 mins after the last movie. I arrived tonight and they said their ovens were off. They need to make it clear not all items will be avail for sale since only some are avail. I come here really for their cinna bites (or whatever theyre called). If concessions close 30 mins prior then IMO all items should be available.

Cinemark makes you feel like you are at home. They have very comfortable and individual reclining seats. If I were not watching a movie, I would be taking a good nap after feasting on a big serving of hot-buttered popcorn. I was visiting my daughter in Cedar Hill, but I am going to search for the nearest cinema to me to visit and use it as my go-to-Cinema. I truly enjoy the comfort and ease much better than anything.

Had a problem with the recliners, I guess not a big deal but it should be fixed, in the 40s and 50s outside and the air conditioning was on indoors., whats up with that.?.Still enjoyed the movie.Will I go back maybe not will find another movie theater.

I havent been to a movie in a while and this theater has recliner seats like you have at home but better they recline with a push of a button and have a cup holder for large drinks and u can get a beer if you like.

Great place quiet and clean. Some movie theaters have given me motion sickness from the projector bouncing Ive never had this issue here. Recliners are always clean and working. The staff is simply amazing. We go here even there are two major theaters near our home because we always have a good experience. Also the blankets that you can buy now are super soft

Spacious leather recliners and reserved seating. Better arcade games than are typically found these days, and a decent snack menu including draft beer. Its no SMG but its a nice place to catch a film.

Theater was clean and had a great Spanish movie that wasnt available at all theaters

This theater do not have a family bathroom. My wife is in a wheelchair and I have to use a urinal. We have no place to go at this theater.

Great movie but seats were worn down, trash everywhere, and the commercials kept skipping in and out like a scratched dvd. I get it, it wasn’t the movie, but still you expect it all to be a smooth experience.

The theater itself is pretty standard I suppose, however what failed to make it great was the staff. In particular the kind of nonchalant attitude of the staff the day I attended a show. For example there was a partition leading to two employess behind two cash registers but for some reason they were just allowing people to stand in one line. Why didnt the employee wave people over into his line instead of just standing there with an empty line?

Love this place! A little pricy but you get what you pay for. Comfortable seats and you dont have to worry about being a little late you will always have a seat here.

This Cinemark has a very comfortable seating arrangement for everyone to enjoy while watching movies & eating precious food with your friends or family! This place is by far the best Cinemark that I have ever visited and Id definitely recommend others to come and visit soon!

I love this theater. Its not as big and fancy as the one down the road, but its got really good sized screens. They get respectable sized crowds, but they still feel like you can go without being swamped with people. Leather recliners, a good concession stand, and just a nice fun little place to spend an afternoon.

Id recommend paying the monthly membership fee if you go to the movies at least once a month. Its less than the cost of a regular ticket and they stack up, so even if you forget to use it, you have two the next month. Plus if you ever buy from the concession stand, it saves you 10% every time. The theater itself is kept nice and clean, the seats are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The ticket taker always smiles and chats a bit with each person, remembers people and doesnt hassle you about coming and going. Just a generally welcoming and warm place to go see a movie with family.

I’ve been coming to this movie theater for years and I’ve never been ID even with the purchase of R rated movies. my boyfriend lost his ID at a gas station, due to a manager accidentally throwing it away, I had my ID and had no issue using it to pay. I was told I couldn’t do as such. So we went to the car to get a card with his information on it. Typically I wouldn’t make a big fuss, but a gentleman in front of me did not get ID and he purchased tickets for himself and another person who wasn’t present. (The employee asked “the other person is an adult right?”) When I asked why he wasn’t carded all the employee could say was that he looks like he’s in his 30s. And the manager did nothing to really help except say they try to get onto them about carding people. I’m honestly so disappointed in my visit I don’t think I will be returning.

Will post more about the theatre when I go again. This theatre is pretty nice. You purchase your tix inside, which can create some cluster. Their kiosk was not working when we went. I bought tix through triple a, which are platinum super saver tix to save some money. However, getting them redeemed was a bit of a hassle....The theatre room is quite nice and spacious. The chairs recline, which is nice and make viewing very comfortable. Will go again soon.

I went to go see Tyler Perrys Acrimony when it first came out. very affordable and worth it. I only ordered popcorn and a drink but it was still good and fresh. The seats recline. I had a great experience and I will be going back!

Arguably the best theater seats within a 15-20mile area. Super big, comfy, reclinable, only downside is that youll see bugs flying overhead way too often here.

Watched Endgame in 3D. IT WAS perfect (reclining soft seats very comfy and probably for the 3D shows only but not sure). Only issues is 1 restroom location which is at the entrance before you show your ticket & snack prices slightly up there.

By far this Cinemark in Grand Prairie is one of my favorite theaters. It has very comfortable lounge chairs and its clean too. Which is very IMPORTANT to the wife and I. Go and enjoy sometime!!

Movie was great!Young man who worked the concession was very polite, good at upselling, etc.Chairs were very comfortable recliners!Food was decent.Restrooms were very nice and someone walked in to sweep while I was in there. Many customers had thrown paper on the floor.There was no one to check our tickets in the common area or actual theater. We could have walked in a movie without paying. That is a major safety/security problem.

The recliners are awesome for watching movies. The concessions are pretty high priced though.

Nice theatre. I really like the recliner seats. Theyre comfy. Good sound, big screens. Only issue is the prices. I hardly ever go here anymore. Ever since the new theatre opened, I guess I would rate this the second best theatre in Grand Prairie. Sounds bad, but true. Sorry-not-sorry.

I love the reclining seats. The theatre was clean for the most part. I enjoyed the movie.They did allow me to bring in my bottled water. I had a slight cough from a scratchy throat and allergies and took a unopened bottle of water and peppermint and cough drops so that I wouldnt disturb others. I was pleased with that.

Great theater. Seating is super comfy and always clean. Refreshments are expensive (what did you expect?) but there are water fountains available and the bathrooms are clean.

Very nice theater. Nice location. Safe area surrounded by many food options. I dont love the seating in that two seats are basically joined together as if made for a bunch of couples to see a movie. Nice recliners but if busy, and this place is always a madhouse, you are awkwardly paired with some stranger... And the other people best to you are sort of disconnected.Not sure about the food options as they were just too busy to stand in line forever. The chaos when this place gets busy is enough to take off one star for me. One of few theaters in the area that feels this cramped in the lobby... The small space and the way they gave the ticket line set up doesnt help this claustrophobia.

Other than some loud moviegoers who the staff would not stop i have never had a bad experience here. The seating here is also very nice. There isnt a single bad seat in the theater. It should also be noted that you can buy your ticket and reserve your seat online which is incredibly convenient. This theater is great for your average moviegoer and wonderful for planned events.

I love going to the movies .

First, Im an avid movie-goer and love the while experience, including the previews. Second, I usually go to the movies every Friday to catch the new releases before people start talking about them and I start hearing all about it. I like to make my own opinion so I go as soon as a movie is released. That being said, I strongly believe in movie etiquette. This is a clean theater and the seats are nice and comfortable. HOWEVER, there were several people in the theater who complained about two individuals who kept talking and their phones were continually going off. After two other patrons left the theater to get management, I finally left and approached a manager. They came in for 1 min then left. The talking continued. These were the most disrespectful inconsiderate people and management should have asked them to leave, or at the very least offered a refund for us. This was one of the worst movie going experiences for us and all because the management didnt correct an obvious problem and do their job.

The theaters are very nice. Recliners are super comfy. The sound was balanced; projection was great. Concession attendants could use a little more assertiveness in helping the patrons, but the snacks were good... AND, they have Dr. Pepper!! Overall, great place to see a movie!

We went in there was a kiosk available had no trouble using it. Got the tickets and our seats. The theater we got was good as the restrooms are literally next door. The place is nice and clean.

I love the chairs here. They are super comfortable. The sound and screen/projector quality have yet to fail. Generally the food selection is fine, if you want popcorn, soda, and candy, theyve got you covered! The other food doesnt ever appeal to me.The service is fairly fast. The restrooms are always clean.
